Ditto as per item No 32 above but in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado and including 10mm thick rendering as back coating etc complete all as specified.

Grinding , rubbing and polishing/beewax polish (including silicon treatment ) of any type of granite work in flooring , steps , jambs , pillars , window sills, cooking platforms with help of polishing powder and any method required as sepecified and as directed

M & L 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) work( table rubbed and polished) in flooring, steps, jambs, pillars, window sills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite slab over 15mm thick screed bed in CM1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Wooden sports Flooring, Maple Wood Engineered floorboard finished with 21 mm thick, 45 to 70 mm width and in random length in tongue and groove shape, the edges of the boards will have a finger lock groove and the bottom side with air pass groove and applied with polyurethane lacquer and laid staggered pattern along the length of coart (Perpendicular to the runners) and fixed to the under frame is made of commercial quality Fir / Spruce / Pine wood runner of 70 mm x 45 mm by concealed screws loose tongues, to be inserted, the S.P.F. runners should be kiln dried chemically treated of moisture content not more than 10% to 12%, provided at a distance of 300 mm centre to centre and mounted on Aircush rubber cushion pads of 10 to 19 mm thick, 50 mm x 70 mm with two wings at 300 mm having 20 circular cavities and 30 circular cavities on each sides (The over all height of floor above the concrete sub floor is not to exceed 80 mm), etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Royal Sports Florring or equivalent approved by GE. (a) A vapor barrier of 6 ml. (600 micron) thick will be placed on the leveled IPS sub-floor before laying the under frame. (b) The runners having air cell cushioning pads 10 to 19 mm thick will be placed on the vapor barrier in perfect level at 300 mm c/c in one direction. The surface boards will be screwed to the runners through the tongue only and will lock the screwed tongue by the groove of the adjioning boards. The ends of the boards will be locked by inserting the wooden fingers through the edge grooves and fixed with suitable adhesive. (c) All Engineered floor boards and S.P.F. runners are to be Pre-dipped with Anti-termite and under side of floor boards coated with polyurethane (d) An expansion gap of 8 to 10 mm will be left open the wooden flooring and surrounding tiled area / wall. (f) After Installation the floor will be machine sanded in uniform level and finished with imported non-skid and sweet proof DIN certified Bona-Tech Polyurethane lacquer. Game line marking will be carried out in required colors before applying the finish area. (g) All playing area court marking are to be done as per specification of WSF. (h) Certificate to be provided by the OTTO GRAF INSTITUTE, GERMANY or any other approved authority that the lacquer meets the friction properly as per DIN STANDARD.

S&F Vitrified Dura stone tiles of size not exc 0.36 Sqm of 15mm thick as in floors and over & including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, including jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface of tiles, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 10-12 mm thick gypsum boards seemess false ceiling including sunk or raised moulding or cop design as approved, moisture resistant, including GI hanging wires & frames with intermediate, perimeter channel ceiling channel, along nuts and bolts connecting plates gypsum boards, dry wall screws soffits cleats, ceiling section, rawel plugs fixtures and screws and applying two coats of emulsion paint over a coat primer on exposed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. S&F 12mm toughned glass as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes, 18" SS handle, locking system etc as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site including all fixing accessories like PVC frames/fillets etc on PVC frame, complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking sweeping cleaning & washing down with water to remove dust etc incl removal of old treatment of any description and 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and applying one coat of neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and applying bituminous primer on roof surfaces @ 0.40 ltr/sqm and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm and provide modified polymeric five layered APP (Atactic Polypropylene) Modified Polymeric Membrane with 100 micron high molecular high density polythylene film. Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement (Openable) Door made of extruded profile wilh wall thickness of 2.3mm ( + -0.2mm). Door/Window profile with hollow section with mitlti chamber, frame (60mm x 58mm), sash (60mm x 78mm). T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm). Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling ol holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware.
