Supply and fixing SPN Distribution Box, double door of protection grade IP 43 in fine powder coated, matt finish with best CRCA sheet, fitted with shrouded neutral, insulated pin type copper bus bar, Din rail, earth bar of 4 way, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN, 40 to 63 Amps 240 volts, AC , 10 KA breaking capacity 'C' Series,"ISI marked and complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with two run of FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper conductor (Multistrands), single core of size 4.0 Sqmm, 1100 Volts grade and one run of 4 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed as earth (In Green Colour), flexible copper conductor (Multistrands) for continuous earthing conforming to IS 694 with latest amendments including PVC conduit and draw in PVC rigid conduit 25 mm dia , connecting incoming / outgoing electric connections by using required size copper lugs / thimbles complete in all respect all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Two run of single core cable with one run of contineous earth wire of copper conductor wire flexible (Multistrand) of FRLS PVC insulated and PVC conduit 25 mm dia shall be measured and paid as one unit length

M&L for earthing as per IS:3043 with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron wire 4 mm dia (8 SWG) as earthing lead protected by GI pipe light grade 15 mm bore for protection of GI earth wire and 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering with alternate layers of charcoal /coke and salt including all accessories like nut, bolts, reducer, nipple, wire meshed/screened funnel and making brick masonry finished chamber of internal size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm with concrete base, covered with PCC cover which shall be embedded in the block masonry including excavation works, refilling, connected to main switch/MCB DB for feeding the electric supply to domestic quarters compete all as specified as shown in electricall plateNo. 3 of SSR Part-I and testing of earth resistance as required. supply and fixing of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 10 sq. mm 2 Core.Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-Incharge.

Excavation in trenches in Hard and dence soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation of poles,cables laying etc. including forming bottom to required level and getting out in soft/loose soil ,Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-Incharge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick.Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-Incharge.

Removing of excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-Incharge.

M & L for dry Sand cushioning in trenches for protection of cable including watering and consolidation ,Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-Incharge. Note: Punned thickness shall be considerd for measurment purpose

M & L for well burnt brick sub class B old size laying in trenches perpendicular to axis of the cable Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-Incharge.

S & F framed work such as grills, ATC ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bbars barred iron dorrs, ladders framed blausters walk ways, railing frame work of Desert cooler and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E 165 indicated or dirtected and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finining coat of aluminium paints completed all as specified and dirtected.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs. (-) 0.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II. Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount Note: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
