Supplying, assembling and lowering 200 mm nominal bore mild steel ERW ISI marked casing blind pipe having wall thickness 8.0 mm as per IS-4270-1992 and jointing with electric arc welding, in random length of 3 to 6 metre, jointing and painting with two coats of bituminous paint of external surfaces of pipe upto maximum depth of 200 metre below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, assembling and lowering 200mm nominal bore MS ERW fine cut pipe having wall thickness 8mm slotted pipe conforming to IS-4270-1990 with slot of size 1/8" wide & 3" long each and numbers as per location of intermediate aquifers, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lowering in borewell, MS ERW column pipe 80 mm bore in 3 mtr length both end flanged with MS flanges 10 mm thick with cut for passing the submersible cable and four no. of holes 10 mm dia with suitable size of nuts, bolts, washers, and rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed. Note: All arrangement & T&P required for lowering the column pipe in the bore shall be made by the contractor under their own arrangement at no extra cost.

Supply and fixing casing cap 200mm dia highly tempered with (MS-AN4Z) grade made out of MS sheet 3 mm thick and fixing with MS clamps 50x6 mm FI with nuts, bolts and washers complete in all respect all as specified and directed.

Development of borewell as per IS-2800 by means of compressor of min 250 PSI capacity air compressor untill the sand free water is obtained from the well for an uninterrupted period of 16 hours in a cycle of 24 hours. The final discharge shall be free form sand to deliver minimum 3 PLS of water and carrying out necessary yield test by V notch method and submitting the test report complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Yield test with submersible pump for determining the head/ draw drawn of water per yield of the well by continuously pumping for 16 hours to determine safe pumping yield.

Supply, laying and fixing flat cable for submersible pump with stranded copper conductor 3 core 1100 volts grade 6 Sqmm cross sectional area confirming to relevant IS complete all as specified and directed. Make: - Finolex/ Plaza/ Havells/Polycab.

M&L for best quality pea gravel of mixed size varing 4 mm to 8 mm and packing the same around casing pipe from top to filter portion in the atmost top complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation, testing and commissining Pumping set submersible pumpset multi stages min 3 stage suitable for 80mm dia pipe complete with electric motor suitable for three phase 300 to 415 Volt 50 Hz AC size not less than 7.5 KW/10HP 5 Star rated suitable for 150 mm to 200 mm dia bore well and having discharge capacity 490 LPM at 36 m head (head range 36-54 M) complete stainless steel pump shaft and S.S impellers all as specified and directed Make:Crompton Greevs Model No : 8W3C10/Kirloskar/Havells.

Strata sample box made out of 20mm thick veneered particle board and 12mm thick ply wood with 25mmx25mm aluminium angle 2mm thick bearer overall length 1200mm x 750mm x 100mm with front glass sheet sliding type cover with aluminium frame all around 2 Nos key holes plate of size 40mm x 25mm and 3mm thick complete showing name of tube well, location and strata sample with depth complete all as per specified.

M&L for chemical and bacteriological analysis and potablity test of water obtained from borewell from approved lab and submitting the report in triplicate.

Excavation in trenches not exc.1.5 mtr wide and not exc.1.5 m in depth for laying of pipes as in hard soil and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exc.50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point.

S&F GI water tubing 80mm bore 'medium grade', galvanized, with all fittings like socket, union, elbow, bend, tees etc jointed and laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Calcium Hypochlorite based bleaching powder (with no quantity of Potassium Hypochlorite) having minimum chlorine content of 65% in granular and tablet form for water disinfection. Make Rayalaseema, Altoch, Potterwatt or Aquafit and as approved and as approved by Engr-in-Charge and E-in-C’s branch (where applicable).

Water testing strip kits, consisting of 100 strips each for testing of pH, total Alkalinity, hardness, Iron, Copper, Lead, Nitrate, Bromine, TotaklmChlorine, Cynauric acid, Chromium Lead, Nitrite free chlorine and Fluorine.

Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 50 KVA.

Supply and fixing in replacement starter LT Panel Board, indoor type of suitable size as per relevent IS, mounted on angle iron legs of size 40x40x6mm imbedded in PCC 1:2:4 block type B-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregates) at pump house, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, factory made (CPRI approved), fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet suitable for 3 Phase, 415 Volt, 50HZ AC Supply, busbar chamber with aluminum busbar of suitable amp rating for 3 Phase and 4 wire system duly insulated with heat shrinkable sleeve as per colour code, supported on epoxy insulator 01 set, common earth aluminium bus bar of size 25mm x 4mm at bottom inside panel board with two earth terminal out side panel board, cable alley, cable gland with independent plate at bottom and complete panel board painted with powder coating in grey colour all as specified & directed, (i) MCCB TP neutral link 415 volt 50 Hz, AC 63Amps 36 KA with adjustable thermal magnetic release for over load & short circuit protection - 01 No as Panel Incommer. (ii) MCB TP 25 Amps 10 KA - 02 Nos (iii) Star delta Starter 10 H.P. with 10 Ampere TP Heavy duty contactors, control relays, timers, auto/manual selector switch for suitable rating with ON, OFF, Trip Indicating Light, Push Buttons, Digital metering with CT/PT set, Control MCB etc. fitted in panel board for showing V,I,Hz,Pf complete all as specified and directed - 02 Nos. (iv) 50 Amp smart motor protection controller against auto phase polarity corrector, over voltage, under voltage, Phase loss, Phase unblanced , Phase Asymetery with On / Trip Indicating Light, auto reset with selectable on delay fitted in panel board - 01 set. (v) Onload Changeover Switch 63 Amps front operated.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cmx60cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level ,using galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead (as earth lead wire), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of GI and earth wire protection by provision of GI medium grade pipe, 15mm bore including provn of concrete pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced XPM(weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x 25x 3 mm with lugs 2 nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape , GI medium 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate ,common salt and charcoal,fitting,test point with fixing arrangement , funnel ,wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR- 2009 Pt 1 and Connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion.Note:- Item of earthing includes the cost of 7.5m long galvanised iron earth lead wire and protection pipe of 15mm bore GI medium grade .
