Taking out existing old unserviceable pole (09 and 11) metres long of PCC Pole from the PCC foundation, couping and including carefully taking down existing ACSR conductor,cables, street light, security light fitting, GI brackets, looping boxe, stay assembly of any type & patten etc, after disconnection of electric supply by using necessary T&P/Crane/ any mechanical method will be applied and disposal of debris upto distance not exc 100 m complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Hire charges of T&P / crane/hydra/JCB etc for disconnection of electric supply and cost of disposal of debris shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable UG cable of any size all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 (Using 40 mm grade aggregate as in foundation of pole, stay and filling and mass concrete) including providing necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate as in copping of existing and new electric pole at site including providing necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing and erection of steel tubular swaged pole 09 m long, type 410 SP-32, pole should be in one piece only and smooth finishing, ISI marked conforming to IS:2713-1980, complete with all accessories, such as cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws, washers and drilling of holes for continious GI earth wire as specified including applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and embedded portion shall be painted with two coats of black japan paint after preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in elect plate No-1, dia to stay 20mm dia 190cm long including MS galvanised stay plate of size 300mmx300mmx6mm thick and galvized thimble after dismantling of unserviceable stay set (above GL) including excavation in earth work, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) foundation including dismantling of old unserviceable stay assembly complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Cost of excavation, concrete work, removing of surplus soil, returning filling shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.)

Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 mtr apart including 4 mm dia suspension GI wire with stranded conductor 16 sqmm twin core cable flat or round including taking down old unserviceable service connections complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for trench of cable/foundation of pole and stay etc and getting out in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No: 24 above but depth exceeding beyond 1.5mtr and not exc 3 metre all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for sand cushioning for protection of underground cable consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand all as specified and as directed (Compacted thickness shall only be measured and paid)

Material and labour for well burnt bricks,Sub class 'B' bricks, best quality locally available laid flat, dry in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed

Laying only Old brick laid flat, dry in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections incl. nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparing the surface all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Shackle type insulator, porcelain, vitreous white / brown including galvanized mild steel straps (of size 31 mm x 3 mm) washers, insulator bolts ( 12 mm dia) washers and nuts per size of height 75 mm and dia 90 mm for working pressure 1100 Volts all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade all as specified and as directed.

S&F New Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced, of any size, type, fixed to poles and stretching properly drawn for overhead lines on poles including binding at site to insulator with suitable size of wire including 15mm dia PVC seperater at equal interval including removing old unserviceable ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Cradles, hexagonal/rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia including binding with aluminium binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Restringing of existing over head sagged conductor over head lines on existing LT poles including providing binding wire, line taps , fixing of dispositioned insulators in position with nuts and bolts with washers etc.as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Quoted rate shall be deem to included the cost of winding wire and replacement of insulator if damaged during restraining of conductor. (ii) Insulator shall be paid separately as supply only under respective item of this schedule.

Cutting, trimming and vending tree branches along LT over head lines, after arranging electrical shutdown , including taking all precautions while working on lines using own T&P by the contractor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. Note :- (i) Branches of trees shall be cut upto 3 metre from the outer conductor of OH line. (ii) Cutting/trimming of branches shall be done after obtaining necessary shut down in writing by the Engineer-in-Charge to avoid any casualty.

M&L for GI pipe 80 mm dia "light grade" ISI marked, laid in trenches/ on floors/on, pole/road for cable protection including necessary joints / fittings including taking up / down and removing old unserviceable GI pipe complete all as specified and directed .

Painting to existing steel tubular poles of any length including cross arms, channels, angle iron support, bracings, clamps etc. with two coats of aluminum paint superior quality of approved make on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with white and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping etc complete and writing pole numbers. of 2 inches bold letters with black paint after painting, complete all as specified & directed.

Fabrication and fixing in replacement of glow sign board of sizes 08'x3'x 0.5' with made out of plain Galvanized M.S. Sheet of thickness 1.0 mm duly mounted on MS angle 20x20x3mm duly fixed by screwes and the front side covered with 3.0 mm thick white acrylic sheet and further covered with Dark Blue Vinyl sheet duly cut the letterrings by computerized cutting plotter and pasted on the acrylic sheet and fixed properly with the frame structure by means of nuts/bolts/washers etc. including 05 Nos 20 watt Led tube light fittings and necessary electrical connections with 1100 v grade PVC insulated multi flexible copper wire of size 1.5 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed All as specified and directed. NOTE:- letter to be written on will be as directed by Engr-in-charge/GE

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of CPRI approved, factory made, LT Feeder Pillar Box cubical, Outdoor type, floor mounted double door, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 cycles, 415 Volts. The panel board shall be made of 3.15 thick CRCA sheet for load bearing members and 16 SWG (1.6 mm thick) for doors covers and internal partitions and shall be powder coated both side. Base frame of the panel shall be made of ICMC channel of size 50 x50 x 6mm, duly grouted on platform made of brick work in CM (1:2:4), 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:6) having minimum height of 450mm. The panel shall be provided with separate compartments for each switch gears with hinged door including interlocking with switch gears. The panel board shall be suitable for AC, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire supply complete with epoxy insulated 400 Amps rated high conductivity aluminium bus bars, supported with DMC / SMC barriers and coluor coded, prewired with copper cable, the degree of protection is IP-54. the panel shall be complete with instrumentation such as LED phase indicating lamps and CT's, including extended aluminium strip of rating of Incomer (400Amps), and outgoing as per rating of MCCB’s, including aluminium lugs to connect the cable dismantled before etc., and comprising of the following:-

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning LT Outdoor floor mounted Bus Bar box, powder coated, factory made and tested , platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system of size 750X750X450 MM (HXWXD) having bus bar chamber with insulated electrolytic Aluminium bus bars installed on DMC insulators . The panel shall be both side openable dust and vermin proof, protection class (IP-54) in accordance with IS-2147 and made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and mild steel angle iron frame work (made out of 40 mm x 40 mm x 5mm thick and 450 mm long), front & rear opening type with aprons for cable entry, with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of flint grey shade having instrument chamber with RYB indicator LED lamps. he scope of work also comprising of the following including taking down by disconnection of all incoming and outgoing UG cable and MCCB connections of existing UNSV LT bus bar box and making good the disturbed surface :- (A) Aluminium Bus bar chamber rating : 125 Amps, TPN, 415V (B) Incoming MCCB rating : 200 Amps, 4P, 10 KA - 01 (C) Multifunctinl meter (Ampere meter and Voltmeter sutaible size) NOTE : (i) Panel wiring for control circuit with copper flexible 1.5 Sq mm & power wiring minimum 4 Sqmm flexible or as per load rating of the feeder pillar box and provision of 300x300x2mm thick danger notice board on front side of the panel doors. (ii) Complete installation with civil work and making necessary incoming and outging connection with proper cable lugs and cable glands is deemed to be included in uit rate quoted by the Contractor. (iii) The final height of the LT panel from the normal ground level shall be 450 mm and necessary civil work included in quoted rate.

Repair to existing us LT panel by opening of damaged cables and burn out Lugs, replacement of internal wiring and defective CTs and Amp / Volt meters , providing new luga as per requirement and refix the cables in position .all as specified and directed .Notes - Aluminium lugs will be measured and paid under respective item of Sch.
