M&L for premix bituminous macadam with 4% paving using bitumen VG-30 paving grade(50-70 penetration) bitumen binder, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness) up to maximum 75mm or less complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Preparing black top surfaces brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms as and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bag to remove all loose dirt’s etc and applying evenly a priming tack coat with tar boiler or cold emulsion as per weather condition with sprinkler (site requirement) on existing black top surfaces with paving bitumen primer using bitumen VG-30 paving grade(80-100 penitration) @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Bituminous VG-30 premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient including 1mm thick sand/ lime spreading after complete rolling/compacted surface complete all as specified and directed. (To be prepared in hot mix plant and to be laid through machanical paver.) Note :- (a) preparation of mix in hot mix plant,spreading by self propelling mechanical paver and rolling and compection by set of rollers as specified in PS shall be camed out. Hot mix plant may be installed at any distance but the Contractor shall be responsible for maintaning the required temarature of mix under all conditions till it is laid and compected and. unit rate against these items shall be include for carrying and no delay in completion of work shall be acceptable on this account.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 3mm thick ACP Sheetboard of any size in high quality colour of sheet fixing with self taping screw complete all as specifid and directed. Note:- (i) Sample of ACRYLIC sheet board is to be provided. (Make- 3M)

S&F of out door Acrylic Retro reflecting tape for letters, size of letter n less than 20 cm and colour complete all as specified and directed

S&F 100 mm bore, HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches for cable/ water supply including excavation in trenches with road cutting, returning filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick using excavated soil and fixing of HDPE pipe below 600 mm depth in ground level matchching the existing surface by bituminous macadam and semi dense asphaltic concrete complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair convex mirror of 800mm dia made of PC material provided with suitable MS pipe post duly power coated as per site requirement. It should have clear & definite mirror immage having 130 degree of viewing angle as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed
