Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with Zerohologen Flame Retardant (HFFR) smoke free non corrosive, non toxic with insulated and unsheathed multistrand copper conductor single core cable, 1100V grade of size 2.5sqmm drawing into and including concealed ERW stove enamelled steel conduit not less than 25mm dia ISI marked including flame proof bends and flame proof connecting pipes from flame proof junction box to flame proof light fittings for flame proof light points controlled by one switch including provision of 1.5 sqmm FRLSH insulated multistranded copper conductor single core as earth wire to common earth and connecting to common earth dolly, complete, all as specified and as directed. Notes: 1. All flame proof switches and DBs shall be installed outside the Igloo. 2. The rate is inclusive of casting steel conduit and junction boxes/sunken boxes & DB while casting of RCC walls & slabs etc.

Flame proof ,weather proof distribution board, 8 way with and including 06 Nos flame proof SP MCB 6-16 Amps and 1 No. flame proof MCB SPN 32 Amp alongwith weather proof cover of DB, complete all as specified and directed.

Sub main wiring with two run of FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper conductor (Multistrands), single core of size 6Sqmm, 1100 Volts grade and one run of 6 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed as earth (In green Colour), flexible copper conductor (Multistrands) for continuous earthing conforming to IS 694 with latest amendments and drawing in steel conduit 25mm dia, connecting incoming / outgoing electric connections by using required size copper lugs / thimbles and making good the disturbed surface to match with existing complete in all respect all as specified and directed. Note :- Two run of single core cable with one run of continuous earth wire of copper conductor wire Flexible (Multistrand) of FRLSH PVC insulated and 25mm steel conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit length.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected with galvanized iron earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel complete with 15mm dia GI light grade protection pipe, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel including charcoal, dust, salt, PCC M-15 type B1 in pit with angle iron (25x25x3)mm frame work with precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/C both ways and 12mm dia MS fabricated handle, test point etc. in and including light grade GI protection pipe 20mm bore up to 7.5m length for drawing in earth lead wire, all as shown in electric plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I complete with necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal of soil to a distance not exc. 50m, testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600x600x3.15mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected with copper strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel complete with 40mm dia GI light grade protection pipe, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel including charcoal, dust, salt, PCC M-15 type B1 in pit with angle iron (25x25x3)mm frame work with precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/C both ways and 12mm dia MS fabricated handle, test point etc. in and including light grade GI protection pipe 40mm bore up to 7.5m length for drawing in earth lead wire, all as shown in electric plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I complete with necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal to a distance not exc. 50m, testing on completion complete all as specified & directed .

Thermometer having function of wet bulb and dry bulb temperature measurment, complete all as specified and directed.

Loop in/loop out cable, juntion/terminal box for cable connection made out with thermoplastic of size 200mm x 160mm x 98mm along with 200 Amp rated bus bar and MCB SPN 6 Amps 230 Volts with provision of external fastening with metric knockouts for cable entry & outgoing for service connection to security light, complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC multistand copper cable twin core of size 1.5 sqmm for connection from junction box to security light, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fabricating, Polycarbonate ASTA CPRI approved OEM made LT FEEDER PILLAR shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES which should be UV resistance,anti-acid, anti corrosive & Fully Transparent Door for Vision The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy of ASTA CPRI TEST REPORT . The gasket should be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The panel should pass glow wire test,flame retardant and self-extinguishing.The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy of his CPRI TEST REPORTS with Short Circuit Test IN POLYCARBONATE only also share panel assemble by OEM, channel partner or sister concerned assembly will not accepted. The CPRI report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily Temperature Rise, Dielectric Properties, Short circuit withstand current – Rated peak, short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current, Effectiveness of Protective Circuits and submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only.
