M&L for Chicken wire mesh of size 12.5 mm and wire dia 0.51 mm (24 SWG) hexagonal construction, stretched firmly for roof treatment.

M&L for 40mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) for roof pedding, finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar.

M&L for Roof treatment :- priming the roof surface with bituminous primer applying a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen industrial @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and thereafter provide polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight3 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application.

M&L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 20mm thick machine pressed with grey cement and pigments set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished , laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed layer in CM 1:4 on roofs.

M&L for making benching/ water tank staging with PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using WPC along side wall adjoining to roof in concave shape .

Disconnectiong existing tanks of capacity exc 500 & not exc 2000 Ltrs, with all GI fittings reconnecting and re-fixing in position after roof treatment in between addisonal arrangmet for supply of water in building complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections all as specified. 20 mm bore complete all as specified.

S&F GI tubing 20 mm bore medium grade galvanised with all fittings, laid in walls, ceiling, floors, etc all as specified.

S/F 3 layer 32 mm bore PPR Polypropliproplene random copolymer concelaled pipe SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV Stablized and antimarobile feusen weldedhaving thermal stabilitity for hot and cold water supply including all PP-R plain and bradd threaded polyproplyiene random fittings (including fixinf old tank with tank nipple ) for water tank overflow pipe fixed to wall ceilling or in floor including taking down existing pipe etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for anodised aluminium framed work for door, window / vent (powder coated) aluminium section with one or more rebated incl jointed cleat for fixing etc complete all as specied and directed

M&L for anodised aluminium powder coated door shutter , aluminium section weighting not less than 0.55kg/RM incl necessary 4.8mm th sheet glass ordinary quality / frosted glass or ACP sheet incl joining with cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, handles, lock , 2 x 150mm aluminium handles, 3 x 100mm hinges aluminium, 2 x 150mm Aluminium tower bolts,1xdoor stoper,1xHydralic door closer with each shutter any type incl taking down complete all as specified all as specified.

M&L for aluminium Anodized powder coated fixed frame of partiton or fixed window / ventilator , aluminium section weighting not less than 0.55kg/RM incl 4.8mm thick sheet glass oridinary quality ' frosted glass or ACP sheet joining with rubber beading , aluminium snap beading including taking down any type parttition complete all as specifed & directed

S&F fabricated aluminum window with powder coated anodized aluminum frame of section 63.5mm x 38.10mm x1.5mm thick, shutter with section 47.62mm x 44.45mm x 1.5mm thick including aluminum anodized “D “ handle, hinges, peg stays, tower bolts, etc including jointing cleats for fixing builder's hardware fittings & 4 mm thick selected quality frosted or plain glass including necessary fittings/ fixture /aluminum snap beads complete all as specified.including taking down any tyoe of windows. Note: (a) Measurement shall be taken for clear opening i.e. out to out of window frame as a whole including all fittings and fixtures and no extra shall be paid separately. (b) Cost of glass and all fittings/ fixtures deemed to be incl in the above quoted rates and no extra shall be paid.

S&F fabricated aluminum window with powder coated anodized aluminum frame of section 63.5mm x 38.10mm x1.5mm thick, shutter with section 47.62mm x 44.45mm x 1.5mm thick including aluminum anodized “D “ handle, hinges, peg stays, tower bolts, etc including jointing cleats for fixing builder's hardware fittings & stainless steel wire cloth, 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples including necessary fittings/ fixture /aluminum snap beads including taking down any tyoe of windows. complete all as specified. Note: (a) Measurement shall be taken for clear opening i.e. out to out of window frame as a whole including all fittings and fixtures and no extra shall be paid separately. (b) Cost of SS wire mesh and all fittings/ fixtures deemed to be incl in the above quoted rates and no extra shall be paid.

M&L powder coated aluminium anodised three way track sliding windows of frame size 92 mm x 31.75 mm x 1.5mm thickness (section no. 20831 of JINDAL) and of shutter size 40 mm x 18 (with 9.00 mm interlocking legs) x 1.45 mm thick (section no. 20737 of JINDAL) section(two shutter glazed, covering half of span of opening each & one shutter sketlon covering half of span of opening ) incl provn for making windows air tight, including 95mm aluminium handle with spring lock , stainless steel wire cloth, 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.4mm and fixed with steel wire stapples and 5mm thick plain glass including necessary fitting/ fixture/ aluminium snap beads including taking down any tyoe of windows. complete all as specified. Note: (a)For Provn of fixing window AC , clear opening shall be divided horizontally at appropriate height / as directed by Eng-in-Charge i.e whole opening shall be divided in two portion and measurement shall be taken for clear opening i.e. out to out of window opening as a whole including all fittings and fixtures and no extra shall be paid separately . (b) Cost of glass, SS wire mesh and all fittings/ fixtures deemed to be incl in the above quoted rates and no extra shall be paid.

S& F for False ceiling with Gypsum based ceiling tiles and frame work (with aluminium foil on one side) of size 595mm x 595mm of thickness not less than 9mm including with GI powder coated frame angle/tee grid frame work for ceiling with following specifications & incl disamntling ceiling board any type etc :-(a) Bottom Tee- 25mm x 25mm, 1.0mm thickness (b) Cross Tee- 25mm x 25mm, 1.0mm thickness .(c) Wall angle- 25mm x 25mm, 1.00mm thickness (d) 1.imm dia GI wire suspenders alonwith adjustable clamps to maintain levelling in cluding fixing to ceiling fasteners as per manufacturers instructions.(e) Rest all as directed by the GE Make: Vinyl TOUCH of LaGyp or equivalent in Make as per Appx `E' to Particular specification.

M&L, Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on of brick work or concrete surface finish ever and smooth (w/o using extra cement) incl WPC as per manufacturer instructions at any height etc complete all as specified and directed. Including taking down (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

Supply only liquid WPC

M&L Preparation of new plaster surfaces apply two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer.

M&L in repair for PVC hollow wall panelling 7 to 8mm thick any colour/design approved by engr-in-charge, inclusive of fixing on to wall incl moulding end caps fixed with PVC sleeves and screws as required at site complete all as specified and directed

S & F for plain gypsum board panel 12.5mm thick on ceiling with and incl necessary GI frame used with ' T ' or any section accessories etc of galvanized steel all as per manufacturer design conforming to IS-2095 and 2542(1981) the weight of the board shall be not less than 7 kg per sqm incl dismantling of walls and ceiling board any type and two coat of OBD over a coat of putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., incl welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reparing of RCC projection, chajja, roof facia, celling by scrapping, cutting, derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement surfaces of damaged loose RCC surface and applying neat cement slurry @ 3 kg/Sqm and filling the surface with cement plaster 1:3 one or two layer as reqd or PCC 1:2:4 as directed by Engr-in-Charge with or without facia and smooth finished and smotth edges incl two coats of finished to match with the existing surface at any height and in any situation including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel rolling shutters, thickness of lath 3 mm, with ball bearing, spring, top cover, anchoring rod and hasp & staple, erected in position where required , complete push & pull all machanical type hand rolling key locking arraangment Size of shutter exc 9.00 sqm and n.exc 15.00 sqm all as specified) and two coat of aluminum paint over one coat of primer complete all as directed including taking down.

Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineerin- charge

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs. (-) 6250.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II. Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount Note: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
