M&L for preparation of new / old surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including a coat of primer and 2-3mm thick wall care white putty, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7-8mm thick non skid coloured ceramic tiles, area of each tile exc. 0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.36 Sqm, laid in floor, laid/ fixed over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300x250x7mm or 450x350x7mm thick as on verticle surfaces, fixed on wall, skirtings or verticle surfaces over and including 10mm thick plaster/ backing coat in CM 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel windows with pressed steel frame of size 95x45x1.25mm, side hung shutters includng box type hinges with steel handles and steel peg stay with glazed openable shutters with glazing bars (open outside) and wire gauged openable shutters without glazing bars (open inside), dovetailed or welded, complete all as shown on drawing No. CEUZ/TD/1302/2009 Sheet 1/3 to 3/3. Note :- (a) Two shutters i.e. wire gauged and glazed shall be fixed in one composite frame and both shutter shall be measures as one unit. (b) Rates for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0, filling in frame shall be deemed to include in the quoted rates. (c) MS grill shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ.

Taking down shutter of any description, area exc 1.0 Sqm but not exceeding 2.0 Sqm each, including removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description and re-fixing in same opening, area exc 1.0 Sqm but not exceeding 2.0 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30mm thick factory made 2nd class hard wood flush door shutters, solid core construction with block board core and plywood face on both sides, commercial type, fixed to frame at site, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skelton shutter, open rebated and prepare to receive glass, gauge etc (without sash bars), door edges of framing plain, chamfered rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc. sizes of members of shutters as specified in Clause 8.24 (a) of SSR Part-I, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3mm thick plain sheet glass, ordinary quality, glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 200mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel mosquito proof wire cloth, 0.36mm dia of wire and 1.4mm aperture, fixed with aluminium flat/ channel and screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F glazing with 5mm thick frosted/ tinted/ plain glass, exc 0.50 Sqm in each panel, fixed to aluminium section of doors, windows, ventilators and frame with suitable EPDM rubber packing and powder coated aluminium beading to frame, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F tinted toughned and tempered glass pannels including unframed assemblies (such as frameess doors), comprising of 12mm thick glass, pressed by controlled thermal of chemical treatment to increase it's strength compared with normal glass, conforming to IS:2553 Part-I, to be fitted as per manufacturer's instructions with all necessary fittings (as required at site), complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (a) No cutting and grinding of glass shall be allowed at site of work. The contractor shall procure actual size as required at site as directed by Engineer-in-Charge before placing the order for the same. (b) Rates shall be deemed to include for all necessary fittings such as suitable heavy duty hydraulic floor spring, locking arrangements with cover plates, top & bottom hinges with cover plates, 300mm long stainless steel handles fancy type 02 Nos on each shutter and other necessary fixtures. (c) Existing door opening shall be finished identical to match with existing finish including repair of cutting, holes and other damages. (d) The work shall be got executed by specialist agency as approved by GE.

S&F 100mm size mortice lock with two levers (vertical type), mild steel body, three set of keys, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with using sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, built in CM 1.6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for half brick work with sub Class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan, built in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and the like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite slab including grinding, rounding, moulding of edges and polishing, fixed/laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed/plaster in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick green marble work, machine cut as in shelves, cupboard and similar work, bedded, jointed with grey cement slurry and pinted with white cement with using admixture of pigment to match with shade of marble slab including grinding, rounding and polishing, fixed/laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed/plaster in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for power coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for sliding window, shutters of doors, windows and ventilators including hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of roller, locking system, EPDM rubber/ neoprane gasket required necessary fittings with extruded built up standard tubular section / appropriate 'Z' section and other section of approved make, conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fastner of required dia and size including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions i.e. top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, CP brass/ stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) All necessary fittings shall be of ISI Marked (except cleats), size of each shutter shall be as per actual site requirement. (b) Aluminium section shall not be less than 1.5mm thick.

S&F powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleats for fixing etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on surfaces walls, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 Grade (Design Mix) as chajjas, lintel band and the like, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of chajjas, troughs and similar items for rough finished flat surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT Mild steel bars 5 to 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips and/ or as in stirrups, spacers and binders, complete all as specified and directed.

Carefully taking down existing ceiling boards and re-fixing into the same location after restaining / recuring of ceiling grids of any description, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Necessary fittings such as GI wire, screws, nuts, bolts, washrs, nails, glue etc. as required at site shall be deemed to include in the quoted rates.

S&F in repair rigid non - metalic PVC casing caping of 25/12mm inclusive of all elbow, tees,etc complete all as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge.
