The technical data of SMPS is to be referred from Particular specification clause No 09 on Ser page No 38 of CA, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply and installation and testing, Commissioning of Battery bank of 48 V DC min 150 AH capacity. The battery bank shall be consisted of 04 Nos 12V 150 AH DC maintenance free SMF type batteries with suitable size of battery stands/rack. The battery bank should be connected with SMPS. The connecting wires of battery bank to SMPS shall be with stranded copper cable of min 25 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make of Battery Bank - Exide, Amrone, Luminous .

Supply and fix UPS for 04 Hrs minimum backup 3 Phase AC input 300 to 450V output 415V + 1% output voltage single phase , AC, 230V + 1% variation of capacity 10 KVA double conversion online UPS system, 1 GBT based fully microprocessor controller, transformer model with battery backups and battery rack with 12V, 75AH SMF VRLA batteries-16 Nos and interconnecting cables. The other technical details/ data for UPS is to be referred from Particular specification clause No 10 on Ser Page No 39 of CA, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :- Exide, Amaron, Luminous.

Maintenance free chemical earthling system complete with 01 Nos UL 467 approved copper bounded earth rods 17mm dia. 3000mm long electrode buried in ground to bore holes 100mm dia. Vertically to a depth not less than 3.50 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge earth electrode at a depth not less than 500mm below normal ground level, provision of copper bus bar of size 200mm x25mmx6mm for inter connection with copper earth lead strip 25mmx3mm and further connected to test point terminal block of size 120mmx120mmx25mm made of copper as directed, including 45 kg (minimum for each earth pit) NABL lab certified back fill chemical compound for filling bore holes with soil mixed, so as to achieve earth resistance below 1 Ohms including excavation and earth work and earth neutral voltage less than 03 volts of PCC chamber in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 with pit cover of 300mmx 300mm made of cast iron complete all as specified. Note : (i) No payment shall be made if test result not found satisfactory and contractor has to make alternate earthing till the result not found satisfactory with out any extra cost to Govt. Contractor quoted rate shall be deemed to include this provision. (ii) Contractor shall give the guarantee for 2 years for earth resistance below 01 Ohms and earth neutral voltage less than 03 volts in writing.

Supply and Fix Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on battern or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or loop earthing as reqd 25x 3mm copper strip complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE insulated armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor cross sectional area 35Sqmm 3.5 Core, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fix 4 Pole MCCB 160 Amps, 50 HZ 415V AC with rupturing capacity 25KA 'G' Frame all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : Indoasian or equivallent in legrand/CG/Havells.

Supply and fix TPN, MCB 63 Amps, 10 KA, 50 HZ 415V AC with rupturing capacity 25KA 'G' Frame all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Indoasian or equivallent in legrand/CG/Havells.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of cubical outdoor feeder LT panel board CPRI Approved with powder coated finishing platform mounted factory made totally enclosed dust and vermin proof (Protected class IP-54) double shutter front and back opening with locking arrangement complete made up 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet working on 415 Volt AC supply including bus bar for the phases and neutral insulated on hyproscopic insulator fixed. The base frame shall be made by MS angle of size 50mmx50mmx5mm and fixed on PCC foundation by means of 4 Nos MS bolt 16mm dia ,100mm long with nuts and washer and necessary internal connection with PVC sheathed copper cable entry system for incoming and out going terminal feeder cable gland, screw bolts, nuts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge consisting the following accessories:- (a) Digital Voltmeter 0-500 Volts of size 96mmx96mm flush mounted with seven step selector - 01 No switches.Make:AE/L&T/Creative (b) Digital Ampere meter of size 96mmx96mm, flush type with four step selector flush type with four step selector flush alongwith CTs (0-200 Amps) - 01 Nos .Make:AE/L&T/Creative (c) Indicating lamps RYB - 3 Nos (01 set). (d) Aluminium strip bus bar sleeve insulated 300 amps capacity four pole mounted on epoxy insulators - 01 No (e) cable entry with double comprissioning glands and with provision of two Nos earthing terminals. (f) Wiring with single core copper conductor cable of suitable size incoming to bus bar and bus bar to outgoing MCCB/MCB-1 Job.

Supply and fix 4 way TPN vertical load line DB with suitable load bus bar, neautral links, double door all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of sheet metal enxlosure double foor for DBs when MCBs to be used TPN 12 way with 415 Volts, 200 Amp rated bus bar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix MCB SP 'C' series 32/40 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix MCB SP 'C' series 06-32 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Sub main wiring with FR PVC insulated unsheathed 4X10 sqmm (3 phase and neutral) multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 V with 1X10 sqmm FR PVC insulated green multistranded copper cable for continuous earth drawn through & including casing caping of appropriate size with all accessories etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Five run of cable i.e, three phase, neutral and one run of cable for earth incl casing caping will be measured and paid as one unit length.
