Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified.

Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling and providing and fixing gypsum board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instruction fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Applying 3mm thick wall care putty on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per item No.14 above, but except bricks, all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered or painted walls and applying one coat of cement base paint white or tined, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:3 on roof surfaces with mixing of water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instruction including finishing the surface even and fair to receive roof treatment, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Supply only Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid seperately.

Supply only liquid water proofing admixture conforming to IS 2645-1975 of approved make complete all as specified and directed.(Dosage- @ 200ml per 50Kgs of Bags of cement)

Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet as under :- (a) Ist Course : Apply a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384@ 0.40 Kg /Sqm on prepared surface of plaster and after drying of primer, apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm on plastered surfaces. (b) 2nd Course : APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric membrane, 5 layered, 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm with 160 Grams/Sqm non woven polyester made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 150 mm end overlap, membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat, all joints and changes in direction should be covered with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @200ml/bag of cement and curved before laying of membarance. (c) 3rd Course : Apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm over membrance and dusted with dry sand @ 0.50 to 1 Kg/sqm. Note:-(i) The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out from the authorised personal of the Company all as specified and directed. (ii) For non-accessible roofs : Top surfaces of roof after carrying out treatment as specified here-in-above shall be provided with 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer as per manufacturer’s instructions.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light,fan,bell, socket or power) complete,including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, holders,regulators, sockets, tube light fittings and including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface and colour shade with putty and white cement at necessary holes for smooth finishing complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed.

Sub main wiring complete with 2 run of 6 sqmm single core copper conductor (ISI marked) cable 1100 volts grade,FRLS type, PVC insulated, unsheathed,flexible,multi stranded colour coded cables drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit of size 25 mm dia medium grade(MMS) with all connected accessories such as Bend,Tee,Elbow,Short peices etc concealed in wall/roofs/floors and including one run of 2.5 sqmm single core copper conductor cable flexible, PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, 1100 volts grade,FRLS type as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface including cutting and cheasing and complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Two run of 6 sqmm single core copper conductor cable and one run of 2.5 sqmm single core copper conductor cable as earth continuity and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.

PVC Conduit wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the size of 2x4.0 sq.mm earth wire FR is PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed as required all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated, FRLS type, ISI marked,conforming to IS-694/1990 unsheathed, multistranded, single core, copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade colour code cables drawn through and including PVC Conduit 20 mm dia medium grade and including cutting, chasing work at any height and all accessories are concealed in walls / roofs / floors / ceiling etc. metal flush box with top,bottom,side/back wall knockout for conduit entry from any direction made out of 1.60mm thick suitable for fixing of modular top cover plate as per numbers of switch modules for modular switches,sockets,fan regulators,red colour indicator, blank plates etc as approved coloures and including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded FRLS type unsheathed(Green colour),single core cable with copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly and including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface and colour coat including providing putty and white cement for smooth finishing of existing surface complete all as specified and directed for the following:- (Note:- All necessary accessories such as modular steel box,top cover plate, blank plate, screws,washers to be used of same make/brand only and shall be deemed in to included in quoted rate only.)
