Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub class `B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.50 metres clear span, steps, seismic and other similar bands, coping, bed plates for serving hold fasts, filling in mild steel frames etc. and the like including weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throating, and use of form work (straight or curved), complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm (2.5Cm) thick (Glosy finished) set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors,with grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 25mm thick, surface finished fair to receive top layer of flooring, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in foundation filling and mass concrete in suken portion of slabs, complete all as specified and asdirected by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block coloured of selected quality, any shape and size with grey cement and no pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade over and including 25mm thick sand filling layer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the line not exceeding 10cm wide on roads pavement with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved white or golden yellow colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing road sign boards comprising of 1 plates of size 1200mm x 900mm fixed, one above the another, made of 2mm thick aluminium sheet duly framed in 40 x 40mm square MS pipe of 16 gauge & provided with 25mm x 25mm hold fasts. The plates fixed with aluminium rivets and writtern on both sides indicating the direction with single arrow on each plate with computer cut letters and signs (Reflective) as directed of appropriate size and white in colours and 12mm reflective border all round the plates over retro reflective sheeting of Avery Dennison HIP base blue. The boards (plates) supported with bolts over a pair of legs made of MS square tubes 75mm x 75mm of 16 gauge sheet of length (height) 11' each above ground including embedding in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, blocks of size 60cm x 60cm x 75cm making post holes & earth work. The pipes to be painted with black & white Ist quality synthetic enamel paint two coats over a coat of red oxide primer (Pegged sign boards fully reflective). including removing of old sign board.

Note :- An amount of Rs 5000.00 on account of credit schdule for Sch 'A' Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
