Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, removing all type of vegetation (like peeple tree etc) scrubbing down with water complete, all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement (Openable) Door made of extruded profile wilh wall thickness of 2.3mm ( + -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with mitlti chamber, frame (60mm x 58mm), sash (60mm x 78mm). T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm). Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling ol holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket 1.2 + -0.2mm thick galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), sash (31mm x 27mm), T profile (27mm x 17mm) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall wilh 8mm x 100mm long fasteners. Hardware: [casement door handle made of zinc alloyed (white powder coated). Corner striker. Secondary Strikers. Cylinder. Door transmission gear made of mild sleel with multi point locking system with strikes. 3D Hinges of zinc alloyed (white powder coated) [and 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass. (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net opening will be measured for payment purpose.)

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed window/ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area upto 0.75 sqm.) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of propriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Glass shall be paid separately).

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 1.75 sqm) comprising of uPVC multichambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drillingof holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Glass or wiremesh shall be paid separately) Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

5 mm thick sheet glass (Etching design on glass as approved by Engr in Charge) as in windows, partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shap, drilling holes required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolled mild steel work as in Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to grade Fe 290 (E-165) complete all as specified.

Vitrified tiles (double charged/ ultracharged) of 10mm thick any colour, dark shade (area of each tile n exceeding 0.36 sqm) as in floors jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surfaces, laid over and including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 12.00 here in before but on vertical surfaces as in skirting/dado over and including 10 mm thick screed bedding/ backing layer in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

Glazed coloured ceramic jointfree/rectified tiles of size 600x300mm and 7mm thick in vertical surfaces like dado/skirting, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, over and including 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces works in cement mortar 1:4 finished rough for receiving tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including cutting and mirror finish polishing over and including 20 mm thick screed bedding/ backing layer in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

10-12mm thick perforated gypsum boards as in ceiling as approved, moisture resistant, including intermediate, perimeter channel wall channel, along with nuts and bolts connecting plates for gypsum boards, dry wall screws soffits cleats, panelling section, rowel plugs fixtures and screws and applying two coats of emulsion paint over a coat primer on exposed surface, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) Design of paneling board as approved by Engr - in - Charge (b) GI grid, hanging system shall be of same manufacturer.

4mm thick Cement fibre board (designer ceiling) of size 600mm x 600mm panel conforming to IS 14862 type B category three including GI frame work with size of grid 605mm 605mm including all accessories, the fibre sheet should be fire resistant, water resistant, termite resistant, environment friendly & 100% asbestos free, complete all as specified and as directed.

Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawingcomplete all as specified and as directed.

20mm Harrison rails/curtain rods, stainless steel, chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers, end bulb etc., complete all as specified & directed.

15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete on wall including facia chhajja etc.surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

5mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surfaces as in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3, and finish the surface fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

3mm thick wall care putty on wall, complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint to plastered surfaces brick masonary/concrete surface over 10 cms width or girth, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified & directed.

Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel staples complete, all as specified and directed.

Point wiring for one light/ fan/bell/Exhaust point controlled by one switch using 1.5 Sq mm FRLS copper conductor cables (multistanded) PVC insulated and unsheathed in and including PVC concealed conduit as per site requirement (thickness not less than 1.4mm and 20mm dia), medium grade with Modular sunken boxes & PVC back plate for mounting modular type switches, sockets & regulators etc with front plate modular type including supplying and laying PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts coppper conductor cable 1.5 Sq mm as earth wire stranded and conected to earth dolly as specified. Note:- Cutting and making same the wall patchs after laying the wire and conduit using putty, white wash and distamper. The surface should be made smooth using putty and should match exactly with the existing wall finish.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosures for DBs when MCCBs to be used double door DB VTPN 4 ways, vertical type, including 125 Amps MCCB, 25 kA, 415 volts with 400 Amps rated bus bar and neutral link including chases wall for fixing DB and making good disturbed wall surface to match with existing specifications, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

MCCB 100 Amps, 3 Pole, 16KA, 415 Volts, complete all as specified and as directed.

Sheet metal enclosures for distribution board when MCB to be used SPN 12 way with IP-43, IK-09 protection 240V with 200 Amps rated bus bar, double door type including cutting chases in walls for fixing DBs making good the distubed surfaces to match with existing specifications ,fixing in repairs complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: MCBs will be measurd separately).
