MS flat iron clamp 50 x 6 mm, nuts, bolts and washers, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in renewal of PVC junction box IP - 66 DK 1000 G thermoplastic poly carbonate including connector block and 20Amp,SP MCB including two holes for incoming and outgoing cables, providing cable glands double compression as per requirement, providing DIN rail for mounting MCB SP and clamps made out of MS flat iron 25 x 4 mm, MS hexagonal bolts, nuts and washers for arrangements to pole/ surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of security light steel tubular pole upto 09 mtrs length including clamp, bracket and junction box with two coats of aluminium paint after preparation of old painted surface and providing 03 no. alternate strip of 30 cm wide with black and Yellow super quality enamel paint above embeded level and writing pole no. with 02 inch wide letter complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LED Streetlight Fitting with a nominal system 5300 lumen output of lumens, minimum system efficacy of 115 lm/W and total power consumption not exceeding 45 W (including driver). The luminaire shall have a rated system lifetime of 50,000 burning hours at L70B50. The luminaire should have a color temperature of 5700 - 6500K and CRI80. The luminaire shall meet IP66/IK07 or IK08 rating with THD10% and PF 0.95. The luminaire housing should made of pressure die cast aluminium and the integrated luminaire optics shall have a high efficiency diffuser with more than 85% transmittance. The fitting should have an internal SPD of minimum 4 kV. The driver should have phase to phase protection for 8 hours. The luminaire should have a NABL approved LM79 report. LM80 report from the LED manufacture is a must along with photo biological report. Luminaire and the driver shall be BIS certified separately and shall posses separate "R" numbers. Fitting should include nut bolt and SS screws for suitably fixing on the exiting steel tubular pole complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down street / security light fitting of any size / capacity / make from the pole / bldg for repair / replacment of unservisable spare parts etc., testing, cleaning the fitting internally and externally and replacement of unserviceable wiring not more than 0.3 Mtrs with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulate copper wire, checking and repairing of loose connections, replacement of wire connectors, nuts, bolts, screws and fixing the light fitting in original position on wall / pole / santry post / top of building including necessary electrical connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. The protection relays should be provided with in built short circuit protection, overload protection, instantanious protection (IPR), ground fault protection and functional blocking, The ACB should have been designed for an operating voltage upto 690 volts. The rated insulated voltage (UI) should be 1000 volts and the rated impulsive voltage (UMP) should be 12KV including sheet enclosure and mounted arrangement etc complete all as specified and directed.
