Earthing complete with and including galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick surrounded by a mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected with and including galvanised iron or steel earth wire,4mm dia (No. 8 SWG) by means bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron, 15 mm bore (light grade) GI pipe for protection of earthing lead, 20 mm bore (light grade) GI pipe for watering with funnel, wire mesh and including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit and 50 mm thick RCC M-25(Design mix) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sq m) pit cover, C.I frame, charcoal and comman salt filling in alternate layers, complete all as shown and specified in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009), complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Earthing to be done for replacement of existing earthing. The materials retrieved from earthing shall be credited to contractor.

Excavating in trenches n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation, trenches for laying pipe line etc. and getting out in soft/ loose soil.complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in any type of soilcomplete all as spd and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L natural river sand as cushioning of cables including spreading and punning down all as per clause No 19.75 of SSR part -I complete all as specified. Note : punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour for old size bricks well burnt as covering to under ground cables class `B` (laid dryflat over the cables with width equal to length of cables complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F LT Control panel board, Outdoor type,double door, cubical type, padestal mounted, slopy roof, front and back both side opening overall size not less than 1500 x 1000 x 450 mm, CPRI approved, IP -52 having independent compartment for bus bar, incoming feeder and each out going feeders, dust and vermin proof & lockable, factory made, fabricated out of 3.0 mm thick CRCA sheet suitable for 3 Phase 415 volts 50 Hz, AC supply, bus bar chamber with Aluminium bus bar of 600 Amp rating for 3 phase and bus bar of same capacity for neutrall 4 wire system duly insulated with heat shrinkable type sleeves as per colour code, supported on epoxy insulators - 01 Set incl necessary copper cables of suitable size for MCCBs/MCBs / change over swicth / inter connections, common earth bus bar of GI Strip 32 x 6 mm at bottom with panel board at two earth terminals, cable glands with independent plates at bottom for each out going and in coming cables in cable alley panel board and painted with powder coating in siemens grey colour and provision for the following incoming and out going accessories all as approved and comprising as under :

S&F 100 mm bore GI tubing (medium grade) for protection of cable for road crossing and support to cable and fixing with pannel, wall, pole complete all as spd and directed.

S&F 80mm bore GI tubing (medium grade) for protection of cable for road crossing and support to cable and fixing with pannel, wall, pole complete all as spd and directed.

S&F precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs type B1 (1:2:4) by using 20mm graded aggregate, 10 cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed plates, coping and including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and providing form work for rough finished surface and finishing all exposed surfaces even and smooth complete all as spd and directed.

Note : An amount of Rs. 60,090.00 on account of credit schdule for Sch 'A' Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
