M&L for Sand cushioning to cable with dry fine sand in trenches 8 cm below the cable and 15 cm above the cable after laying complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Punned thickness of 18CM shall be measured and paid.

M&L for Bricks laid in trenches flat with width equal to length of brick for cable protection, well burnt sub class 'B' bricks laid across the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1: 2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates ) as in stay filling or pole coping etc including necessary form work for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of OH ACSR conductor with under ground cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded copper conductor of size 120 sq mm 3.5 core. laid in trench/ duct / along pole/wall etc including making connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The cost of thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is included in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it.

Description all as per item No. 7 above but cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of GI tubing light grade 40mm dia with all fittings laid in trenches/fixed on wall/ceiling including dismantling of old pipe etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of GI tubing light grade 80 mm dia with all fittings laid in trenches/fixed on wall/ceiling including dismantling of old pipe etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing in repairs of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm GI suspension wire, one twin core cable flat of size 16sqmm for service connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED street/security light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs 1.5 Sq mm three core PVC insulated flexible copper conductor wire for street/security light connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of outdoor type SMC junction box of size 170x170x105mm one piece moulded SMC door hinged fixed base with hinged right or left side and fixed to the foundation pole with suitable fixing arrangement bus bar with single electrolytic aluminium for both phase and neutral supported on FRP insulator and cut out complete fixed on the pole with suitable inlet and outlet , provision for cable connection, MCB SP 6 Amps rating 'B' curve for controlling the pole light including necessary connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 25x4 mm means of bolts, nuts check nut & washers of galvanised iron or steel & connected to main switch including complete excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 meters, PCC Chamber (1:3:6) type C-2 precast RCC cover with frame, funnel wire mesh, 20mm bore light grade galvanised iron or steel pipe for water, charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers of 15cm compacted thickness around the earth electrode complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I including welding with suitable electrode and testing complete all as directed. NOTE :- (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to test point upto length of 7.5 mtrs length shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.

Supply, fixing & commissioning in replacement of sheet metal enclosure (junction/feeder pillar box) of suitable size fabricated with CRCA sheet steel 2mm thick, front door openable type, powder coated included earth bars cement spill protector cable ties, blanking plates suitable for housing 4 pole MCCB 63 Amp as incommer, copper bus bar 200 Amp rating outgoing MCB 40 Amp SPN, multifunctioning meter, indication lamp etc complete and suitable to accommodate and following accessories including supplying and fixing of following accessories:- (a) MCCB 40 Amps 4pole, 16 KA, Thermal magnetic - 1 Nos (b) MCB, SPN 25 Amps,10KA- 6 Nos (Out going) (c) MCB, SP 6 Amp,10KA, Thermal magnetic- 2 Nos (Out going) (d) Indication lamps (R,Y,B) LED type - 1 set (e) Copper bus bar 200 Amp rating with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve TPN- 01 set Note: (i) LT panel cum-junction box shall be flush in staircase/ sub staion room wall & at adequate height.
