Outdoor Acoustic enclosure to be provided as per CPCB IV+Compliance norms. Acoustic base frame shall be Fabricated using sheet / ISMC Channels with adequate stiffeners for strength. Should be Fabricated with Specially formed CRCA Sheet with adequate stiffners for strength. Door Construction should be prefabricated CRCA sheet with double stepped formation. Doors to be fixed to mainframe by hinges. Suitable sealing given at all the panel joints to avoid the sound & water leakage. The Acoustic enclosure panels shall be powder coated using minimum of 9 tank process which should include intermediate rinsing modes between each step. (iv) First fill of Pre mix Corrosion inhibitor coolant. (v) First fill of lube oil should be supplied along with DG set (vi) First set of fuel filter airfilter lube oil filters etc, consumables should be part of DG set supply. (vii) Any other devices/accessories required as per latest engineering practices as recommended/supplied by the manufacturers as standard eqpt. (viii) Documents : Two sets of following documents -- Maintenance and operation manuals for engine and alternator, spare parts catalogue, warranty/test certificates, wiring schematic diagrams of control panels. (ix) DG set shall be tested for duration of 12.30 Hrs at site using load bank. Cost of load bank, diesel control cables the length between DG AMF panel and DG set can be taken as max of 30 Mtrs and all auxiliaries required for testing at site shall deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate. (x) Maintenance spares :- (a) Fuel filter element - 02 Nos (b) Oil fileter element - 03 Nos (c) Element air cleaner outer - 06 Nos (d) Element air cleaner inner - 06 Nos (e) 'V' belt - 02 Nos (f) Filter lubricant oil bypass - 02 Nos. Note : Approval of DG set shall be taken from Executimg authority before procuring the Item

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning diesel engine driven generating set 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire as per BS 5514/ IS 10002 complete including automatic on main failure (AMF) panel complete with relay for automatic operation on failure, of capacity 10 KVA at after considering derating factor confirming to IS-1601 at 5500 feet (approx) altitude above mean sea level and capable of operating between temperature range (-) 20 degree centigrade to (+) 40 degree centigrade (at Srinagar, J&K) conditions with acoustic enclosure as per CPCB IV+Compliance norms and including anti vibration pads of required size as recommended by the manufacturer & comprising of the following: (A) Engine: As per OEM, heavy duty, turbocharged and after cooled diesel engine, water cooled with standard integral set mounted radiator system suitable for operation at 50 degree Celsius ambient temperature, G2 class Mechanical governing mechanism all as per BS-5514 IS-3046,1500 RPM, complete with all safety accessories and suitable for generating set application and capable to produce an output of 58.5 KVA/46.8 KW at 5500 feet (approx) altitude above mean sea level and capable of operating between temperature range (-) 20 degree centigrade to (+) 40 degree centigrade (at Srinagar, J&K) and sump pre heaters, cold start kit etc all as specified and directed (i) Starting System - 12 Volts DC electric starter with required 12 Volt 150AH batteries and charging alternator, engine wiring harness and sensors as required. (ii) Fuel System - Combined unit Injectors, Mechanical governor & as per Is 1460 replaceable fuel filter elements with primary filter and fuel piping complete with integral fuel tank of minimum capacity suitable for 8 hrs running of DG set at full load, provided with drain plug, air vent, inlet & outlet connection, level indicator and provision for cleaning.

(iii) Lube Oil System - Lube oil circulation pump with safety valve, Lube oil filter, Lube oil cooler, Oil filler neck and oil dipstick for measurement, Open crankcase venting system etc. (iv) Combustion Air System.- Exhaust turbocharger, Charge Air Cooler mounted an engine, exhaust flexible bellows, residential type exhaust silencers and extended silencer pipe of same size up to 1.0 Mtr duly insulated and aluminium cladded as directed. (v) Combustion Air System.- Exhaust turbocharger, Charge Air Cooler mounted an engine, exhaust flexible bellows, residential type exhaust silencers and extended silencer pipe of same size up to 1.0 Mtr duly insulated and aluminium cladded as directed. (vi) Cooling System - Gear driven coolant pump required for both Jacket and intercooler along with necessary pipings on the engine. Water Pump should have suitable capacity to circulate cooling water to radiator mounted on the DG Acoustic Enclosure. (vii) Engine Mounting - Engine mounting bracket with AVM pads mounted below base frame housing engine and alternator. (viii) Alignment and fuel tank : Alternator and engine aligned on a common 14 SWG CRCA MS base frame complete with MS fuel tank, fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA MS sheet and is part of base frame. (B) Alternator - Self regulated self exited brushless alternator, 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, 10 KVA at 0.8 P.F,1500 RPM, with voltage variation plus or minus 10% of rated voltage from no-load to full-load, foot mounted, screen protected drip proof type with class H' insulation with IP-23 ingress protection, ball/ roller bearings at both ends of the alternator shaft with necessary controls as recommended by the manufacturers. (i) Engine Control Panel: Electronic controller for indicating Engine parameters, emergency stop push button, genset monitoring and display of engine alternator operating parameters and alarms, genset protection against critical operating parameters, automatic start sequence control, acquisition and display of plant related measuring data. Features: Auto and mannual Start/Stop, Easy accessible. Display Engine Parameters - RPM, Oil Pressure Coolant, Temperature, Hour Meter, Battery Volts, Battery Charging Voltage, Running Status, Event Recording, Fault Code display

Electrical Parameters: Voltage, Current, Hz, KW, KVA, Pf, kWh and KVAr, Breaker Status Engine Protection: High /low coolent Temperature, Low Lube oil Pressure, Engine over speed shutdown Electrical Protection: Overcurrent, short circuit, under/over frequency, under over voltage. (ii) AMF Panel: Floor mounted, vertical, totally enclosed cubical with canopy, outdoor type dust and vermin proof, standard industrial pattern, factory fabricated out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA steel sheet painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of powder coating of approved colour, complete with all mounting structures, insulators, bolts, nuts, washers etc with necessary control wiring/ internal connections with proper size of copper conductor cables / strips, suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 50Hz 415 volts AC system, comprising of microprocessor based AMF relay unit with sensing on mains and DG with necessary protection, suitable 4 pole power contactor of suitable amps for Mains and DG supply, frequency meter, push buttons for start / stop / reset, LED type indicating lamps as required, SMPS based battery charger with automatic float & boost changeover facility, control circuit fuses, reverse power relay, alarm for high water lube oil temp and low lub oil pressure, - any control devices /measuring instruments recommended required as per latest engineering practices complete with cable glands with gland plate for cable entry, control cabling with copper conductor armoured multi-core cables of required cross sectional area from DG set to control panel all prewired and suitable for 10 KVA DG set all as specified.

(iii) Acoustic Enclosure - The engine and alternator will be coupled aligned and mounted on a specially designed common base frame fabricated from 16 SWG CRCA MS sheets/ channels of suitable cross sectional area and length with bottom drilled holes suitable for and including supplying and fixing anti vibration pads. Supply and installation of Split type Air conditioner (indoor & outdoor units ) complete with cordless remote control unit and with cooling and heating function of capacity 1.5 TR complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for copper pipe of size 3/8 or 20/25 mm dia suitable for extension purpose of discharge pipes for gas complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing of Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single MCB of Capacity 20 Amps,complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core 4 Sqm, FRLS Copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable as per IS 694-2010 (fourth revision) drawn through & including non- metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit of suitable width medium duty with all accessories such as Tees, elbows, junction boxes etc, as required fixed on wall along with one run of 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to existing main switch board/ distribution board and testing on complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Two runs of cable, one run of earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC casing caping/conduit shall be measred as one unit)

Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills,sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; andcutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring,etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for voltage stabilizer automatically operated 230 volt 5 KVA capacity,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty LT under ground cable 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor size of 70 sq mm 3.5 core laid in trenches, on poles, through pipes, fixed to walls etc cross sectional area for following sizes, including taking down old, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty LT under ground cable 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor size of 50 sq mm 3.5 core laid in trenches, on poles, through pipes, fixed to walls etc cross sectional area for following sizes, including taking down old, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate 60x60cmx6mm thick electrode and 32x6mm GI strip as earthing lead burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less then 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 metre below normal ground level, conneceted to GI strip 32x6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 and incl earth work, PCC pit and RCC cover, watering pipe 20mm dia light grade, funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, 40mm dia light grade protection pipe and salt etc and connected to earthing test point, testing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth in any type of soil for foundation, etc, or for shafts, wells, drain pipes n.exc 10sqm on plan and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying dry river sand laid in trenches as cable cushioning and covering complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness only measured and paid

M & L for brick well burnt locally available sub class 'B' laid over sand cushioning to cable in trenches keeping width of brick parallel to the length of cablecomplete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes in any type of soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of gauge broken stone or boulder n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including MS pipe for post, distance pieces, cleats incl necessary welding etc. (Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A) complete all as spd and directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses/vertical post washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-24 complete all as spd and directed.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment using Fe 410-W (Gde- E-250) quality- B, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 5 to 10mm dia of neck with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed and to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n exc 5 cm longcomplete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for new steel Surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth of old surfaces applying Two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed

S&F Pre-painted galvalume alumínium zinc coating Gl based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screwscomplete all as specified and as directed.
