Supply, installation, Testing, Commissioning of Oil Cooled, Copper wound, Step down "BIS marked & BEE star labelled " transformer of capacity 63 KVA plinth mounted outdoor type with latest feature complete with standard fitted HT 11 KV 3 phase, LT 433 V 3, phase 4 wire,50 C/S oil immerse, naturally cooled externally cooling tube delta connection on primary HT 11 KV side and star connection on secondary LT 433V with tapping at +/-2.5 %to +/-5 % & +/- 7.5 % on HV side and to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear including first filling of new transformer oil of dilectric strength not less than 64 KV with all fitting and accessories such as LT box with cable gland, HT box with cable gland, Silica gel, breather, Oil level indicator gauge, drain out valve (oil tank),exhaust vent, air release valve, temp gauge, cast iron wheel etc comply with EEL 2 IS 1180 2014 with amendment 1,2,3 & 4 having total losses @ 50% load 300W & total loses @ 100% load 1050W. Following items/ Accessories included in this rate therefore No any extra cost will be paid for this items complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, burried directly in ground preferably in vertical position (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25×4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron including pit of PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, pre cast RCC cover slab of size 550x550x75mm, XPM reinforced not less than 1.60Kg/Sqm with suitable built in handle made from 12mmdia MS round bar, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm dia bore medium grade galvanised iron water tubing fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh at one end, 15mm bore light grade galvanised iron protection pipe for earth lead wire upto 5m length, charcol, common salt complete all as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part I connected to equipment and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Fixing , Commissioning and testing of CPRI approved outdoor cubical type LT Feeder Piller box suitable for 415 V, 3 Phase , 4 wire 50 Hz , AC Supply system fabricated from stainless steel totally encloused ,dust, weather & vermin proof , 3.00 mm thick for outer shell and 2 mm thick for inner shell having MS section not less than 50x50x6 mm thick having TPN aluminium busbar of capacity 150 Amps mounted on porcelain insulator duly drilled hole for cable connection including front and rear side opening with locking arrangement, with MCCB FP 125 Amp, 16 KA, 415 Volts 50 Hz with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting and provn for incoming and outgoing cables with glands including control wiring with minimum 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor for measuring of voltage, amp with indicators RYB, along with multifunctional meter showing V,I ,PF , Hz and painting with two coat of smoke grey synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- Feeder pillar box shall be mounted on brickwork in CM 1:4 not less than 60 cm above ground level with suitable foundation, rendering 15 mm in CM 1:6 and two coats of cement base paint and the rates shall be inclusive in the quoted rate.
