Supply installation commissioning and testing of LT distributor panel cubical type factory IT made dust vermin proof fabricated to 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet angle and tee section 50x50x6mm frame double door front/rear opening and locking arrangement floor mounted outdoor type bus bar fixed on the post/insulator including spray/ painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and pre wired with suitable size PVC insulator shelved copper conductor cable comprising the following:-
(a) MCCB 4 Pole 415 volts 40 Amps with 16KA-01 No (Incoming)
(b) MCCB 4 pole 415 volts 25 Amps with 10kA-02 Nos (Outgoing)
(c) Indicator Lamp RYB – 01 Set
(d) Voltmeter digital type 0 to 500 Amp with selector switch – 01 No
(e) Ammeter 0 to 300 Amp with Selector switch- 01 No.
(f) Totally enclosed bus bar having copper 4 strip of size 15x2 mm thick and neutral respectively supported in porcelain insulated with colour red, yellow, blue & black.
(g) Necessary foundation to fix the panel board and connecting, lesting and commissioning all as specified.
(h) Complete wiring of panel board with suitable copper strip from incoming MCCB to bus bar and busbar to outgoing MCCB with RYB colour coated.

Note: - The rate also include charcoal and salt in alternate layers, 20mm bore GI pipe (light grade) for watering, protection pipe funnel, wire mesh, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber in cement concrete 50mm thick precast RCC cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3kg/sqm) and CI frame etc and including provision of test point, connecting to test point and testing on completion etc complete all as specified.

Note:- The unit rate includes the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal and salt in alternate layers, 20mm bore GI Pipe (med grade) for watering 40mm GI protection pipe (light grade) funnel, wire mesh, lugs PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber in cement concrete 50mm thick precast RCC M-25 (design mix) cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3kg/sqm) and CI frame etc and including provision of test point, connecting to test point and testing on completion etc complete all as specified.
The unit rate also include earthing lead and protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr from top of earth plate
