Sand cushioning to underground cables complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I laid before and after laying of cable, complete all as specified.

Sub class ‘B brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed.

XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 16 Sqmm 2.0 core laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified. (Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately).

GI pipe 40 mm dia light grade in any length with all GI fittings such as socket, elbow, bend, union, Tee etc laid in trenches/duct/culvert/road crossing etc for protection of cables including removing old unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron wire 4.0mm dia (as earth lead wire), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 15mm bore including provn of concrete pit in PCC M-15, type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick precast cover of size 550 mm X 550 mm X 75 mm of RCC M-15, type B-I, reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/ Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion.

Supply, install,commissioning and testing Mortuary cabinet for 4 body, (2 levels with 2 bodies per level) with 0.55 mm thick exterior & interior finish 0.5mm with stainless steel , including vapour proof incandescent lamp,high density polyurethane foam insulation for thermal efficiency, insulated doors with anti slips surface, and energy efficient , hermetically sealed compressor including digitial electric temperature controller with display and alarm system for temperature deviations. Suitable for unitary type refrigeration system and adjustable temperature range betweeen -10ºC to 4 ºC., complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Supply , install, testing and commissioning of factory made junction box powder coated ,CPRI approved panel of size 600mmx 900mmx350mm out door type 3.15 mm with suitable size of bus bar aluminium, 2 phase & neutral with suitable space for incoming and outgoing of cable, Bus bar fixed on insulators in zig-zag position, clearance in each strip and clearnace at both side should not be less than 125mm with sufficient working space, height of bus bar chamber not less than 1 mtr, mounted MS angle 50mmx50mmx6mm, made of CRCA sheet 2mm thick outdoor type ,shutter in two parts, cable opening form bottom side, through out the length of shutter with half turn locking arrangement, including grounting in PCC, all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
