Taking down cement plaster or screed bedding of any description from concrete slab/terrace surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Waterproofing and repair of leakage/seapage treatment to external wall complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Step 1 - Taking down cement plaster of any description by manual and mechanical means, plumbing treatement of pipes etc including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and (b) Step 2 - applying waterproofing treatment to slab/ wall area with asisn paints smartcare Damp Block 2k @1.5kg/sqm, Dampblock 2k is a two component elastomeric cementitious coating conforming to ASTM D 412 & ASTM D 4548.5 standards including all necessary surface preparation, etc. complete as per manufacturers specifications and application methodology. The same coating shall be applied in two coats achieving a total thickness of 1.0mm. The coating shall have a 100% elongation and crack bridging upto 1.2mm as per ASTM D4548.5. (c) Step 3 - Over and above Asian Paints Smartcare Dampblock 2k applying plaster minimum 12mm thick. SC REPAIR MORTAR. Makes ( BASF, Asian Paints, Sika, Fosroc)

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide & n exc 1.5 mtr deep in hard/dense soil/road for getting out old GI tubing from the trenches etc.

Removing excavated material of any type of soil / soft rock from site to a distance not exc. 50 mtr away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling , including, spreading, levelling and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cast iron Sluice Valve ISI mark (PN-1.6) confirming to IS 14846-2000, flanged ends drilled having stainless steel/ brass spindle with cast iron wheel at top complete with nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets of size 200 mm bore.

All as per above item No. 9 but of size 100mm.

All as per above item No. 9 but of size 80 mm.

M&L for construction of old broken brick masonary Valve Chamber with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 foundation and full brick wall of size 90 x 90 x 90 cm (internal dimension), with one brick thick wall using sub class 'B' brick in cement mortar 1:6 over 20mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 base with 15cm off set on all sides including plastering of internal surfaces and exposed surfaces with 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar of 1:4 two coat of white wash PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graed stone aggregate) in coping, 50x50x6mm thick mild steel angle iron frame, 5mm thick MS Plate cover with locking arrangement and painting exposed steel surfaces with synthetic enamel paint two coats over a coat of zinc chrome primer all as specified and as directed.

S&F spare parts of star delta starter like moving contact, bushing Oil etc as required for smooth functioning of starter suitable for 40 to 125 HP and re-installing at site, testing and commissioning complete as directed.

PCC Work 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded hard stone aggregate), casting in cube of size required size at site by using necessary form work for foundation of pump sets/ pressure filters all as specified. (Note : Quoted rate deemed to be inclusive cost of form work complete)

M&L for cutting the existing GI tubing of size 50mm bore for taking new connection of 50mm bore GI pipe complete with and including insertion of tee equal of the same size and drilling, welding and including necessary earth work and making good the disturbed surface etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel work as framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges, cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down old unserviceable GI/MS tubing and connection including all fittings from the trenches , wall , floor etc complete as directed.

S&F 100mm bore Gl water tubing, medium grade with all fittings such as sockets, bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces caps, plugs and unions etc. laid in floors or fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 50mm bore Gl water tubing, medium grade with all fittings such as sockets, bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces caps, plugs and unions etc. laid in floors or fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 40mm bore Gl water tubing, medium grade with all fittings such as sockets, bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces caps, plugs and unions etc. laid in floors or fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 25mm bore Gl water tubing, medium grade with all fittings such as sockets, bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces caps, plugs and unions etc. laid in floors or fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20 mm bore Gl water tubing, medium grade with all fittings such as sockets, bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces caps, plugs and unions etc. laid in floors or fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 15 mm bore Gl water tubing, medium grade with all fittings such as sockets, bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces caps, plugs and unions etc. laid in floors or fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F gun metal globe or gate valve non rising spindle heavy duty with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for connection Gl pipes complete all as specified for the following sizes of pipe (ISI Marked) including dismantling of unserviceable

(a) Gl tubing 15 mm dia bore

Cutting of existing Gl pipe line of size upto 100mm dia and inserting new pipe line including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Schedule of credit Rs 47,670.00 will be deducted from total amount quoted while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
