Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of water tank exc. 250 Litre but not exc. 500 Litre capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of water tank exc. 500 Litre but not exc. 1000 Litre capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm thick graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks (EXCEPT BRICKS) straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - OLD BRICKS OBTAINED FROM DEMOLITION SHALL BE USED UNDER THIS ITEM.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smoth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 a finished even and fair and mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - (i)WATER PROOFING COMPOUND SHALL BE MEASURED AND PAID SEPARATELY.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 using water proofing compound mix as per manufacture instrucation finished even and smooth (without using extra cement)complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceiling with cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement)complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound ( (Liquid) complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing down scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, and applying one coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing down scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, and applying one coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered or previously untreated wall surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing down scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, and applying one coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces and providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces and providing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes by using bleaching powder, hoisting if required, reconnecting and re-fixing in position of capacity exc. 250 & n. exc. 500 ltr, making good for running of water from tank to inside of bldgs and writing of date of cleaning and due on by synthetic enamel paint on water tank, complete all as specified & directed. NOTE :- Cost of bleaching powder shall be deemed included in the quoted rate of this item.

S & F of 500 Litre capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) of specifications as per MES Schedule 2009, Part – I and hoisted, fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 1000 Litre capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) of specifications as per MES Schedule 2009, Part – I and hoisted, fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel water tubing and connection, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 20 mm bore old steel water tubing and connection in new or old position to wall and ceiling or laid in floors jointing and testing of old retrieved serviceable galvanized mild steel water tubing with and including all fitting (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, deminishing pieces caps, plugs and union etc) complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - OLD STEEL WATER TUBING OBTAINED FROM DISMANTLING SHALL BE USED UNDER THIS ITEM.

S&F 15mm nominal bore of pipe in walls, and ceiling or laid in floors, jointing and testing galvanised mild steel water tubing “medium grade” with and including all fitting (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, capas, plugs and union etc) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20 mm nominal bore of pipe in walls, and ceiling or laid in floors, jointing and testing galvanised mild steel water tubing “medium grade” with and including all fitting (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, capas, plugs and union etc) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 20 mm dia ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 2 0 m m - 2 1 0 g m s . / 25mm-455gms/ 40mm - 690 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 25 mm dia ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 2 0 m m - 450 g m s . / 25mm-455gms/ 40mm - 690 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 20 mm bore gunmetal globe or gate valve, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bend any radius complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single ‘T’) equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed

S & F of 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) Slotted vent cowl complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for RCC chajja/fascia/parapet repair by using following steps :- (a) Removal of existing concrete along with loose damaged and cracked concrete/cover concrete from chajjas etc, exposing corroded steel reinforcements upto a depth of 10mm minimum behind the reinforcement by chipping/hacking with chisel and hammer or by mechanical means like chisel hammer, pneumatic chippers including high pressure water jetting to chipped concrete and reinforcement all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Hard concrete shall not be removed. However if the rebar is corroded, concrete around it shall be removed. (b) Cleaning the surface of reinforcement bars from dust by using wire brushes and dry cloth and applying FOSROC Rebakleens RR- Rust Remover or equivalent using small brush and allow to react it for 16-24 hrs. (c) Providing and applying two coats of Fosroc Nitozinc Primer - two component, zinc rich epoxy, anti-corrosive protective coating or equivalent by brushes to the exposed and cleaned rebars with an interval of 45minutes to 1 hour @ 40microns DFT / coat and allowed to completely dry for 24 hours all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(d) Cleaning the concrete surface thoroughly once again using wire brush and applying one liberal coat of Fosroc Nitobond EP- two component Epoxy bonding agent or equivalent to the parent concrete with brush. (e) Providing and applying 50 mm thick Renderoc SP 40 - or equivalent Polymer modified single component, alkaline resistant fibre reinforced, thixotropic, cementitious patch repair mortar after mixing of Renderoc SP 40 or equivalent with recommended qty. of water using slow speed drill fitted with mixing paddle and then applying the same to prepared surface and finishing the same with trowel carefully compacting the same around the rebars and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Item rate is inclusive of all materials, labour, tools and plants, scaffolding and transportation etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Complete removal of the existing roof treatment of any description viz tarfelt or membrance surface of roof tiles/concrete padding etc including grubbing up of tree roots, removing all the debris to a distance n exc 100m for roof treatment work, preparation of the concrete roof surfaces by scrubbing down with steel brushes and cleaning with water all loose dirt/dust and applying the following Roof Treatment complete all as specified & directed :- (a) Applying 1st course of 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 over concrete surfaces. (b) Applying 2nd course of bitumenous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.4 Kg/Sqm over the screed bed. (c) Applying 3rd coarse of a coat of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to a working temperature of 180° C and applied @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm. (d) Applying 4th course of APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric membrane 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm with 160 Grams/Sqm non woven polyster made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm overlap. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat. (e) Applying 5th course of a coat of bonding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to a working temperature of 180° C and applied @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm. (f) Applying a coat of bitumious based aluminium
