PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix), type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling, mass concrete and sub base of floor, complete all as specified & directed.

PCC 1:2:4 nominal mix, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 11000 volts grade of size 95 Sqmm 3 core laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified. (Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately).

XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size150 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ pipes/ ducts/ wall/ boarings with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing including disconnecting and taking out of existing LT cable of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.(Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately).

Steel tubular swaged poles complete with base plate welded with pole, finial taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11m long) including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including numbering with fluorescent yellow paint and painting with bituminous paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC, complete all as specified and directed (Earth work, and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately).

Air break gang operated switch with 12 insulators outdoor type, triple pole, mounted on 12 insulators, mechanically operated, suitable for vertical installation, single break, provided with locking arrangement, consisting of MS channel, HT post type insulator contacts of copper alloy, high pressure, heavy duty contact assembly operating rod 20mm dia GI pipe, medium grade, complete including drop out fuses conforming to IS-1818, rated voltage 11 KV and for current rating 400 Amp including taking down old GOD of any type, shape & size, complete all as specified.

Lightning arrestors (set of three) metal oxide surge type (ZnO) complete with all fittings transmission class discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps suitable for 11000 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Anit climbing devices, comprising 2.24mm dia galvanised steel 2-strand barbed wire with 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 metre clamped and properly secured or as ordered complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Clamps will be measured separately.

Danger notice plate of size 25 x 20 cm, made of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with and including mild steel clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT poles, complete all as specified.

Structural steel work as in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plate fabricated from steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed by Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified & directed.

Construction of Platform for installatiom of Transformer of size 3mX2.5mX1.25m with brick work in cement mortar 1:6 earth filling,300 mm thick PCC 1:5:10 type E2, 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm crushed stone aggregate in florring , including XPM fencing (weight not less than 4 kg/sqm) with support of angle iron frame 50 x 50 x 6 mm at four corners with gate with locking arrangements and all steel surfacces well treated with two coats of synethic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as per Drg No CEUZ/TD-1129/96 sheet 1/2

GI tubing ‘light grade’ with all fittings, laid in trenches or under road crossing as protection pipe, bore of pipe 80 mm, complete all as specified.

Outdoor type cable terminal box (heat shrinkable) suitable for 11 KV 3 core 50 to 95 Sqmm XLPE HT cable including all jointing material, fixing with suitable clamps made out of FI 50x6 mm including nuts, bolts and washers, testing and commissioning, complete all as directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of servo controlled Voltage Stabiliser fully automatic operation, unbalanced type (individual phase control), copper wound 415 V, 50 Hz confirming to BIS 9815 : Part 1 : 1994 reaffirmed 2009, IP-45, three phase naturally oil cooled, indoor type & designed for input variation between 300 volts to 480 volts with output voltage stabilised at 415 volt with accuracy ± 1.0% and speed of correction 15 volts per second of capacity 160 KVA including first filling of transformer oil having dielectric strength not less than 150 KV as per IS:335, 0-500 volts voltmeter, arrangment to check input voltage and output voltage, RYB indication lamp, high & low voltage cut off system, single phase preventor, time delay relay, servo byepass switch, overload & short circuit trip system, ammeter, oil level gauge& capacity overload 20% overload for one hour etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of CPRI approved, factory made, LT panel board cubical, Outdoor type, floor mounted double door, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 cycles, 415 Volts. The panel board shall be made of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet for load bearing members and 16 SWG (1.6 mm thick) for doors covers and internal partitions and shall be powder coated both side. Base frame of the panel shall be made of ICMC channel of size 50 x50 x 6mm, duly grouted on platform made of brick work in CM (1:2:4), 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:6) having minimum height of 600mm. The panel shall be provided with separate compartments for each switch gears with hinged door including interlocking with switch gears. The panel board shall be suitable for AC, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire supply complete with epoxy insulated 500 Amps rated high conductivity aluminium bus bars, supported with DMC / SMC barriers and coluor coded, prewired with copper cable, 1100V Danger notice board on front of the panel & the degree of protection is IP-54. the panel shall be complete with instrumentation such as LED phase indicating lamps and CT's, including extended aluminium strip of rating of Incomer (350Amps), and outgoing as per rating of MCCB’s, including aluminium lugs to connect the cable etc., and comprising of the following:- Main Panel

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron strip of size 32x6 mm (as earth lead wire), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 15mm bore including provn of concrete pit in PCC M-15, type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick precast cover of size 550 mm X 550 mm X 75 mm of RCC M-15, type B-I, reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/ Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion.
