Taking down shutters area n.exc 1 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S & F aluminium powder coated ventilators made of the following specifications :- (Net external size of ventilator shall be measured. Following items are included in this unit rate.) (a) Aluminium frame powder coated stiles, bottom, top and middle rail of hollow section 50 mm x 25 mm x 1.80 mm thick. (b) Lower portion of ventilator shall be fixed with 3 mm thick pin headed glass fixed with suitable aluminium beading clips and EPDM beading (rubber). (c) Upper portion shall be fixed with aluminium powder coated louver guides fixed with 3 mm thick pinheaded glass with suitable EPDM beading incl suitable handle and clips. (d) Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with suitable frame in upper panel. (e) Repair to the jamb, cills and all sides around the window is incl in unit rate. The repair finishes to match the existing surfaces like tiles, plastering etc.

S & F aluminium powder coated sliding window made of the following specifications :- (Net external size of window shall be measured. Following items are included in this unit rate.) (a) Aluminium frame powder coated all around of hollow section 100 mm x 44 mm x 1.60 mm thick. (b) Provn of 03 trade runners of size 92 x 31.75 x 1.10 mm. (c) Provn of glazed sliding shutters (02 Nos) of section 44 mm x 18 mm x 1.25 mm provided with 3.50 mm thick tinted glass with suitable EPDM beading and locking clips arrangement. (d) Provn of 01 No gauzed shutter of Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm with suitable EPDM beading and locking clips arrangement. Section of shutter as per para 9 (c) above. (e) Aluminium powder coated grill of weight not less than 2.60 Kg/Sqm on external side with suitable frame/aluminium runner to be fixed on the window frame. (f) Repair to the jamb, cills and all sides around the window is incl in unit rate. The repair finishes to match the existing surfaces like tiles, plastering etc.

S & F aluminium powder coated openable double window (Gauzed and Glazed) made of the following specifications :- (Net external size will be measured. Following items are included in this unit rate.) (a) Aluminium frame powder coated all around of hollow section 63 mm x 38 mm x 1.50 mm thick. (b) Provn of glazed openable shutter of section 44 mm x 18 mm x 1.25 mm provided with 3.50 mm thick tinted glass with suitable EPDM beading,02 Nos 100mm powder coated aluminium hinges, 02 Nos 100 mm long powder coated aluminium tower bolts, 01 Nos100 mm powder coated aluminium handle and 01 No hook & eye & any other fitting reqd for each shutter. (c) -ditto- as in para 10 (b) above but using stainless steel wiremesh 0.36 mm dia and 1.40 mm aperature in lieu of 3.50 mm thick tinted glass. (d) Aluminium powder coated grill of weight not less than 2.60 Kg/Sqm on external side with suitable frame/aluminium runner to be fixed on the window frame. (e) Repair to the jamb, cills and all sides around the window is incl in unit rate. The repair finishes to match the existing surfaces like tiles, plastering etc.

(a) Aluminium frame powder coated stiles, bottom, central mullion sections & top rail of hollow section 50 mm x 25 mm x 1.80 mm thick. (b) The fixed window shall be fixed with 3.50 mm thick tinted glass fixed with suitable aluminium beading clips and EPDM beading (rubber). (c) Aluminium powder coated grill of weight not less than 2.60 Kg/Sqm on external side with suitable frame/aluminium runner to be fixed on the window frame. (d) Repair to the jamb, cills and all sides around the window is incl in unit rate. The repair finishes to match the existing surfaces like tiles, plastering etc.

M&L for 35mm thick second class softwood (Kail) plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 35mm thick second classsoftwood (Kail) glazed and skeleton door shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30mm thick second classsoftwood (Kail) glazed and skeleton door shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (b) supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3mm thick plain sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty upto 9.50M height in steel shutter in square n.exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane or any steel frame including glazing clips, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surface of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement (Openable) window made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm ( + – 0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, frame (60mm x 58mm), sash (60mm x 73mm), T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm), Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket 1.2 +– 0.2mm thick, galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), sash (31mm x 27.5mm). T profile (27mm x 17mm) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8 mm x 100mm long fasteners. Hardware: [casement handle made of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), But Hinges of'zinc alloyed (white powder coated), transmission gear made of mild steel with multi point locking system] and 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass, complete, all as specified and directed. Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net opening will be measured for payment purpose.) S & F Zebra type horizontal blinds for door /windows with dual shade horizontal strips ,sheer and solid fabric light control /black out blinds water proof including fixing arrangements and hangers of required size and arrangements etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium door air tight anodized frame made of size 100x45mm of sheet thickness 1.5mm with one or more rebate including jointing cleats hinges etc for fixing anodized aluminium door shutter fully paneled )two NOs of panel on each shutter) with 5.5 mm thick tinted plain glass shutter rail made of 80x45mm of sheet thickness 1.5mm (top, bottom, middle and side rail). Single/double leaf side hung type including necessary joint cleats, anodized aluminium fitting/aluminium fitting such as aluminium butt hinges 100mm long 4 NOs on each shutter, aluminium anodized tower bolt 200mm long 3 NOs for each door, aluminium anodized handle 150 mm 2 NOs ‘D’ type for each. Shutter & locking 6 lever of make Harrison one on each door, bottom door spring one on each shutter including hydrullic door closer. All door fitting except cleat shall be Ist marked (size of each door shall be as per site requirement), complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 18/19 mm thick preliminated particle interior grade prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with screwed to timber frame work as in shelves in kitchen, almirah, cup boards complete all as specified and as directed .

S & F 12mm Prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium partition with 5 mm thick plain/pin headed glass in top panel & 12 mm thick both side laminated particle board/5mm thick ACP sheet in bottom panel with Jindal catlogue aluminium section of size 101.6mmx44.45mmx1.27mm and 101.60mmx 44.45mmx1.20mm, including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, powder coated aluminium snap beading screw etc including making good to the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

Notes :- An amount of Rs.1,37,044.00 on account of Credit Schedule for Schedule 'A' Part-II shall be deducted from total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
