Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks (EXCEPT BRICKS) straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - OLD BRICKS OBTAINED FROM DEMOLITION SHALL BE USED UNDER THIS ITEM.

M & L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 – 18 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring, of size not less than 580x580mm, and 75 mm wide white marble border alround, as per sample kept in GEs office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish laid over and including 15mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified.

M & L for 15 – 18 mm thick Machine cut kota stone slab, as per sample kept in GEs office as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc., laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, grinding and polishing, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid to slop of 1:12, finished surface even and fair without using extra cement with and including all necessary form work to divide the area in panels, finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering where directed and providing 6 mm thick joints through out the thickness of plinth protection duly filled with mastic filling (one part of hot bitumen 85/25 and three part of fine sand by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Vitrified light shade Ceramic tiles 9-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - SCREED SHALL BE MEASURED AND PAID SEPARATELY.

S & F for Vitrified light shade Ceramic tiles 9-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as on vertical surface of wall such as skirting, dado, riser etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - RENDERING SHALL BE MEASURED AND PAID SEPARATELY.

M & L for 15 to 18 mm thick granite (of any type and shade) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including necessary cutting, grinding, rubbing, polishing rounding to exposed edges and laid over20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Non - skid joint free Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - SCREED SHALL BE MEASURED AND PAID SEPARATELY.

M & L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - RENDERING SHALL BE MEASURED AND PAID SEPARATELY.

M & L Non - skid joint free ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - SCREED SHALL BE MEASURED AND PAID SEPARATELY.

M & L for 5 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceiling with cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement)complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement using integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer,s instructions , complete all as specified & directed. NOTE:- Integral water proofing compound shall be measured & paid seprately.

Supply only water proofing compound ( (Liquid) complete all as specified.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement)complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 on vertical surfaces of wall finished even and rough suitable for laying wall tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster and decayed concrete of any description, upto triple storey of building from roof projection, chajjas etc and making good the decayed portion with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing compound or PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate including necessary form work/scaffolding and fixing of GI wire netting 0.90 mm dia and 12 mm mesh in pathes area n.exc 5.00 Sqmm where ever required and rendering with 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:3, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement using integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer,s instructions , complete all as specified & directed. NOTE:- Integral water proofing compound shall be measured & paid seprately.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or un-plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered or previously untreated wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered or previously untreated wall surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes by using bleaching powder, hoisting if required, reconnecting and re-fixing in position of capacity exc. 250 & n. exc. 500 ltr, making good for running of water from tank to inside of bldgs and writing of date of cleaning and due on by synthetic enamel paint on water tank, complete all as specified & directed. NOTE :- Cost of bleaching powder shall be deemed included in the quoted rate of this item.

Fixing only 15 mm bore old steel water tubing and connection in new or old position to wall and ceiling or laid in floors jointing and testing of old retrieved serviceable galvanized mild steel water tubing with and including all fitting (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, deminishing pieces caps, plugs and union etc) complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - OLD STEEL WATER TUBING OBTAINED FROM DISMANTLING SHALL BE USED UNDER THIS ITEM.

Fixing only 20 mm bore old steel water tubing and connection in new or old position to wall and ceiling or laid in floors jointing and testing of old retrieved serviceable galvanized mild steel water tubing with and including all fitting (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, deminishing pieces caps, plugs and union etc) complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - OLD STEEL WATER TUBING OBTAINED FROM DISMANTLING SHALL BE USED UNDER THIS ITEM.

S&F 15mm nominal bore of pipe in walls, and ceiling or laid in floors, jointing and testing galvanised mild steel water tubing “medium grade” with and including all fitting (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, capas, plugs and union etc) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20 mm nominal bore of pipe in walls, and ceiling or laid in floors, jointing and testing galvanised mild steel water tubing “medium grade” with and including all fitting (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, capas, plugs and union etc) complete all as specified and directed.

S & Fin repair 15 mm bore chromium plated,fancy type bib tap, cast copper alloy with capstan heads, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair fancy type angular stop cock with flange, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, externally threaded, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions of 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down flushing cistern and refixng the same wtih and including all connected item with 32 mm bore PVC flush pipe of suitable length complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) floor trap plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of all loose/unsound/bad/damaged concreteor plaster existing RCC structure of slab/beam/walla by using chesel/hammar cut and remoce unsound reinforcement bars,wires rtc without damaging the sound reinforcement clean loose rust from bars manually with brush fixing new supplymentary bars if required either by tying it with existing bars or by welding on it and applying epoxy bonding agent and making good with polymer modifiedplaster/micro concrete as required thickness over a coat of rust removing alkaline primer and match the finishing to the existing surface at any floor including formwork and scafolding etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cutting/drilling hole inBrick wall/RCC beam by mechanical mean exc 300mm deep in slab of WC/Bath including fixing 40 mm dia 4500 long GI spouts pipe complete all as specified & directed.

Complete removal of the existing sunken treatment including roughening and preparation old surfaces of concrete floor by picking, scurubbing down with steel brushes, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and applying the following treatment :- (a) 15 thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or cement surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 with using integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions by weight of cement to sunken portion including wall of sunken portion with proper slope towards outside and finishing cement concrete or brick work surface even and smooth using extra cement, finishing concrete including walls of sunken portion with proper slope. (b) Applying 2nd course of bitumenous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.4 Kg/Sqm over the screed bed. (c) Applying 3rd coarse of a coat of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to a working temperature of 180° C and applied @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm. (d) Applying 4th course of APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric membrane 3mm thick weight not less than 3.6 Kilogram/Square Metre with 160 Grams/Square Metre non woven polyster made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm overlap. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat. (e) Applying 5th course of a coat of bonding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to a working temperature of 180° C and applied @ 1.2 Kilogram/Square Metre.
