Disconnecting & taking up or down existing unserviceable / deshaped, aluminium / GI earth strip or taking down conductors of any size and in any position, stacking properly the serviceable strips for re-use in the work including making good the distrurbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 40mm dia GI tubing, light grade, with all fittings fixed on walls/ poles/ in trenches as in earth lead protection pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs test point terminal block made out of Gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75 mmx75 mm x25 mm drilled and screwed including 03 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws, complete all as specified and directed. Note : - The following items also included and rate to be quoted accordingly. (a) Taking up or down GI socket 40 mm / reducer socket 50x 40 mm bore including aluminium gutaka. (b) Fixing only GI socket 40mm bore, on vertical pipe post / stand. (c) Old retrieved GI socket obtained in serviceable condition shall be reused in the work.

S&F in repairs earth pit of internal size 300mmx300mmx300mm with wall thickness 100mm casting at site with and including PCC base 500X 500X100mm made of PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast 40mm thick RCC cover of (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), rainforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia MS round bar handle etc.including removal of old broken unserviceable earth pit from site, complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Excavation, returning filling and removal of soil deemed included in quoted rate.

S&F in repairs earth pit cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 320mm x 320mm x 40mm thick, cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia MS round bar handle with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Excavation, returning filling and removal of soil deemed included in quoted rate.

S&F in repairs GI funnel with wire mesh for watering the earth pit made to shape and size with using PGI sheet minimum 1.0mm thick and fixed in position, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs marker fabricated with 14 gauge MS sheet of size 300mmx180mm rectangular with 20 mm square hollow bar 60 cm long duly painted of colour as directed for writing ER value, date of testing and due date for testing, Earth pit No etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint on earth pit & cover complete job with approved colour, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs HDPE DWC flexible pipe of Size 40mm external & 33 mm internal dia (ISI marked) including required clamps/couplers to be fix at 1.5 m interval on wall to fix the pipe properly and smooth suitable for insulation & protection of GI strip of any size, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32 x 6 mm (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia medium grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earth work and PCC (1: 3 : 6) type C-1 for earth pit , internal surface of concrete shall be given 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 and 40 mm thick precast RCC cover 1 : 2 : 4 ,type B-1( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregare ) reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm c/c both ways with 12mm dia round bar as in handle including taking down of existing earthing, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : (i) The cost of earth lead and its protection pipe upto and including 7.5 m only from the top of earth electrode are deemed to be included under this item and additional earth lead , if any, required at site shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A’/BOQ. (ii) Any joint in earth lead from earth electrode to test point shall not be allowed/permitted.

M&L in repair for chemical earthing complete with coppert earth plate electrode 900mmx600mmx5mm thick placed horizontally and buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 4.75 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 4.00 mtr below normal ground connected with coppert strip 32x6mm by means of brazing, providing and filling of charcoal dust and common salt in 150mm alternate layer at least 150mm around and bottom edge of earth plate, providing and filling 500mm layer of magnisium suphate from top edge of earth plate, watering pipe of 50mm bore galvanised light grade with funnel and 50mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth strip protection, including all excavation/earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit (size as per electrical plate No3 SSR part-1) in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 for precast chamber cover 50mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 KG/Sqm), including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs aluminium gutka 40mm dia having internal thread of 12mm dia and external thread of 40mm dia and fixed on GI socket with air termination rod 300/1200 mm long of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 25x4mm galvanised iron strip earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 32 x 6mm copper strip earth continuity strip or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 20x3mm copper strip earth continuity strip or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 25x3mm aluminium strip with apoxy insulator earth continuity strip or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required of suitable size of fixing on walls/floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as mass concrete or to make the road surface making good as per existing surface etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as mass concrete or to make the road surface making good as per existing surface etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for attending of breakdown in Fire Detection, Alarm System and Fire Fighting System at Station Auditorium, detection of nature of defect including carry out minor repairs, loose connection, change of small length of wire as required size to make the machine/equipment functional ,opening of switch board / panel board and refixing the same after necessary repair, etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included the elements of labour only for rectifying and making the machine functional for minor repair. If replacements of parts / items is required to make the equipment/machine functional the cost of labour and material for the same shall be measured and paid for as " S & F in repairs/M & L in repairs " under relevant items of this schedule hereinafter and in that case this item shall not be measured. (a) If breakdown shall not be attended & rectified the same day as recived by the contrcator except rewinding of Motor and other major spares as specified , the recovery will be made @ Rs.1000/- per breakdown per day. And after 15 days of nonfunctional of any machine as specified for any reason the recovery will be made @ Rs. 2000/- per day till the machine operational.

S&F in repairs detectors complying with and type certified to EN-45 addressable type smoke detector photoelectric/optical with base with self intelligence as per IS-11360, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Fire alam/Sirens ellectronic type horizontal single stage continous normal operation for atleast minutes with sound level DB to 120 DB measured at 1.5 Mtr with sound output variation of + 5 DB, 500 m range, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of flameproof cum waterproof LED bulkhead light fitting of 120 Watt, IP 66 protection of cast aluminium alloy material and heat and impact resistance toughen 'A' clear glass having anti corrosive epoxy powder coated finish complete with all accessories pre wired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs LED light fitting 2x16 watt flameproof, CMRI certified and recommended for gas/vapour group of IIA & IIB, Zone 1&2 and IP65 protection with die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughend glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper condutor cable with suitable size, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300mm long lightening arrestor, screwed for easy fitment and fixing with base plate with 10mm holes on four corners for necessary fixing arrangement on top of PCC block (15cmx15cmx20cm), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Air termination single pointed copper rod 12 mm dia and 300mm long lightening arrestor, screwed for easy fitment and fixing with base plate with 10mm holes on four corners for necessary fixing arrangement on top of PCC block (15cmx15cmx20cm) ,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 25 mm size epoxy type insulator suitable for fixing earthing strip of all sizes including screw etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brazing of GI strip joint using brazing torch at suitable temp using by brazing rod, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brazing of copper strip joint using brazing torch at suitable temp using by brazing rod, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brazing of aluminium strip joint using brazing torch at suitable temp using by brazing rod, complete all as specified and directed.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule from dismentling/taking down items) worth Rs 73,305.00 during AOC. Note :- Tenderers shall not quote for this Schedule.
