Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Dismantling and taking out the following unserviceable items fixed in any position and removal from site, all as directed. (a) Insulators any type and any size.

(b ) ACSR conductor of any size .

(c) old Steel poles any size.

(d) UG cable any size.

Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged pole with cast iron base plate finial tapper plug, bolts nuts and screws and specified type 410-SP-31 ( 9 mtr long) in truly vertical position 1.5 m length of pole above ground level shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in strips of 30 cm width, black and yellow alternatively and painting with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer on rest part of pole and its connected parts complete all as specified laying GI pipe light grade for cable protection and fixing to existing pole with flat iron clamp 25x3mm including nuts bolts and washers etc complete for 40mm dia.

Pin type insulator porcelain, vitreous, white/ brown or green insulators including one galvanised MS spindle, two galvanized iron washer, GI nut of size 100 mm height and 65mm dia 1100 volts grade complete all as specified (Make: Jaipuria Brother/ Oblum)

Shackle type insulators, porcelain, vetreous white/ brown or green including galvanised MS strips, bolt,nuts and washer of size 75mm height and 90mm dia,size of strap section 31x3mm and dia of 12 mm for working pressure 1100 volts grade complete all as specified.

S & F in repair cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shapes size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, and one under coat and one finished coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified.

Aluminium conductors, reinforced (ACSR) conductor of any size for OH lines including stretching, binding wire ,jumpers,line taps etc complete all as specified.

Restretching only the ACSR conductor fixed on over head line pole and tightening the ACSR, taking down the conductor from insulators complete with auth sag and rewinding with insulators in proper position after tighting with new aluminium winding wire of dia 2mm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Treeming of trees branches from electric over head lines and clearing of 2 meter distance horizontal and vertical from outer edge of conductor including removing cut branches 50 mtr (minimum) away from the place all as directed by Engr-in- Charge. Note: Contractor will ensure shut down on the feeder in writting before commincement of work on electrical lines. Length of span shall not be less than 40 mt.

Supply and replacement of danger notice board 1.6mm thick M.S sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bone in signal red colour and fixed with M.S clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for LT 20x15cm size.by replacing the unserviceble one.
