Supply,installation,connecting, testing & commissioning Split AC 1.5 Ton capacity cold, reversible cycle non CFC refrigerant including cutting of wall /window & grouting of nut bolts frame 60cmx40cm of angle iron of size 40x40x6mm thick etc. for installation AC's. Making good disturbed surfaces by means of using sand, cement etc. complete all as specified & directed. (Note :- 1. A.C. Should be Minimum 5 star rated under BEE Label) 2. all items for fixing ACs such as Metal Stand for fixing external unit, PVC pipe 1/2'' for extension of drain pipe provided by contractor and rate for the same shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply and Install automatic voltage stabilizer for low and high voltage correction equipped with electronic transistorised relay suitable for connection on single phase 50 HZ AC supply, designed for input voltage of 90 to 290 V and output voltage stablized at 215 to 240 V of Capacity 5 KVA complete with digital voltmeter and ammeter with time delay relay of 2-3 Minute complete all as specified and Directed by Engr in charge.

S&F Sub Main Wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded flexible copper conductor cable of size 2x6 sqmm and one single core PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed flexible copper conductor 6 sqmm size (green colour) cable as earthing lead connecting to main earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Supply and Install for integration of AC for ambient temperature monitoring with integrated temperature sensor circuit. M&L for earthing complete in replacement with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level surrounded on all sides by 150 mm thick charcoal & common salt starting from ground below earth plate upto 150mm above GI plate in alternate layers connected to galvanized earth strip 32x6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, PCC (concrete chamber of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm inside dimension) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish , internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire mesh of 22 gauge, 80 mm thick PCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI pit all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) as specified including provision of 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe for earth strip protection and 20 mm dia for watering complete , all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point /LT Panel/Transformer as specified and testing on completion for desired result complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in GI strip of size 25 x 4 mm for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall burried in ground fixed alongwith poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall burried in ground fixed alongwith poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI earthing continuty conductor wire of 4mm dia with saddles/ insulators and fixing screws for roof/ down conductors/ earth lead including brazing and nut bolts jointing at all joints for building/ hangar (roof/down conductor)/ pipe/ trench complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for recharging of earthing pits by filling of Water soluble earth soil reactivation earthing compund in earthing pits complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Recharging materials shall be soluble in water and to be filled/ poured in earth pit after mixing in water in appropriate quantity.
