(b) Contractor has to make sure that the blockage complaints so received shall be completed within the 24 hours from the time of receipt complanits, and for any delay in completion of the particular complaint a penalty @ Rs. One Hundread Fifty (Rs. 150/-) will be recovered from the contractor's dues per complaint.

(c) Contractor has to make sure that upon requirement by the sub-division, the contractor has to depute the same four or more Safaiwala's for cleaning of MES Honey sucker after use of the equipment at GE 864 MT area.
(d) The Safaiwalas must have all requisite tools, safety equipments and winter protective clothing.
(e) The payment shall be made to employees/ Safaiwalas on or before 7th day of every calander month. Payment to the employees shall be done by crossed cheque ECS / NEFT through Aadhaar linked bank account only and it shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per Minimum Wages Act.
(f) Contractor has to submit proof of payment and proof of EPF & ESIC subscription made by him alongwith RAR/ final bill.
(g) Contractor shall quote the rates considering employees monthly leaves, releiver etc. as per labour law and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
(h) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of suitable reliever of manpower engaged by contractor separately in addition to 04 persons.
(j) Portable pump for dewatering including fuel & Manpower also engaged where manually cleaning not Possible.

(k) Sewage cleaning rods, sefty Jacket Mask, helmet etc also be provided by the contractor to worker for working hours.
(l) Cost of attendance register, printed work diary, material register/ security or entry passes and any other stationary reqd is to be born by the contractor and the rates quoted for the above are included in the quoted rates and no extra cost shall be claimed and entertained on this account.
(m) Penalty :- In case of absence of Safaiwalla the penalty shall be imposed @ Rs 800.00 per person per day and the same shall be recovered from contractor's dues. (n) Being defence installation, the contractor shall ensure that antecedents of the personnel deployed are verified through concerned Police authorities before their deployment. The character and antecedent verification report of each employee deployed by the contractor should be submitted.
(o) Contractor shall submit all documents before receipt of work order (Aadhar Card, Police verification and Bank Pass book Aadhar linked copy) of each worker intend to deploy on work.
