Supply, laying and testing of cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of Size 16 sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing 2 Run of cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70sq mm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement erecting steel tubular swaged poles erected to truly vertical or planted as strut complete with 6mm thick mild steel base plate(300mmx300mm), welded to pole, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, and screws poles made out of ERW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 Part-II Type 410 SP-31, 9mtr long including drilling of holes of required size for fixing of cross arms, painting the exposed surfaces of pole with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and with two coats of black bitumenous paint internally and portion embedded in concrete, making five black & white bands at lower portion of pole each 300mm wide alternately upto the height and marking pole No. with black paint at suitable height including making two nos holes of suitable size in steel tubular pole by gas welding for passing PVC cable connection from junction box to security lights through pole where junction box to be fitted in pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Excavation and Earth Work, PCC in foundation shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F 90 Watt LED street light with pressure die cast aluminium housing & toughened glass with IP-66 degree protection, individual LED's must have peanut lenses for better throw across & along the road with luminarie efficacy of greater than 100 lumen/Watt (Minimum lumen output of luminarie should be 9000 Lumens) color rendering (CRI) of 75 and co-related color temperature (CCT) of 5700K (+ 500K), The luminarie should have 5 KV surge protection, PF 0.95, and total harmonic distortion of THD 10%, voltage range of 140-280V should be provided. Luminarie should have top maintainable driver compartment for easy access to driver during maintenance. The driver used must be a constant current driver with efficiency of 85%. The manufactures LOGO must be embossed/Engraved in the housing of the luminarie. Manufactures to provide LM80 from source manufacturer and should have adequate testing facilities approved by ministry of science (Govt of India) to provide LM 79 report complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Laying, jointing in replacement & testing 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC tape PVC sheathed 2.5 Sqmm aluminium solid conductor 2 core nominal cross section laid in trenches/fixed to walls/ passing under the roads in existing pipes etc including takind down old UNSV cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement MS bracket for street light fittings made out of 40 mm dia GI pipe of medium grade 1.5 mtr long each bent to required shape & size and fixed to pole with and including flat iron clamps 02 Nos made out of 32x6 mm flat iron including GI Nuts, bolts and washers and painting of clamps and street light brackets with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and fittings bracket to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement modular box of size 333 x 233 x 120 mm made of FRP inpact resistance plastic & heat resistant materials including MCB SP 6 A, Connector terminal block 4 pole 16 A capacity and fixing to the street light or post top light pole with suitable sizes of clamps, nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, chuck nuts and washers of galvanized iron earth lead with 15 cm thick alternate layers of charcoal dust & common salt including PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, RCC cover made out of cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) reinforced with TMT steel bars 8 mm dia @150 mm c/c both ways with suitable handle and angle iron 40x40x5mm frame, GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm bore and funnel with wire mesh light grade protection pipe 20 mm bore up to main board complete as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 (Part-I) and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - On testing after completion of earthing, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk & cost to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Incoming ( a) MCCB 4 pole ,Ics=100%Icu- 25/26 KA, 415 Volts, 125 Amps , with thermal adjustable and fixed magnetic setting with extended terminals -01 No, (b) Bus bar electrolytic grade copper and supported on Non-hygroscopic, non carbonising, corrosion resistance SMC insulators 200 Amp,4 pole, not less than 75 cm long mounted on insulators 01 set Outgoing (a) MCCB 4 pole , Ics=100%Icu-25/26 KA, 415 Volts, 63 Amps , with thermal adjustable and fixed magnetic setting with extended terminals -02 Nos. Note- (i) Rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of PCC foundation/pedestal and connected earth work. (ii) Panels shall be placed above 0.6 mtr from ground level. (iii) Outgoing MCCBs shall be fed with solid busbar connectors. (iv) Cables shall be terminated using gun metal /SS glands. (v) including suitable thimbles/lugs, nut bolts ,washers fitted the cables. (vi) cable glands for incoming LT cable 50 sqmm -01 Nos and out going cables 25 sqmm -03 Nos is including rate quated by vendover.

S&F in replacement of automatic street light control switch of 8 KW three phase using Infrared sensor based Nature Switch for automatic switching of street light. Nature switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux*level. Reqd illuminance level also have part night operation facility for min 4 hrs to max 12 hrs. The sensor along with suitabe rating power contractor (s), one Incoming and three Outgoing MCBs rating of 20-32 Amps & main load circuit wiring (copper) of min 10 sqmm should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade thermoplastic polycarbonate enclosure conforming to IP66 protection class-2 (Hansel make). The circuit should be also have provision for manual operation (i.e. sensor by pass option) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix XLPE insulated , armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade , cross section area of Size 2 core 10 sq.mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix LED square shape out door exterior wall 4 way light(left,right,up,down) light fitting 16 watts, IP66, Energy Saving LED light with PDC , Aluminium body & secondary Optical lens for superior light distrubution , Efficacy 110 Lm/W. 5700k complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installation AC in wall split unit air conditioner reversible type indoor and outdoor unit complete with cordless remote control unit and with built air plasma filter for better inddor air quality of capacity 2.0 ton with standard accessories including MS frame work for installation of outer with side stand, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and disigned for input voltage 130V to 280V with output voltage 230V with accuracy of +- 2.5% and suitable for 2 TR ac, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix copper tubing incl brazing and lead testing alongwith foam insulation of any size as reqd for fixing of split AC of capacity 2.0 ton, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed copper conductor multistranded cable 1100 volts grade 6 sqmm size in PVC Conduit heavy duty ISI marked with 6sqmm PVC insulated FRLS copper coductor multistranded cable as earth lead to connecting to earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Wiring for connection between outer and inner unit of split AC with four single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed copper conductor multistranded cable 1100 volts grade 2.5sqmm size in PVC conduit heavy duty ISI marked with 2.5sqmm PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor cable multistranded as earth lead/single to connecting to earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps AC 230Volts 'C' series, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCCB TPN 415 volt 50 Hz, AC 63 Amps 36 KA with adjustable thermal magnetic release for over load & short circuit protection in existing Electric panel board, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
