PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix), type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling, mass concrete for pole and stay / instalation path , complete all as specified & directed.

PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix), type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling, mass concrete for coping of poles and like , complete all as specified & directed.

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 11000 volts grade of size 95 Sqmm 3 core laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified. (Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately).

XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 300 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified. (Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately).

Structural steel work as in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plate fabricated from steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed by Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying, fixing & erecting truly to vertical position steel tubular swaged pole complete with base plate welded with pole, finial taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9m long) including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including numbering with black paint and painting with bituminous paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC, complete all as specified and directed (PCC, earth work shall be measured & paid separately under respective items).

Supply and fixing 11 KV air break gang operated device with and including drop out fuse unit expulsion type of rating 400 amps, 3Pole, vertical type, mechanically operated, mounted on and including 12 Nos porcelain insulators, and steel frame with operating machanism worked from ground level with and including GI tubing 25 mm bore light grade and providing ACSR conductor jumpers duly crimped with lugs, connected to existing 11 KV supply and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Lightning arrestors (set of three) metal oxide surge type (ZnO) complete with all fittings transmission class discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps suitable for 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 11 KV 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 95 Sqmm 03 core including testing and commissioning, complete all as specifed & directed.

Expanded metal, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia of weight not exc. 4 kg/Sqm or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to steel members complete all as directed.

GI pipe 80 mm dia light grade in any length with all GI fittings such as socket, elbow, bend, union, Tee etc laid in trenches/duct/culvert/road crossing etc for protection of cables i complete all as specified and directed.

GI water tubing, medium grade, with all fittings such as sockets, bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions etc., laid in trenches or under roads, / walls bore of pipe 40 mm, complete all as specified & directed.

Double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) of 100m dia confirming to IS: 16205 Part-24 and IEC 61386 (Part-24)for cable protection of cable under/above ground surface all as specified and directed.

LT panel board factory made pedestal cubical double door outdoor type, CPRI approved amnufacturer, modular construction fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet, epoxy powder coated to give superior finish, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof with locking arrangement (compartment wise) front & back side opening system including air louvers at both side, rain shed 15 cm all around, platform mounted having minimun clearance of 450 mm above ground level suitable for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire system 50 Hz supply, having aluminium busbar strip (three phase & neutral) duly tapped in colour coded FRP sleeves install on porcelain /epoxy insulator, floor mounted type based on angle iron frame and legs 50x50x5 mm thick, front and rear opening with double shutter and including grouting of panel with necessary PCC work complete all as specified. The scope of work including provision of housing the following accessories:-

Incoming: - (i) MCCB 630 Amp 4 pole 36 KA 415 V with with thermal magnetic release, Ics=100% Icu - 01 No. (ii) Digital type Voltmeter ( 0-500 Volts), 3 phase, 4 digit, high resolution, LED type with onsite programmability- 01 Nos. (iii) Digital type Ampermeter ( 0-630 Amps) three phase with copper wound CT coil assy of suitable ratio & size Class I accuracy, 0.5 VA burden & onsite programmability - 01 Nos. (v) Indicating lamp LED type with holder key flush mounted, Red, Yellow, blue with toggle switch - 1 set ( set of three) as in incoming phases.(vi) Aluminium bus bar strips made of suitable length and size - 04 Nos Outgoing: - (i) MCCB 320 Amp 4 pole 36 KA 415 V with thermal magnetic release, Ics=100% Icu. - 02 No. (ii) All outgoing MCCB shall be connected through spreader and aluminium busbar not less than 5 mm thick strip.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Transformer double copper wound, step down, 11000/433 volts, oil type, minimum 320 KVA capacity or next nearest higher capacity as per OEM design, ONAN, Dyn 11, core type with copper conductor. Transformer shall be provided with Off circuit Rotary type tap switch so as to provided for a voltage adjustment on H.V, from +5% to -5% (in step of 2.5%) of rated voltage of 11000 volts in 4 equal steps (5 position) to obtain rated voltage of 433 volts on LV side including cable box on LT and HT side, with 12 KV system highest voltage at HV side, 28 KV (rms) HV power frequency, 75 kVp HV impulse withstand voltage, trasnformer shall be designed for losses as per IS 1180 (Part-3) : 2021 Efficiency level - II and for 110% continuous overfluxing withstand capaibility, complete with first fill of new transformer oil having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV, suitable mounting arrangement complete and other standard accesssories :

(a) 12KV off circuit tapping switch. b) Oil conservator tank with drain plug and filling cap. c) Silica gel dehydrating breather charged with silica gel d) Oil level gauge. e) Oil filter valve. f) Oil drain valve. g) Thermometer pocket (with oil temp. indicator) h) Diagram and rating plate. 1) Two earthing arrangements.) Lifting lugs. k) Four bidirectional plain roller l) Air vent plug. m) Explosion vent. n) Cable box on H.V side. 0) Cable box on L.V side. p) Additional neutral terminal brought outside the LV cable box for earthing. q) HV&LV cable boxes. r) Buchholz relay. s) Radiator valves. t) Oil temp. indicator. u) Winding temp. indicator v) Magnetic oil level gauge. w) Inspection Cover. x) marshalling box. all as per IS:1180 (Part 3) : 2014-2021 all as specified and directed. thick strip.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of servo voltage stabilizer (outdoor type) of 300 KVA Capacity for automatic controlling/regulating operation of voltage comprising of auto transformer, copper wound with new transformer Oil of required dielectric strength, servo motor, auto controlled solid state control circuit and other fittings & accessories as under:- Voltmeter (0-500 V) to read input/output voltage per phase, Mains/Low/High limit Indicators, Manual Increase/Decrease Push Switch, Auto/Manual mode control switch and output adjustment. Three phase neutral oil cooled designed for input variation between 300 v to 480 v with output voltage stabilized at 415 V with accuracy ±2.5% and speed of correction 8 volts per second, including suitable platform as reqd on site. Complete all as as specified & directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected with galvanized iron earth lead strip of 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel complete with 15mm dia GI light grade protection pipe, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel including charcoal, dust, salt, PCC 1:2:4 in pit with pre- cast RCC M-15 cover reinforced with XPM not less than 4 Kg per Sqm, test point etc. all as shown in electric plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I complete with necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal to a distance not exc. 50m, testing on completion complete all as specified & directed.

Construction of platform for transformer of size 3000x2500x1500mm with brick work, rendering 15mm thick CM 1:4, PCC 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone) for foundation posts foundation PCC 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone), fencing around the plinth with two coats cement base paint as specified & shown on drawing No.- CE/TD-1129/96 sheet No. 1/2 & 2/2 including all earth work and existing platform demolition complete all as specified and as directed.

Wall chamber and construction of brick masonarry new valve pit chamber of size 600mmx600mmx600mm (internal ) size 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 lean concrete foundation using 40mm graded stone aggregate providing well burnt brick masonary wall of 23mm thick built in CM 1:6 rendering in cement 1:6 finished even smooth using extra cement internally and 20mm thick in CM 1:4 and finished fair and even supply and fix 3.15 mm thick MS sheet steel cover fixed on 50mmx50mmx6mm thick angle iron frame embbeded in PCC coping with locking arrangement and 1 Nos 50mm size 4 levers lock with key in duplicate Standard size and MS hold fast and handle made out of 25 x 6mm flat iron appplying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of primer (Red Oxide) to all exposed surface making good all disturbed surface to match surrounding complete all as specified and directed.
