Attending of any breakdown of standby supply in any location ,whenever required round the clock ,rectify the fault and restore the standby supply within three hour after receipt of complaint of any nature i.e. Engine, alternator,control panel,AMF panel etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note -(i) The cost of replaced spare parts will be paid and measured seperatly. (ii) If complaint is not attended by contractor with in five hour the penality of Rs 500 / per hour to be imposed and amount of penality will be deducted from RAR. (iii) The cost of transportation (to and fro) for all kind of necessary equipment / T&P shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at E/M yard and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor to this effect. (iv) Complaint shall be lodged by telephonically ,so contractor to specify the telephone no who will receive the complaint round the clock.

Note: - (i)On testing after completion of earthing, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk & cost to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
