7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using Limestone, sand stone, Flint or Quartzite spread and rolled with 10 to 12 tonnes power roller, each layer will be consolidated separately and to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified.

Preparing water bound macadom surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with power sweeper or compressor to remove all loose dirt etc., applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen at 10 kg per 10 sq metre of road surface, laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% bitumen binder content by weight of total mix using 20mm crushed stone aggregate, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne vibrator power roller, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i)Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be mixed in automatic temperature controlled hot mixing plant, transported and premix carpet shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical paver, rolled with vibrator roller. (ii) refer PS clause No. 12.4.2 applicable.

Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% bitumen binder content by weight of total mix using 20mm crushed stone aggregate, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne vibrator power roller, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be mixed in automatic temperature controlled hot mixing plant, transported and premix carpet shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical paver, rolled with vibrator roller. (ii) refer PS clause No. 12.4.2 applicable.

Providing premix bituminous macadam ( VG-30) (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen (VG-30) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bituminous macadam shall be mixed in hot mix plant, transported and shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical paver, rolled with vibrator roller. Note for srl item no. 05 to 07 (i) The Contractor shall submit certificate issued to Hot Mix Plant from Pollution Control Board for SDAC approval . before incorpating work at site, The hot mix plantvisit has to be organised by Contractor for approval of GE. (ii) The plant shall be automatictype which must have facility to print the details of composition of material incorporated with all baches of SDAC

Thermoplastic paint on black top surface or existing painted surfaces applid hot mixing plant of heating of thermo plastic material to a standard temparature with gas and laying standard thickness of aprox 2.5mm by using thermo plastic material @ 6.5 Kg/Sqm and glass beads @ 250Gms/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Road cat eye of size 110mm x 128mm x 29.5mm made out from aluminium alloy die casted dyramically designed verry high impact strength and fitted with 02 Nos eye balls each on both side complete all as specified and as directed. Make Model No DA 971 of DARK Eye OR equivalent cat part of Make Road star/Gogia plastic/Greenlite.

Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft / losse soil, complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) un-reinforced, complete all as specified.

100 mm thick PCC 1:5:10 nominal mix, type E2, using 40mm :graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor, complete all as specified.

PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix), type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in rkerb stone, edge of paver block, rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified & directed.

25 mm thick Sand filling under floors including watering, ramming and rolling, complete all as specified.

Moorum/Red bajri, spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required as in berms, spread thickness not excedding 15 cm, complete all as specified & directed.

Machine Pressed Precast concrete Interlocking paver block 80 mm thick any shape and size conforming IS - 15658- 2006 M-40 grade st and joint filled with sand and gray cement and no pigment complete all as specified.

Continuous brick edging; with width equal to the width of the brick; laid dry on end vertically with burnt clay bricks of sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, complete all as specified.

Deduct Credit Amount as per Schedule of credit as details given on Srl Page No 18 of tender doucments.
