Ditto all as per serial item No. 4.00 described here-in-before but depth exc 1.5m and n exc 3m.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks (old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces and rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing and rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting of road as required (approx 6m length, 0.9m in width and depth required at site for each Job) for laying RCC pipe line including repair/ make good with filling of earth, boulders, WBM, BM etc. with top surface finished with 30mm thick ready mixed patch filler, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes including necessary fittings, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including all fittings like heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc and taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe. 290. Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of CI/ PVC pipe of any bore and size laid in trenches/ fixed to walls including bends/ junctions/ gully traps etc and removing of sludge if any to a distance exc 50m and depositing as directed at site, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manholes of various depth as follows including taking off manholes covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning dewatering and desludging manually or mechanically removing the waste materials and sludge to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at site in borrow pits. (The quoted rates shall be inclusive of labour for earth work/ excavation and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres), complete all as specified and directed:-

Cleaning of septic tanks by desludging inlet chambers, removing the waste materials by manually or mechanically (contaminated water and sludge/ solid waste) and sludge to a distance to near by suitable distance and depositing in the borrow pits as directed at site (During the cleaning measurement of Qty of contaminated water and solid waste/ sludge in the percentages of 60% and 40 % respectively and paid separately in respective item) (The quoted rates shall be inclusive of labour for earth work/ excavation and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres), complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of drain pipes of SGSW/ RCC of any dia (internal bore) including manholes channels by rodding manually or mechanically from manhole to manhole for cleaning eye and well flushing with water after cleaning (The quoted rate shall be inclusive for taking off manhole cover and refixing the same after cleaning/ removing the waste materials and sludge to a near by suitable distance and depositing in the borrow pits as directed at site) (The quoted rates shall also inclusive for earth work/ excavation and removal of surplus spoil for borrow pits), complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockage of Indian or European type water closet including blockage of Nahani trap or floor trap or gully trap of any size type upto the Ist manhole (blockage of any type took place at IWC or EWC, blockages of kitchen trap, bathroom, wash hand basin trap due to stuck of any substance or material due to any other reasons to the entire satisfaction of users/ Occupants manually or with using pumping device or any other suitable method or mechanically and getting the signature of the User's on complaint slip for Zone 'B' area at BB Cantt Notes:- (a) Contractor shall deploy four numbers of Safaiwala's to carryout day to day complaints (Seven days of week Sunday/ holidays) of blockage etc and complaint slip shall be collected from the Complaint cell of AGE B/R-II. (Time of 04 x safaiwala-0900hrs to 1700hrs). (b) Contractor has to make sure that the blockage complaints so received shall be completed within the 24 hours from the time of receipt complanits, and for any delay in completion of the particular complaint a penalty @ Rs. One Hundread Fifty (Rs. 150/-) will be recovered from the contractor's dues per complaint.

Item No. 30.00 contd... (c) Contractor has to make sure that upon requirement by the sub-division, the contractor has to depute the same four or more Safaiwala's for cleaning of MES Honey sucker after use of the equipment at GE 864 MT area. (d) The Safaiwalas must have all requisite tools, safety equipments and winter protective clothing. (e) The payment shall be made to employees/ Safaiwalas on or before 7th day of every calander month. Payment to the employees shall be done by crossed cheque ECS / NEFT through Aadhaar linked bank account only and it shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per Minimum Wages Act. (f) Contractor has to submit proof of payment and proof of EPF & ESIC subscription made by him alongwith RAR/ final bill. (g) Contractor shall quote the rates considering employees monthly leaves, releiver etc. as per labour law and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (h) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of suitable reliever of manpower engaged by contractor separately in addition to 04 persons. (j) Portable pump for dewatering including fuel & Manpower also engaged where manually cleaning not Possible.

Item No. 30.00 contd... (k) Sewage cleaning rods, sefty Jacket Mask, helmet etc also be provided by the contractor to worker for working hours. (l) Cost of attendance register, printed work diary, material register/ security or entry passes and any other stationary reqd is to be born by the contractor and the rates quoted for the above are included in the quoted rates and no extra cost shall be claimed and entertained on this account. (m) Penalty :- In case of absence of Safaiwalla the penalty shall be imposed @ Rs 800.00 per person per day and the same shall be recovered from contractor's dues. (n) Being defence installation, the contractor shall ensure that antecedents of the personnel deployed are verified through concerned Police authorities before their deployment. The character and antecedent verification report of each employee deployed by the contractor should be submitted. (o) Contractor shall submit all documents before receipt of work order (Aadhar Card, Police verification and Bank Pass book Aadhar linked copy) of each worker intend to deploy on work.

M&L for preparation of newely or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) as in ground floor and paving, not exc 15cm thick below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base of floors etc., finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors finished even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigments 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rubber moulded machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cemeent and no pigment laid over and including 30 mm thick sand cushion complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newely plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Notes :- An amount of Rs. 1,00,630.00 on account of Credit Schedule for Schedule 'A' Part-II shall be deducted from total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
