Supply, installation and testing of electric chimney (ISI Marked) ducted auto clean, wall mounted type, 60cm with toughened glass with filters including motor working on 230 Volt, 50 Hz, complete all as directed.

Construction of brick masonery valve pits of size (900mm x 900mm x 600mm) internal diamension with brick work in cement mortar (1:4) including excavation and earth work, concrete work, 3mm thick MS sheet cover with locking arrangement hinges and handle, rendering work, painting to all steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as shown on drawing and as specified.

Cutting of CI/DI Pipe line and reducing to required length for insertion of new tee, branch pieces for size upto 100 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate quoted by the Contractor deemed to be included the rate of tee, branch pieces etc; and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Supply, installation,connecting, commissioning and testing transformer of capacity 100 KVA step down 11/0.433KV, outdoor type with totally enclosed cable boxes at HV & LV sides with suitable SS cable glands, double copper wound 3 phase 4 wire 50c/s oil immersed naturally cooled with externally cooling tube, core type delta connected on primart(HV) 11kv side and star connected on secondary(LV) 433V side having tapping ±2.5%,±5%,±7.5% and to change by means of hand operating off load tap changing gear including first filling of oil of dielectric strength not less than 45KV with all fittings such as silica gel blue in color in crystal form filled in breather pot, drain out valve, (oil tank) conservator tank of suitable capacity with level indicator,exhaust vent, temperature guage and accessories and all as per IS1180:2014 with all latest amendments complete. The transformer will comprise of oil level indicator for breather tank, lifting eye circular bolts 2 Nos, fixed on top cover plate, bottom wheels 4 Nos skid type under base plate mounted on SMC-100 channel 2 Nos not less than 3.0 meter long upto transformer plinth length/width complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rate for transformer include fixing of transformer on two pole structure.

Point wiring for One light/fan point call bell point/fan point controlled by one way switch 5 Amp with 1.5 Sqmm single core multi standed copper conductor FRLSH insulated and unsheathed heavy duty cable in colour code including unaction earth wire with cable of size 1.5 sqmm copper conductor flexible FRLSH insulated drawn into and including concealed in PVC conduit of not less than 20mm dia and 1.5mm wall thickness ISI marked terminated into annealed steel terminal boxes including modular plate and cover for mounting modular switch/ socket switches, sockets, fan regulators etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.
