Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 3.0 m deep and getting out in any type of soil for laying of cable/ pole foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the ground level/starting point compalete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to cable with dry fine sand in trenches 8 cm below the cable and 15 cm above the cable after laying complete all as specified. Note : Compected thickness will be measured.

M&L Sub Class 'B' brick covering protection to the eletric cable laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified

PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete for stay and pole complete all as specfied and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in benching including whethering slightly chamfered on edges and finished exposed surfaces even and smooth including necessary form work complete all as specfied and directed.

Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged pole with cast iron base plate finial tapper plug, bolts nuts and screws and specified type 410-SP-31 ( 09 mtr long) in truly vertical position 1.5 m length of pole above ground level shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in strips of 30 cm width, black and yellow alternatively and painting with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer on rest part of pole and its connected parts complete all as specified.( Note -Excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid seperately )

Supply and laying in trenchers 1100 volt graded heavy duty XLPE cable with aurmored PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel strip or wire and overall PVC sheathed of size 10 Sq mm normal corss section 4 core including laying on pole necessary clamps nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 2.5 Sq mm three core PVC insulated flexibale copper conductor wire from street light terminal box to fitting with 20 mm dia PVC conduit medium grade 6 mtr long fixed with 3 set of MS clamps made out of 25 x3 mm MS flat iron including nut bolt and washers with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40mm bore galvanised steel water tubing medium grade (ISI Marked) with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and or laid under floors/ in trenches etc complete all as specified.

M & L Street light junction/ pole box of size 300x250x180 mm fabricated out of 2 mm thick MS sheet 4 nos aluminium bus bar strip 25x3 mm over protection insulators with suitabale nut bolts and washers incoming and outgoing cable and one no MCB SP 5 A , cable glands including necessary fixing clamps & angle iron stand etc complete.

Supply and fixing or pasing through pipe 2 single core wire of FRLS type with stranded copper conductor ,1100 volts grade heavy duty of size nominal cross section 4 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm bore galvanised steel water tubing medium grade (ISI Marked) with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and or laid under floors/ in trenches etc complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing gun matal glove gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both end for 25 mm dia pipe

Supply and fix Valve reflux (NRV with by pass arrangment complete of 25 mm dia .

Supply and Fix monoblock pump set suitable to 230 V having capacity 1 HP impeller H T brass, delivery cast iron, motor body aluminium, shaft carbon steel, Head 10-40 mtr, discharge not less than 200 LPH at 40 mtr head Cat Pat MINI 40S in Kirlosker make : equivalent in KSB/CRB inclusive of PCC foundation.

Supply, installation,testing and commissioning diesel engine driven generating set water cooled of capacity 40 KVA, 415 volts, 0.8 power factor at NTP, mounted on common base plate with flexible coupling, 1500 RPM with and including of acoustic insulated chamber to maintain noise level as per CPCB norms for capacity of 40 KVA DG set complete in built with all accessories and totally enclosed type with silencer pipe protected with asbestos rope from engine to outside the building, 0.5 mtr and independently supported AVM pads, battery starter type foundation as per manufacturers design with suitable size cable from alternator to panel board, DG set should be capable of operating in temp range of (-) 15 degree Celsius to (+) 35 degree Celsius with and including the following :- ( Including foudation of DG set as per manifacturer size and specification )

(A) Prime Mover Vertical diesel engine of suitable capacity 40 KVA at NTP, , water cooled type closed, circuit as per BS-649 or IS-10002, direct injection type turbo Charged , battery starting system having rated speed 1500 RPM. The DG set shall be capable of running 24 hours continuously with 10% over loading for one hour in every 12 hours run as per BS- 5514/BS-649. Engine shall be equipped with all standard fittings as per manufacture’s recommendation & mounted common plate through flexible coupling with following fitting: - (i) RPM cum hour meter (ii) Battery charging ammeter. (iii) Ignition key and starting with button switch. (iv) Lubricating oil pressure gauge. (v) Mechanical / electric governor controlling.

(vi) Oil temperature gauge (vii) Safety control with tripping facility for the following (a) Low lubricant oil pressure (b) Over speed (c ) High water temprature (viii) 12 volts starting equipment comprising of following:- (a) 1 No, 12 volts, battery as per manufacturer recommended Make :- Exide / AMCO / Amara-raja. (b) Battery, charging alternator with inbuilt regulator. (c) Battery leads of copper cable of suitable size brass thimbles and terminals. Make of engine – Kirloskar / Cummins /Greaves Crompton (B) Alternator: - Alternators rating 40 KVA, 3 phase, 50 cycle, 415 Volts, 4 wire supply at NTP 0.8 power factor running @ 1500 RPM self excited, self regulated, mounted on strong steel fabricated steel frame suitable for mounting on a permanent foundation to be coupled with above engine. (i) Suitable scaled flush mounted AC voltmeter with selector switch 0-500 Volts 01(Set). (ii) Suitable scaled flush mounted ammeter with selector switch & CT’s of suitable range. – 01 Set (iii) Frequency meter- 01 Set (iv) KW and KWH meter. (v) Power factor meter-01 No (vi) MCCB 4 pole for suitable battery-01 No (for incoming) as recommended by manufacturer. (D) Other fitting :- (a) Battery Charger- Battery charges having electric circuit consisting of triodes, rectifies, capacitor and resistance etc. The battery charges should be able to charge the battery at all the time whenever electric supply given to battery charges through control panel or electric power point. (b) Fuel tank made up of MS Sheet of suitable capacity as per manufacturer’s instructions capable to store fuel for 12 hours running of DG set fixed as per manufacturer`s design and return fuel pipe with all pipes connecting upto fuel pump including oil level indicating gauge, drain plug for cleaning and air vent plug etc.

Supply installation commissning and testing of out door feeder pillar board LT floor mounted , factory assembled, outdoor type weather and vermin proof made out of 40m x 40mm x 6mm angle iron frame and 3.15 mm thick PBI sheet with front hinged opening, rubber lining, locking arrangement, painted externally and internally with two coats of synthetic enemell paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete comprising of following:-(a) Bus Bar chamber comprising 4 Nos aluminium strip bus bars air insulated and PVC sheathed capacity 150 Amps with colour coding. Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600x600x 6 mm burried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.25 Mtr below normal ground level connected to the GI strip 25x4 mm size by means of bolts ,nuts,check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 25 x 4 mm GI strip procted by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore incl provision of concrete pit in PCC1:2:4 type B-1 , using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg /Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle ,excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,charcoal dust and salt light grade GI watering pipe 20 mm bore with funnel and wire mashand medium grade GI protection pipe 40 mm 5 Mtr long and GI strip upto main earthing of pole complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 Part-I all as specified and directed . (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to test point upto length of 7.5 meters length shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item . (ii) GI protection pipe & earthing lead beyond 7.5 metre shall be measured and paid for seperately under appropriate item of Sch A part-IV (Sec-I) . (iii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contrator shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department .
