M&L Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, including filling in soft spots, depressions, etc. which occur during rolling (for portion coming in cutting/original ground only) to required camber and gradient, etc including watering before or during rolling, complete all as sepecified and as directed.

M&L 150 mm thick (spread thickness) soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stones of size range 100 to 50mm deposited, spread, leveled in one layer, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 200 mm thick (spread thickness) soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stones of size range 100 to 50mm deposited, spread, leveled in one layer, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) in two layers of 75 mm each, grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 OOKN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud vegitation grass etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-30 @ 5 Kg/ 10 Sqm and bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness using crushed graded stone aggregate mixed with binder content of paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5% binder contents by weight of total mix by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 Tonne capacity power roller including preparation of bitumen carpet in digital computarized weigh batch hot mix plant, complete all as specified. Note: The quantity of bitumen shall be provided as per Design mix approved by GE. (The cost of transportation of the material to the Govt approved lab and design mix charges shall be borne by the contractor). for the purpose of quoting, the contractor shall consider 5.5% binder by weight of total mix. However, the work shall be executed as per approved design and price adjustment shall be done only for variation (plus or minus) in quantity of binder priced at supply only rate of bitumen (as per purchase voucher of main producer).

M&L for Preparing old black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud vegitation grass etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg / 10 Sqm and bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness using crushed graded stone aggregate mixed with binder content of paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5% binder contents by weight of total mix by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 Tonne capacity power roller including preparation of bitumen carpet in digital computarized weigh batch hot mix plant, complete all as specified. M&L for premixed bituminous macadam (design mix) with 4% of binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 mixed in mechanical hot mixed plant and premixed material laid with mechanical paver finished including rolling to required camber and gradient (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required compaction, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quantity of bitumen shall be provided as per Design mix approved by GE. (The cost of transportation of the material to the Govt approved lab and design mix charges shall be borne by the contractor). for the purpose of quoting, the contractor shall consider 4% binder by weight of total mix. However, the work shall be executed as per approved design and price adjustment shall be done only for variation (plus or minus) in quantity of binder priced at supply only rate of bitumen (as per purchase voucher of main producer).

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud vegitation grass etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-30 @ 10 Kg/ 10 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen (Viscosity Grade-10) VG-10 @ 5 kg/ 10 sqm of road surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint 2mm thick for longer durability with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement upto 160 degree celsius; paint material shall be conforming to Ministry of Surface Transport (MOST) specification 803.4 Vol I as laid down in specification of road/bridge work ''third revision'' after cleaning road surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solar road delineator with 6 LEDs of red/yellow colour housed in plastic body with LEDs, solar-cells, battery and light sensor well protected in polycarbonate sheet; device protected with powder coated wire mesh cage, equipped with solar system mounted over 47mm dia of 16 gauge wall thickness CRC steel tube powder coated of total height 1000mm having sheet foot for firm grip to base. Delineator to have additional reflective bands equipped with solar system workable for 2-3 days (nights) after full charge of 8-10 hours, including excavation in any strata and embedding in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 of size 30cm x 30cm x 40cm, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated in all kind of soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m, complete all as specifed and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) M-10 (Nominal mix) using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in trenches for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3 600 mm dia, laid and jointed completewith collars, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
