Supply only internal Stainless steel tank of water storage tank heavy duty conforming to ISI marked of 50 liters capacity complete with provn for fixing syphon –assembly, 1.5 KW/2.0 KW element , rubber gasket , thermostat switch for carrying out repairs under relevant item No.1 complete all as specified and directed Note :- The tank shall be tested at site and shall be able to with stand requisite pressure . Necessary testing equipment shall be arranged by the contractor .

Supply only syphon assembly made out of Stainless steel for 25 ltr capacity including necessary studs screws and rubber gasket/washers matching with existing/new inner tank complete all as spd and directed for carrying out repairs under relevant item No.1.

Supply only syphon assembly made out of Stainless steel for 35 ltr capacity including necessary studs screws and rubber gasket/washers matching with existing/new inner tank complete all as spd and directed for carrying out repairs under relevant item No.1.

Supply only triangular type storage type electric water heater element AC 230 volt, of rating 1500/2000 watt for carrying out repairs under relevant item No.1

Supply only outer body suitable for 25 ltr storage type electric water heater made out of MS sheet factory made complete with fixing bracket matching with existing complete all as specified and directed for carrying out repairs under relevant item No.1.

Supply only outer body suitable for 35 ltr storage type electric water heater made out of MS sheet factory made complete with fixing bracket matching with existing complete all as specified and directed for carrying out repairs under relevant item No.1.

Sheet metal enclosuer single pole and neutral with a 2 pin and earth plug and socket 20 A 240V complete with one single pole MCB of capacity 20 A complete all as specified and directed.

Heavy duty PVC connection (for hot water )15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm ISI Marked , complete all as specified and directed.

Heavy duty PVC connection (for cold water )15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm ISI Marked , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only pressure release valve conforming to relevant IS 15mm bore suitable for fixing with GI pipe/tubing 15 mm bore complete all as specified and directed for carrying out repairs under relevant item No.1.

Replacement Non return valve 15 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed .

Replacement of pillar taps, cast copper alloy with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure with lettered ‘Hot or Cold’ with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed fancy type of size 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Gun metal glove or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of size 15mm.

Anchor bolt 12mmX100mm long complete all as spd and directed (Note:- Anchor bolt shall be grouted with hammer drill only)

Replacement of plug top 15 amps 3 pins complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of bottom cover plate of storage type electric water heater of capacity 25 /50 ltr complete with MS screw all as per sample.

Repair /maintenacne /servicing to Solar water heater system having a capacity 300 to 500 LPD complete descaling with sulphuric acid by forcefully injecting the hot chemical into collector for number of times to clean the Solar Solar Evacuated tube Collector/cleaning to flat plate collector plate ,solar heater water tanks ,toughened solar glass panels,welding /breezing to solar tanks ,repair /rectification of leakage in inlet/outlet water tubing make up tank to electric system . Repair of water make up tank and make the system function cable after repair /servicing and recfification of the fault complete with and including replacement of minor spare parts. Note: Spare shall be measured and paid separately.

Replacement of Evacuated tube collector for Solar Water Heater of capacity 300 to 500 LPD of suitabale size and rating as per existing make and sample approved by Engineer -in-charge on the gound.

Replacement of heating element 2 KW thread type (as per sample for solar water heater ) complete all as specified and directed .

Replacement of heating element 3 KW thread type (as per sample for solar water heater ) complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only Gun metal gate /glove valve 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only GI pipe medium grade 20 mm dia with all fitting , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC float valve 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the unservicable /brunt sub main wiring from wooden batten and providing submain wiring in and including PVC conduit 1.8 mm thick ,20 mm dia with two run of PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of 6 sqmm(FRLS) and one run of PVC insulated,unsheathed multistranded copper conductor 6 sqmm (green in colour) for earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with thimble etc, complete all as specified and directed. (Two run of 6 sqmm plus one run 6 sqmm of earth wire will be measured as 1RM) Note: (a) Insulation test of point wiring (b) colour coding is to be maintained .(Ph-Red, N-Black,Earth- Green).

MCB SPN 63 amps ,240 volts complete all as specfied and directed .

Replacement of rational moulded polyethylene water storage tank with float valve of 300 Ltr storage cap with proper fixing on stand with Including suitable connected with accessories as specified or directed by Engr-in-carge (Note: MS Angle iron work is deemed to be included in the quoted rates)

Replacement of rational moulded polyethylene water storage tank with float valve of 500 Ltr storage cap with proper fixing on stand with Including suitable connected with accessories as specified or directed by Engr-in-carge (Note: MS Angle iron work is deemed to be included in the quoted rates)

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode , 600 x600 x 6mm thick burried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level)with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron wire 4mm dia as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI up to test point , GI tubing 15 mm bore medium grade protection pipe , GI watering pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh , charcoal ,salt and precast PCC 1:2:4 (Nominal mix ) reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4 kg /sqm including suitable handle of 6mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40x40x3mm frame for cover including earth work in any type of soil , removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and connecting , testing on completion all as shown on electric plate No 03 of SSR -2009 Part I complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation and earth work is deemed to be included in the quoted rates).
