The required prior work experience for the bidder includes specific years of experience for various qualifications, such as: - Post Graduate / Masters Degree in Medical Architecture: 05 years - Architect or Doctor with degree in Hospital Administration: 05 years - B. Arch: 10 years - Structural Engineer: 10 years - Post Graduate / Master’s Degree in PHE: 02 years - Civil Engineer: 05/10 years - MEP Design Experts: 08 years - Graduate in Civil Engineering: 15 years Additionally, specific experience requirements are mentioned, including: - A minimum of 15 years of experience for a Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institute. - A minimum of 05 years of experience for a Graduate in Civil Engineering from a Govt. recognized university/institute. - A minimum of 05 years of experience for a Graduate in Electrical Engineering from a Govt. recognized university/institute. - A minimum of 05 years of experience in HVAC services for a Mechanical Engineer (Degree holder). Regarding similar works completed, the bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last seven years, with specific value and percentage requirements, such as: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (Rs 18500.00 Lakh) - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost The bidder must also have experience of completion of at least one work of Multispecialty Hospital Building work having a minimum 160 Beds Capacity. The value of previously completed works shall be enhanced @7% per year to bring them at par with present cost.
