Painting to steel tubular poles 9/12 metre long with two coats of aluminium paint including brackets, clamps, nuts bolts, washer etc. including making yellow and black strips alternatively (30 cm width each) on pole upto 1.5 metre from the ground level and marking of pole Nos with black paint having back ground yellow as per existing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Terminal box made out of SMC with hinged door and locking arrangements of size 140x140x95mm (in repair) including Backlite 4 way connector,M.S. Clamps suitable for pole ,PCC/MS/GI/rail etc. with bolt, nut and washer ,electrical connections including MCB SP 6-32 Amps complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable rusted GI tubing brackets, 40mm bore, light grade with new GI tubing bracket, 40mm bore, light grade, 1.20 metre length ,made to shape including MS clamp with nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out UNSV two core/three core aluminium / copper cable of any sizes/ capacity complete all specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F PVC insulated and sheathed 2.5 sq mm Three core multi stranded, copper conductor cable from junction box/OH line to street light fitting or for engagement lights complete all specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of automatic street light control switch of 8 KW three phase using Infrared sensor based Nature Switch for automatic switching of street light. Nature switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux*level. Reqd illuminance level also have part night operation facility for min 4 hrs to max 12 hrs. The sensor along with suitabe rating power contractor (s), one Incoming and three Outgoing MCBs rating of 20-32 Amps & main load circuit wiring (copper) of min 10 sqmm should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade thermoplastic polycarbonate enclosure conforming to IP66 protection class-2 . The circuit should be also have provision for manual operation (i.e. sensor by pass option) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Poles made out of ERW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 Part-II Type 410 SP-37, 9 mtr long including drilling of holes of required size for fixing of cross arms, painting the exposed surfaces of pole with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and with two coats of black bitumenous paint internally and portion embedded in concrete, making five black & white bands at lower portion of pole each 300mm wide alternately upto the height of 1.5 m and marking pole No. with black paint at suitable height including making two nos holes of suitable size in steel tubular pole by gas welding for passing PVC cable connection from junction box to security lights through pole where junction box to be fitted in pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - Excavation, Earth Work and PCC in foundation shall be measured and paid for separately.

Plain cement concrete M- 7.5, (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete, M-15, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
