PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix), type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified & directed.

PCC 1:2:4, nominal mix, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

RCC M-20, nominal mix, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span, complete all as specified.

Use & waste of form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunching, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc alo splays between floors and beamsfor rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

Brickwork with sub-class ‘B’ bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exc. 6m in mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified.

Pressed steel frames of size 105mmx60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate., complete all as specified. Note : PCC for filling of hollow portion shall be measured and paid for separately.

35mm thick factory made 2nd class hard wood (Sal/ Hollock) plain, framed, panelled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panels of 9mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial face veneers on both sides.The size of rail and style as per IS–1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified.

Butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled, mild steel 100 mm long (ISI marked), complete all as specified.

Extruded aluminium alloy handle, fabricated type, anodised, 125 mm long (ISI marked), complete all as specified.

Aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed, 150mm long (ISI marked), complete all as specified.

Floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor, overall length of cover plate 140mm, complete all as specifed.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and or reveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 grade-E-165, complete all as specified.

TMT bars 10mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, conforming to grade Fe-500, complete all as specified& directed.

All as per Srl item No. 17 above but 06 mm to 08 mm dia & including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

Steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, an choring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring, 20-25 mm thick as per sample kept in AGE(I)’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, laid over and including 20 mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:3, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish, complete all as specified. Note- Skirting / dado will be provided with joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles and shall be paid separately.

15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry / brick surfaces or other than fair faces of brick surfaces, finished without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:6 on stone masonry / brick surfaces or other than fair faces of brick surfaces, finished without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Finish wall with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade, new work (two or more caot applied @ 1.67 ltr / 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg / 10sqm) ) complete all as specified.

Prepration of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified.

Prepration of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer, complete all as specified.

Replacement of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 240 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified. (Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately).

Replacement of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 150 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified. (Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately).

Replacement of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 120 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified. (Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately).

Replacement of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified. (Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately).

Replacement of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified. (Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately).

Replacement of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified. (Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately).

Replacement of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 25 Sqmm 4.0 core laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified. (Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately).

Sand cushioning to underground cables complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I laid before and after laying of cable, complete all as specified.

Replacement of Sub class ‘B brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed.

GI tubing (Medium grade) with all fittings, laid in trenches or under road crossing as protection pipe, or fixed alongwith walls/poles with clamps, bore of pipe 80mm, complete all as specified. Note-Eart work if required at site shall be measured and paid separetly.

Supply, installation, commmissioning and testing of AMF PANEL:- (i) Auto Main Failure (AMF) panel made out of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet,powder coated of conforming to IS 8623 totally enclosed dust and vermin proof with front and rear openings of 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, AC 50 Hz having aluminium bus bar capacity required to carry current at 110% load of 100 KVA DG set and 70 KVA DG Set with three phase and half neutral colour coded, pre-wired with copper flexible cable of size 4 sqmm all as specified with the following accessories, control cable from Gen set to AMF panel. (ii) Micro processor based MCCB 3 Pole of suitable capacity as recommended by OEM but not less than 250 Amps ,Manual draw out type with electrical contractor 250 Amps 4 pole for alternator (DG supply and Main Supply) -02 Nos.Make; ABB/Schneider. (iii) AIl controls indicators and standard fittings: All as follows :

Supply, fabricating and installing following size of perforated M.S. cable trays U type of size 250 x 50 x2 mm (WxHxThickness) including horizontal and vertical bends, reducers, tees, cross members, MS Angle Irons for errection of trays and other accessories as required, and duly suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders, including painting complete all as specified and directed .

Shiftng of 315 KVA serviceable transformer from exisinting loc to another loc not exceeding 10 Mtr and refixing and reinstallation of the same after completion of necessary civil works (like partition wall, flooring, PCC staging, fencing complete etc) including disconnection and recoonection of LT and HT cables, earthing and necessary T&P for shifting of transformer compete all as specified and directed.
