M&L for preparing of new or previous untreated steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and making good including primer and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specfied and as directed.

S&F galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting, with two corrugation side lap fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hooked bolts with washers in roof, 0.63mm thick, grade-O quality, with 120 grms/sqm zinc coating and grade 'B' Class 8, complete all as specfied and as directed.

S&F Galvanised plain mild steel sheeting 1.25mm thickness fixed with 'L' type or 'J' or cranked hook boltes with washers, in roofs as in ridge etc, complete all as specfied and as directed.

Preparation of new surfaces of steel or iron work or CGI/ PGI sheeting in walls or roofing, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint in camouflaging (Disruptive) pattern in three colours (Green, grey and brown) over a coat of acrylic primer, complete all as specfied and as directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specfied and as directed.

M & L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 on wall surfaces, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra Cement, complete all as specfied and as directed. Note:- Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying of Birla/JK white wall putty approx 3mm thick as per manufacturer's instruction and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats of frames of any description n.exc 1.50 sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) and making good disturbed portion, complete all as specfied and as directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium frame for doors,windows and ventilator with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc., complete all as specfied and as directed.

S&F anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc., complete all as specfied and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable copper/aluminium flame proof/ point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc., complete all as specfied and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable DB 04 Way/8 Way 415 Volt/230 Volt including MCB/MCCBs, complete all as specfied and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable flame proof/tube light fittings of any type, complete all as specfied and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable old aluminium sub main wiring of any size any type, complete all as specfied and as directed.

M&L for Flameproof point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade FRLS cable with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) drawn through and including stove enamelled steel conduit ISI marked of standered IS 9537 , not less than 20mm dia, on surface as required on site and as specified and directed with all connected accessories including one single core multistranded PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS type, 1100 volts grade, 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable as earth continuity cable including pressed steel terminal boxes made out of MS sheet not less than 1.2mm thick duly painted with one coat of red oxide primer with 3mm thick laminated sheed cover for mounting of switches, socket, for One light controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed.

All same as per item No.19.00 above but for one 3 pin socket outlet, 16 Amp, independent with cable 2.5 Sq mm size with earth wire 2.5 sq mm, complete all as specfied and as directed.

M&L for flame proof sub main wiring for circuit/submain with PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable, multi stranded, single core, FRLS type, 1100 volts grade 2 x 4 sqmm complete drawn in and includindg 1.6 mm thick ERW stove enamelled rigid steel conduit conforming to IS: 9537 of suitable size including flame proof fittings such as MS junction box, MS coup-lings, unions, bends, reducers, inspection elbow, sealing compound conduit, plugs and its accessories along with 1x 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable, multi stranded FRLS type for continuous earth wire including making good the disturbed surface, complete all as specfied and as directed.

Flameproof Weatherproof MCB Distribution Board 6 Way made in die cast Aluminium Alloy LM6 Suitable for Zone 1 & 2, gas group IIA & IIB, with IP65 ingress protection with all stainless steel hardware and painted with epoxy based powder coated structured paint having temp class T6 certified by CIMFR + PESO complete consisting of :- 1 x 32A/40A SPN MCB as incomer 6 x 16A/20A SP MCB as outgoing With internal wiring Note:- MCB DB and MCB to be integrated for flameproofing by contractor from manufacturer before installing.

M&L for taking down the electric connection of the Split /Widow AC including voltage stabilizer and Split/Win AC unit and keep it in the safe custody in AGE E/M store and refix the same outside the room as per the location desired including make good the surface and connecting & testing of the electric connections, complete all as specfied and as directed.

M&L for plate earthing complete with galvanized mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and including GI strip 32mmx6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth (Plate) electrode at one end and connected to main switch board /panel/ test point at the other including watering GI pipe (medium grade) 20 mm bore from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode and 40 mm GI pipe light grade for earth strip protection complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil including testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- An amount of Rs.26,345.00 on account of credit schdule for Sch 'A' Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
