Re-fixing and laying only of old steel water tubing retreived under sr item No. 05 to 10 above and returning of old screw threads as required in trench ,in new or old positions including descaling cleaning for fixing of fittings such as elbow sockets, union, reducer all required as directed by Engineer-in charge for the following sizes:- (a) GI tubing 150 mm dia bore

M & L replacement of CI fitting such as bends, tappers any type tee, caps reducer ,collar and plug all as directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M & L replacement of Bib taps all as specified and directed, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed of following sizes : (a) 15 mm

(b) 20 mm

Material and labour for cutting of existing CI water main line in position in trenches of size 150 mm dia for insertion of tee for taking branch connection including excavtion earth work re-filling etc all as specified and directed . Note:- CI specials, joints and jointing material shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L lagging to pipes used in external water supply of plumbing all around with 25mm thick bonded mineral wool pre-formed. SNAPON pipe section of density 144 Kg/Cum conforming to IS-9842 or equivalent and provided chicken wire mesh netting 25gauge 20mm meshing and plaster of Peris 3 to 5 mm thick all around the mesh after breaking old unsv/ broken lagging all as specefied and directed by Engineer in charge for the following pipe lines :- (a) GI tubing 50mm bore

(b) GI tubing 40mm bore

(c) GI tubing 25mm bore

(d) GI tubing 20mm bore

(e) GI tubing 15mm bore

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc all as speecified and directed

Brick work with sub class B old size bricks straight/curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 concrete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even all as specified and directed by EIC.

PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in pillars, columns including caps and bases with necessary from work complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L replacement of water pressure gauge of Bourden’s type 150mm dia with pressure range of 0 to 10 Kg/Sqcm on rising main water supply line including fixing arrangement , GI tubing nipple stop cock making holes by drilling and welding of socket complete all as specified.

M&L opening of GI pipe , cutting threading & S&F GI socket union and reducing , Tee, 40x15mm for branch connection including excavation and other related work all as directed.

Description all as per item No-47 above but size 25x15mm

Supply only Calcium based granular disinfectant for water treatment more stable than chlorine gas, and stronger than Bleaching powder and sodium Hypochloride pack of 45 Kg, Plastic drum

M&L for scraping removing and cleaning of interior surface of under ground reservoir of capacity 25000 Gallons at 6 mtr under the ground level cleaning with Alum water with brush after removing the mud /silt in side the tank to the satisfaction of Engr-in- charge including white washing to inner surface to tank and writing date of cleaning and capacity to tank with synthetic enamel paint of size 10cm height on tank complete and all as specified.

All as per srl item No. 55 above but capacity 50000 Gallons reservoir complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the electric motor induction motor assembly of pump set/VT of capacity 30 HP to 100 HP from the foundation after disconnecting the electric connection,carrying the same to workshop,dismantling of electric motor and taking down worn out windings of rotor field coils and excitor coils,rewinding the startor,rotor and excitor gauge,replacement of insulation material,heat varnishing provision of connecting leads and terminal plates etc to make the electric motor fully serviceable,reassembling the motor shifting back to the installation ,assembling the same with engine making electric connections,testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling the complete pump set of cap 75 to 100 HP from foundation channel after disconnecting all inlet and outlet connections ,carrying the same to workshop,dismantling of pump , cleaning throughly and taking down worn out parts such as Ball bearing,Impeller , rubber coupling, bushes ,brass ring , studs , replacement of the same with new ,lath work of pump shaft , impeller if required , reassembling , commissioning and testing after fix on orignal site for smooth functioning up to the entire satisfaction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

FASD starter oil immersed of capacity 100 HP built in over load relay, incl taking down the existing unserviceable starter complete all as specified by Engr-in-charge. Make: Kilburn/ABB/Bharat Cutler Hammer/Bentex

Taking up and down water lubricated deep well vertical turbine pump set of cap 75 HP any make including rachet assay, hollow shaft, motor, discharge head body, column pipe, steel shaft, including spider with bush etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and installation of Submersible pump, electric driven 415 V, TP suitable for 250 mm dia bore well ( Casing pipe of size 300/350 mm),15 HP (11KW), out put min 60 LPM @ head 370 mtr. Model 60 HH 1524 including automatic star delta starter for submersible pump, sheet metal enclosure of suitable capacity as directed including analog amp meter,volt meter, indicator ,having suitable for capacity 15 HP including 80 RM flexible flat PVC sheathed stranderd copper conductor of size 10 Sqmm three core, complete all as specified and directed.
