M&L for removing excavated material n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L for sand cushioning to cable with dry fine sand in trenches 8 cm thick below the cable and 15 cm thick above the cable after laying complete all as specified.

M&L for bricks laid in trenches flat with width equal to length of brick for cable protection well burnt sub class 'B' laid across the cable complete all ad specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1: 4 : 8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates ) as in foundation of pole etc all specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1: 2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates ) as in stay filling or pole coping etc including necessary form work for rough finished surfaces complete all specified and directed.

Supply and lay in repair cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded copper conductor of size 150sq mm 3.5 core. laid in trench/ duct / along pole/wall etc including making connection complete all as directed. Note : The cost of thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is incl in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it.

S&F in replacement of GI tubing light grade 50mm dia with all fittings laid in trenches/fixed on wall/ceiling including dismantling of old pipe etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for in repair of Pin type insulator porcelain, vitreous, white/ brown or green insulators including one galvanised MS spindle, two galvanized iron washer, GI nut of size 100 mm height and 65mm dia 1100 volts grade complete all as specified.

M&L for in repair of Shackle type insulators, porcelain, vetreous white/ brown or green including galvanised MS strips, bolt,nuts and washer of size 75mm height and 90mm dia,size of strap section 31x3mm and dia of 12 mm for working pressure 1100 volts grade complete all as specified.

S&F in repair of rolling type insulators, porcelain, vetreous white/ brown including galvanised MS strips, bolt,nuts and washer and dia of 12 mm for working pressure 1100 volts grade complete all as specified.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shapes size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, and one under coat and one finished coat of aluminium paint complete including dismantling cross arms of MS channel complete etc. all as specified.

M&L for supply & fix in replacement Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screw as specified type 410 SP -31 (9.00 meters long) including two coat of red oxide and applying two coat of aluminium pain with white washing for coping, including PCC foundation/ pole coping etc as specified complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for restretching only the ACSR conductor fixed on over head line pole and tightening the ACSR, taking down the conductor from insulators complete with auth sag and rewinding with insulators in proper position after tighting with new aluminium winding wire of dia 2mm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Supplying and fixing in repair of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat of size 4.0 sqmm for service connection complete all as specified.

Supplying and fixing in repair of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat of size 10.0 sqmm for service connection completeall as specified.

Supplying and fixing in repair of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat of size 16sqmm for service connection complete all as specified.

Supply and replacement in repair of danger notice board 1.6mm thick M.S sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bone in signal red colour and fixed with M.S clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for LT 20x15cm size.by replacing the unserviceble one.

S&F LED Supply and fixing LED street/security light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED flood lights 35 W 230 Volts AC, energy saving and enviromental friendly light fitting IP 66 high power LED floodlight with pressure die cast aluminium housing complete with all accessories.

Supply and fixing in repair 1.5 Sq mm three core PVC insulated flexibale copper conductor wire for street/security light connection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Replacement of outdoor type SMC junction box of size 170x170x105mm one piece moulded SMC door hinged fixed base with hinged right or left side and fixed to the foundation pole with suitable fixing arrangement bus bar with single electrolytic aluminium for both phase and neutral supported on FRP insulator and cut out complete fixed on the pole with suitable inlet and outlet , provision for cable connection, MCB SP 6 Amps rating 'B' curve for controling the pole light including necessary connection, complete as specified and directed .

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 25×4mm means of bolts, nuts check nut & washers of galvanised iron or steel & connected to main switch including complete excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 meters, PCC Chamber (1:3:6) type C-2 precast RCC cover with frame, funnel wire mesh, 20mm bore light grade galvanised iron or steel pipe for water, charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers of 15cm compacted thickness all round the earth electrode complete alll as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I including welding with suitble electrode and testing complete all as directed. NOTE :- (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrodeto test point upto length of 7.5 mtrs length shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) M&L Tubing GI med grade 40mm dia for protection of earthing strip and passing the Road/passes and etc.shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contrator shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department .

Taking out from trenches/poles/wall etc LT UG Cable PVC insulated sheathed with multistranded aluminium conductor armoured and relaying after fault rectification duly tested in trenches/Poles/Wall of LT UG Cable of any sizes including Earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply, fixing & commissioning in replacement of sheet metal enclosure (junction/fedder piller box) of suitable size fabricated with CRCA sheet steel 2mm thick, front door openable type, powder coated included earth bars cement spill protector cable ties, balnking plates suitable for housed 4 pole MCCB 63 Amp as incommer, copper bus bar 200 Amp rating outgoing MCB 40 Amp SPN, multifunctioning meter, indication lamp etc complete and suitable to accommodate the following accessories:- (a) MCCB 40 Amps 4pole,16 KA,Thermal magnetic - 1 Nos (b) MCB, SPN 25 Amps,10KA- 6 Nos (Out going) (c) MCB, SP 6 Amp,10KA,Thermal magnetic- 2 Nos (Out going) (d) Indication lamps (R,Y,B) LED type - 1 set (e) Copper bus bar 200 Amp rating with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve TPN- 01 set Note: (i) LT panel cum/ junction box shall be flush in staircase/ sub staion room wall & adequate height.
