Inspection of defective step down 11 KV / 0.433 KV upto 400 KVA transformer any make, plinth/ floor/ pole mounted, indoor/ outdoor type, strip opening, removing the top cover of transformer, detecting the fault, rectifying the defect at site (madhopur) except major fault of unsv of winding or other all as per direction of Engr-in Charge. The following tasks if required will be performed :- (a) Strip opening of the transformer and removing the transformer top cover for checking/rectifying the faults of the transformer. (b) Replacement of defective HT/ LT bushes, brass spindles etc. (c) Refixing the transformer top cover with nuts, bolts and washers. (d) Testing of transformer Complete. Note : (i) In case of replacement of LV/ HV bushing/ spindles/ tap changer etc, will be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of Sch A/ BOQ (ii) Transformer oil (if required) for topping will be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of Sch A/BOQ. (iii) Cost of hiring T&P , megger or any other instrument required at site deemed to be included in the cost of repair.

Inspection of defective step down 11 KV / 0.433 KV upto 400 KVA transformer any make, plinth/ floor/ pole mounted, indoor/ outdoor type, removing from site (Madhopur), transporting with required T&P to local/authorised work shop for carrying out the repair to transformer, detecting the fault, strip opening of the transformer, rectifying the defect except major fault of burnt winding or other & carrying out of the followings works, required and transporting back to original site & re-fixing :- (a) Taking out the transformer oil from transformer into separate container barrel. (b) Taking out the core / coil assembly of transformer. (c) Cleaning of transformer inside by used transformer oil. (d) Re-fixing the core/coil in transformer including heating up of transformer core assembly to remove moisture after carrying out the repair as required including filteration /dehydration of oil to remove moisture and suspended dust particles. (e) Replacement the rubber gasket set for top cover, spindles, HT/ LT bushing etc. as required (f) Refilling of the removed transformer oil after heating up for removal of moisture. (g) Re-fixing of the transformer top cover with nuts, bolts and washers. (h) Testing of transformer Complete. Note : (i) Replacement of LV / HV bushes/ spindles/ rewinding of HV/ LV coils (replacement or reconditioning)/ tap changer/ insulators etc will be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of BOQ. (ii) Top up/ replacement of transformer oil (if required) will be measured and paid for separately under respective item of BOQ. (iii) Cost of hiring T&P , megger or any other instrument required at site deemed to be included in the cost of repair.

S&F in replacement HV leg coil of copper conductor for transformer of capacity up to 500 KVA complete with insulation, varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of coil assembly to match with the existing original winding coils, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement LV leg strip of aluminium conductor for transformer of capacity upto 500 KVA complete with insulation, varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of LV leg strip assembly to match with the existing etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement in HV leg coil of aluminium conductor for transformer of capacity up to 500 KVA complete with insulation, varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of coil assembly to match with the existing, complete all as specified and directed.

Topup/ Replacement transformer oil low viscosity approved make as per IS 355 of 1992 and min di-electric strength 50 KV all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Test certificate from manufacturer of oil shall be provided by the contractor.

Filteration and dehydration of existing transformer oil including heating continuously till obtaining the desired dielectric strength complete including taking result of transformer oil before/after filteration and dehydration of transformer oil all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (The dielectric strength to be achieved 40-60 KV at 2.5 mm gap after completion of de-hydration and filteration).

S&F in replacement of temperature gauge circular dia type of standard size and suitable for indoor/outdoor type transformer of 63 KVA to 400 KVA capacity all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of breather assembly duly filled with silica gel of transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling of silica gel in to the existing breather assembly of transformer as directed.

S&F in replacement of gun metal gate valve (ISI marked) upto 40mm for drainout of transformer oil at the bottom of the container of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Gasket sets for transformer tank 50 KVA to 160 KVA capacity with nuts, bolts etc complete all as directed.

S&F stain less steel nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size in transformer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repairing of transformer platform rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparating old decorated surfaces of walls (plastered or unplastered) including cornices and pillasters and applying one coat of white washing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for frame work for fencing of transformer on plat form by using Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,glazing or forged into spikes; framed and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates,including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of transformer of capacity 250 KVA to 750 KVA steel and steel based materials of any description and applying one coat of synthetic enamel spray paint complete all as specified and as directed(IS:1180,Part-I).

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of transformer of capacity 50 KVA to 160 KVA steel and steel based materials of any description and applying one coat of synthetic enamel spray paint complete all as specified and as directed(IS:1180,Part-I).

M & L for cleaning & preparation of transformer surfaces of any description, and capacity 100 KVA to 750 KVA, in any position and spray painting of transformers out side with applying two coats of synthetic enamel grey paint after removing all dust/rust and paint must confirm to IS 1180 part-I including writing the SM No/MES No on transformers with white paint in the existing style/pattern complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Servicing outdoor type Circuit breaker (SF6) KV, suitable rating including cleaning of each parts and checking mechanism system with proper adjustment/ setting of trip bar, proper lubrication and greasing etc complete snf carryout following tests :- (a) Contact Resistance Measurement (b) Operation Timing Test (O-C-CO) (c) Insulation Resistance Test of Poles (d) Anti Pumping Operational Test. (e) Measurement of Trip/Close Coil resistance. (f) Insulation Resistance test of Spring Charging Motor and Control wirings.

Cleaning externally current Transformer (CT)/ Potential Transformer (CT) 66 KV (six in numbers), brushing, checking of level and oil str(BD) and connection including testing of following :- (i) Megger testing between phase to phase. (ii) Megger testing between phase to earth (iii) Winding resistance test (iv) Ratio test (Primary Injection Test) (v) Checking healthiness of CTs connections upto the relay (through tripping of relay Primary Injection current) (vi) Insulation resistance test. (vii) Oil BDV Test

M&L for hiring of Fault Locator Machine Vehicle, complete, from the authorised supplier alongwith their dedicated specialised team; finding out the exact HT fault location from both end terminations of underground cable submission of report of fault for verification and records of Engineer in charge; M&L for necessary excavation and earthwork, returning filling in, removal of surplus spoil, sand cushioning, cable covers complete all as direcred.

Notes : The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
