Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Non skid ceramic coloured tiles Ist quality 7 to 8mm thick, (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm, but not exceeding 0.11sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Colour and shade of tiles shall be approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall not have any claim whatsoever on this account.

Glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, of size 350mm x 250mm/450 mm x 350mm, thickness not less than 7mm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile, fixed over and including 10mm thick rendering (bedding layer) on brick/concrete surface in cement mortor 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Colour and shade of tiles shall be approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall not have any claim whatsoever on this account.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles (Light Shade/Double charged/Ultra charged) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Colour and shade of tiles shall be approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall not have any claim whatsoever on this account.

Note: Colour and shade of tiles shall be approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall not have any claim whatsoever on this account.

M&L for chequered cement concrete coloured tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, with grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 25mm thick, surface finished fair to receive top layer of flooring, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throating, benching and use of form work (straight or curved), complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces after complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over chalk whiting complete all as specified.

Preparation of new plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair bib taps, 15mm bore, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe, or brass ferrule, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair pillar taps, 15mm bore, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, fancy type, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered `Hot’ or `Cold’ with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F in repair, swivel shower of PTMT any colour for fixing with 15mm pipe with shower arm 15mm size ,195 mm long with bend of 45 degree with flange of PTMT any colour, complete all as specified.

S&F in repair 15mm dia stop valves chromium plated, fancy type with long shank and cup concealed type screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions, complete all as specified.

S&F 2nd class soft wood boarding, 15mm thick, as in wall panelling, plain one side and edges tongued and grooved or rebated, fixed with nails in any situation over 12 mm thick plyboard runner including french polishing on surface of any description width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on new works with two or more coat upto satification of Engr-In-Charge.

Taking down chowkat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area n.exc 1.5 Sqm each including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts, dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damages to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost) , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutter exc 1.0 sqm but not exc 2 sqm complete all as specified

Anodised aluminium frame (powder coated minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows,partation wall, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc., complete all as specified and asdirected by Engineer-in-Charge.

Anodised aluminium (powder coated minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) door shutters, powder coated of any colour aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. frame will be fixed to wall , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Anodised aluminium (powder coated minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)window and ventilator shutters, powder coated of any colour sliding/ hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 Nos.) suitable handle (1 No.), complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F brass mortice lock, vertical type 4 levers,, size 100 mm, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for prelaminated particle board, 12 mm thick, interior grade, prelaminated on boat side with decorative choice lamination and fixed with screws to aluminum frame work, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F plain sheet glass, 4 mm thick glazing with in aluminium frames including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings as required, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 2, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 701 to 850 mm in width and of weight between 36 to 60 kg and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs harrison rail/curtain rails , mild steel chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- An amount of Rs 12,751.40 on account of credit schdule for Sch 'A' Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
