S&F in repair and replacement of Low tension line separator made out of polyproplene composite bolted type suitable for Hhorizontal and vertical configuration Over head line up to 11 Mtrs from Ground level suitable for 4 wire, distance between phase to phase 900 mm, and minimum thickness 12 mm width 25 mm and over all total length 960 mm suitable for use with 1100 volts grade. Note:To reach the centre of over head conductors span required T & P like laddar and hydra rate deemed to be included on the quoted rate.

Dismantling unserviceable LT panel of any size from the site and removing existing concrete block complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable / serviceable cable /UG cable of any size upto 120 Sqmm carefully from trenches/poles/ducts/LT panels, at different locations complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying , fixing or passing through pipe, laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wall or fixed to LT panel board, insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, XLPE , 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area of size 120 Sqmm sqmm 3.5 core and during connecting use suitable size of Aluminium lugs and the lugs should be crimpped with crimmping tools and connect properly with out any loose connection , with complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 7 here-in-before but 70 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil and n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for ,laying under ground electric cable and GI tubing (where provided for protection of cables), stay and getting out, trimming the sides, forming bottom surface to required level in any type of soil complete all specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, any type of soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 250mm thick, in any tupe of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for under ground cable with layer of fine river dry sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned (consolidated ) thicness of sand will be measured and paid.

Material and labour for cable protection with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, laid dry, flat over sand cushining of cable, perpendicular across the cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable Pin and shackle insulators from existing pole complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pin type, porcelain, vitreous, brown, including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height and 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F shackle type,porcelian vitreous white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps 31 x 3 mm , washers, insulators bolts of size 12 mm ,washer and nuts of size 75 mm height and 90 mm dia for 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road cutting for laying cable and through GI Pipe of suitable size making good with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) of 150mm X 100mm inrespect of width and thicknesscomplete all as specified and directed. Note: GI pipe should be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixingin repair GI tubing light grade 50mm bore, light grade as in sleeving etc laid in trenches/pole post/under culvert/under load etc for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for trimming of branches of trees touching LT electric over head line and making clear about 3 mtr in radius by climbing up tree or by providing ladder, at a height of 9 mtr and above and carrying and depositing where directed not exceeding 50 mtr. Note : (i) Necessary T & P items arrange by contractor. (ii) While cutting the tree branches the fallen branch damaged the contactor, insulator, pole the contractor should be replaced the said items without any extra cost. If contrctor failed to rectify the complaint withing 4 hours of time period the penalty of Rs 10000 imposed per hour till rectify (iii) Cutting of tree consider in each span only not no of tree in one span have 10 trees it cnsider only one span.

Material and Labor for Design, supply, Fabrication, Installation, testing and Commissioning factory made, LT panel board, Out door type, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proofm suitably ventilated, floor mounted, 415 volts, 3 phase and neutral, 50 hz, AC supply system, fully compartmentalised, both side open able, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet steel, protection of enclosure IP-54 as per IS : 2147 of 1962 with pre-treatment and powder coated of approved colour including suitable frame work / support made out of suitable size of angle iron / flat iron, front opening type with provision for cable entry, with proper ferrule and cable glands, internal wiring with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor FRLS control cable of adequate size (minimum 1.5 sqmm 4 core), CT for all incoming and outgoing MCCBs as per switchgear capacity CT ratio recommended by CPRI including required civil works/anchoring bolts for fixing, PCC foundation 1: 3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone as in foundation filling mass concreting et etc with and including following all as specified and directed Note : - (a) Busbarchamber : Electrically grade Aluminium shrouded bus bar of capacity equal to 1.5 times of rated incoming control switch gear including interconnection same size of all switch gears , fixed on DMC insulators and provision of extension.

Outgoing : (a) (i) MCCB 160 Amps, 415Volts, 4 pole 50 Hz, 25 KA with adjustable thermal magnetic release, in built instantaneous protection, Ics = 100%=Icu(1 sec) complete including phase spreader all as specified and directed- 02 Nos (ii) MCCB 63 Amps, 415Volts, 4 pole 50 Hz, 16 KA with adjustable thermal magnetic release, in built instantaneous protection, Ics = 100%=Icu(1 sec) complete including phase spreaderall as specified and directed - 01 No. (iii) Multifunction meter- 03 Nos (iv) LED indicator set of three -03 Nos

(i) CPRI Certification Degree of protection IP-54 (should have IEC:61439-1-2 & IEC:60529 tests). (ii) CPRI certificates short circuit with stand strength should be 50 KA RMS for 1 sec with initial peak of 105 KA. (iii) CPRI certification rated current for short circuit not less than 5000A. (iv) All the electrical switch gear like MCCBs, MCBs should be of same make, (v) Drawing of panel board should be submitted by contracotr for got approved from GE (samba) before fabrication. (vi) Panel board should be fully compartmentalized in accordance to form 4 b of IEC 61439-1-2.

Labour only for repairing of existing LT panel Indoor/Outdoor installed at Samba Military Area, Dayalchak, Galak area for following work:- (i) To take proper shutdown from MES duty person after shutdown disconnect incoming and outgoing LT cables of various size at site. (ii) To sleeve the LT cable insulation and using required size of Aluminium lugs and crimmping with crimpping tools and proper connection on existing MCCB or new MCCB. (iii) To remove unserviceable Volt/Ammeter and fix new ammeter as per existing size if size not fitted properly make cutting as required level for new meters and proper connection through existing control cables or if new control cable required use new control cable as per existing size. (iv) To remove burnt MCCB on existing panel and fix new existing capacity MCCBs with spreader and making connection as per existing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (v) To weld the door with gas welding and replace the hinges if found unservicealbe. (vi) To replace the phase indicator lamp and required control wiring. (vii) To replace unserviceable CTs of capacity 5 to 800 Amps. Note: (i) The payment for replacing of Volt meter , Ammeter , Indicating lamp, voltage /current selector switch , Aluminium lugs, CTs are paid as supply only item on relevant schedule of CA. (ii) To gas weld door , replace control wiring, maintence work like sleeve cable, crimmping cost included on the quoted rate. (iii) After completion of work testing the cable and charge the line and reconnecting the cable deemed to be included on the quoted rate. (iv) The payment for replace MCCBs above 125 Amps are measured as S & F item of relavant of CA item upto 125 Amps measured as supply only item of schedule.

Supply, installation, testing,and commissioning of electronic based APFC panel outdoor type having aggregate capacity : 60 KVAR in 12 stage, microprocessor based along with factory made type panel weather proof, vermin proof, fully ventilated both side opening and fabricated out of CRCA sheet 3.00 mm thick & frame angle of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm having bus bar of Aluminium 200 Amps capacity, three phase and one neutral fixed on insulator and bus bar insulated by colored heat shrinkable sleeve & housed in specified compartment. Including powder coating internally externally the entire steel surfaces. All the cover shall have suitable locking arrangements, fully internally wired with suitable size of thimbles. (ii) Thickness of power coating shall not be less than 80 microns and test certificate for powder coating shall be furnished along with LT panel. (iii) The panel manufacturer should have following certification : (a) CPRI certification Degree of protection IP-54 (should have IEC:61439-1 & 2 IEC:60529 tests). (b) CPRI certification short circuit with stand strength should be 50 KA RMS for 1 sec with initial peak of 105 KA. (c) CPRI certification rated current for short circuit not less than 5000A. (iv) MCCB (Microprocessor based) provided should be capable for on line setting of the current. (v) All the eletrical switch gear like MCCBs, MCBs should be of same make. (vi) Drawing of panel board should be got approved from GE Samba (J & K) before fabrication. (vii) Panel board should be fully compartemtnalized in accordance to form 4 b of IEC 61439-1-2.
