Inspection of defective step down 11 KV / 0.433 upto 500/ 400 KVA transformer any make, plinth/ floor/ pole mounted, indoor/ outdoor type, strip opening, removing the top cover of transformer, detecting the fault, rectifying the defect at site (Basoli, Janglote & Madhopur) except major fault of unsv of winding or other all as per direction of Engr-in Charge. The following tasks if required will be performed :- (a) Strip opening of the transformer and removing the transformer top cover for checking/rectifying the faults of the transformer. (b) Replacement of defective HT/ LT bushes, brass spindles etc. (c) Refixing the transformer top cover with nuts, bolts and washers. (d) Testing of transformer Complete. Note : (i) In case of replacement of LV/ HV bushing/ spindles/ tap changer etc, will be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of Sch A/ BOQ (ii) Transformer oil (if required) for topping will be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of Sch A/BOQ. (iii) Cost of hiring T&P , megger or any other instrument required at site deemed to be included in the cost of repair .

Inspection of defective step down 11 KV / 0.433 upto 500/ 400 KVA transformer any make, plinth/ floor/ pole mounted, indoor/ outdoor type, removing from site (Basoli, Madhopur & janglote), transporting with required T&P to local/authorised work shop for carrying out the repair to transformer, detecting the fault, strip opening of the transformer, rectifying the defect except major fault of burnt winding or other & carrying out of the followings works, required and transporting back to original site & re-fixing :- (a) Taking out the transformer oil from transformer into separate container barrel. (b) Taking out the core / coil assembly of transformer. (c) Cleaning of transformer inside by used transformer oil. (d) Re-fixing the core/coil in transformer including heating up of transformer core assembly to remove moisture after carrying out the repair as required including filteration /dehydration of oil to remove moisture and suspended dust particles. (e) Replacement the rubber gasket set for top cover, spindles, HT/ LT bushing etc. as required (f) Refilling of the removed transformer oil after heating up for removal of moisture. (g) Re-fixing of the transformer top cover with nuts, bolts and washers. (h) Testing of transformer Complete. Note : (i) Replacement of LV / HV bushes/ spindles/ rewinding of HV/ LV coils (replacement or reconditioning)/ tap changer/ insulators etc will be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of BOQ. (ii) Top up/ replacement of transformer oil (if required) will be measured and paid for separately under respective item of BOQ. (iii) Cost of hiring T&P , megger or any other instrument required at site deemed to be included in the cost of repair.

Supply, fixing and testing of digital type multifunctional meter elite 440 volt having KV, KVAR, PF, Frequency suitable for 11 KV VCB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LV leg strip of copper conductor for transformer of capacity up to 500 KVA complete with insulation, varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of strip assembly to match with the existing, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement HV leg coil of copper conductor for transformer of capacity up to 500 KVA complete with insulation, varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of coil assembly to match with the existing original winding coils, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LV leg strip of aluminium conductor for transformer of capacity upto 500 KVA complete with insulation, varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of LV leg strip assembly to match with the existing etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement in HV leg coil of aluminium conductor for transformer of capacity up to 500 KVA complete with insulation, varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of coil assembly to match with the existing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement in HV leg coil of aluminium conductor for transformer of capacity up to 400 KVA complete with insulation, varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of coil assembly to match with the existing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement HV leg coil of copper conductor for transformer of capacity up to 400 KVA complete with insulation, varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of coil assembly to match with the existing original winding coils, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement HT 11 KV brass spindle, threaded with washers, nuts,lock nut and rubber seal suitable for transformers of any make /Type rating from 50 KVA to 63 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement HT 11 KV brass spindle, threaded with washers, nuts,lock nut and rubber seal suitable for transformers of any make /Type rating from 100 KVA to160 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement HT 11 KV brass spindle, threaded with washers, nuts,lock nut and rubber seal suitable for transformers of any make /Type rating from 200 KVA to 250 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement HT 11 KV brass spindle, threaded with washers, nuts, lock nut and rubber seal suitable for transformers of any make/ Type rating from 300 KVA to 400 KVA all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LV bushing 0.433 / 0.415 KV for transformer 50 to 63 KVA complete set all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LV bushing 0.433 / 0.415 KV for transformer 100 to 160 KVA complete set all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LV bushing 0.433 / 0.415 KV for transformer 200 to 250 KVA complete set all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LV bushing 0.433 / 0.415 KV for transformer 300 to 400 KVA complete set all as specified and directed.

Topup/ Replacement transformer oil low viscosity approved make as per IS 355 of 1992 and min di-electric strength 50 KV all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Test certificate from manufacturer of oil shall be provided by the contractor.

Filteration and dehydration of existing transformer oil including heating continuously till obtaining the desired dielectric strength complete including taking result of transformer oil before/after filteration and dehydration of transformer oil all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (The dielectric strength to be achieved 40-60 KV at 2.5 mm gap after completion of de-hydration and filteration).

Supply and fixing in replacement of temperature gauge circular dia type of standard size and suitable for indoor/outdoor type transformer of 63 KVA to 500 KVA capacity all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of breather assembly duly filled with silica gel of transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling of silica gel in to the existing breather assembly of transformer as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of gun metal gate valve (ISI marked) upto 40mm for drainout of transformer oil at the bottom of the container of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Gasket sets for transformer tank 50 KVA to 160 KVA capacity with nuts, bolts etc complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size in transformer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Notes : The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
