Plain cement concrete M-7.50(1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 75mm thick, as in sub base of flooring, finish even and rough, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles size 300mmx300mmx20 in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement & pigment to match the colour of tiles, laid over 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking down of chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Mild steel frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; Paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the mild steel frame welded/ sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing in SSR, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Factory made, plain framed, paneled shutter (two panel) 35mm thick, 2nd class hardwood with lock rail and panel of 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Glazed and skeleton shutters in second class hardwood, 35mm thick, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkhats, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing of cupboard shutter 20mm thick (style) factory made panel PVC incl chowkat frame made out of m.s tubes 19 gauge for top and bottom rails m.s frame shall be covered with heated moulded plain colour PVC © channel having a PVC sheet strip of 10mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail lock rail and bottom rail on either side 10mm (5mmx2) thick of 20mm and 20mm cross PVC sheet and as gap insert for top and bottom rail. Panelling for plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the m.s frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement supplying fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing as in repairs.

S&F as in repairs Galvanized mild steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanized wire staples, fixed in new or old openings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Vitreous China wash hand basin, white, flat back, size 550x400mm excluding taps, waste, chain and plug and porcelain stopper including brackets of any size, including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand including fixing and supply of waste pipe of 32mm dia, waste coupling of PTMT (half or full threaded), fixing in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 liters capacity, (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed for 20mm bore pipe, fixing in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for granite 20mm thick(table rubbed and polished) in cooking platform and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement(1:2) using marble dust making holes in RCC shelves suitable for gas pipe with round edges where required complete all as directed.

PVC (SWR) floor trap of 75mm dia outlet, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Waste coupling of PTMT (half or full threaded) for 32mm bore/ dia of discharge pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for repairs to sunken floor/ slab with the following specifications:- (a) Demolition of PCC and taking out old brick bat filling and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor and wall by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. (b) PCC 1:2:4,type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate averaging 50mm thick as in sunken floor, with proper slope towards GI spout. The dia of GI Spout pipe shall be 50mm Medium grade. The minimum length of Spout shall be 500mm and if any spout comes above chajja than the length of the spout shall be more than Chajja projection. Ends of Spout shall be tapered and any cutting through brick/ RCC structure shall be done by the Contractor rates are deemed to be included of this aspects. (c) providing 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement over bottom and vertical surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. (d) Damp proof course on horizontal / Vertical surfaces with preparation & applying one coat of self priming (33% dilution) and two coats of undiluted material @ 10.67 lts per 10 sqm of Make : smart care Damp proof of M/s Asian paint or equivalent for water proofing compound. (e) Graded Brick bats filling under sunken floor. (f) PCC 1:3:6,type C-1,using 20mm graded stone aggregate 75mm thick, over brick bats filling as in sub base to receive tiles. (g) APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application with not sides and end lap not less than 150mm complete all as specified including Priming surfaces and applying heavy treatment (for severe conditions) using glass fiber base bitumen felt, grade 2 and applying evenly a tack coat of in hot industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces to recieve memebrane complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- (i) For payment purpose only floor area shall be measured. (ii) After Coating of Water proofing compound pounding test shall be carried out by filling the sunken surface with water for 72 Hrs and get approved by Engr-in-Charge if any leakage/ seepage noticed the Contractor will re do the whole process without any extra payment.

Dismantling of old/ damaged existing roof treatment with concrete and cleaning all waste and dirt by wire mesh, picking, sweeping and washing down with water to remove dust, etc, and removal of all material out side the cant area, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Applying one coat of neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm on cleaned surfaces of roof, evenly, and screed bed/rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:4, including mixing water proofing compound @ 3% by weight in cement, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) including Water proofing treatment on roof top with APP (Ataxic Poly Propylene) modified polymeric five layered membrane with central core of 100 micron high molecular high density polyethylene film, minimum weight not less than 3.0 Kg/ Sqm, centre core is sandwiched on both sides by high quality polymeric mix with properties of high softening point, high heat resistance and cold resistivity to make it ideal for all water proofing treatment, with polymeric mix protection on both sides with 20 micron HMHDPE film, laid over one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS: 3384, applied @0.40 Kg/ Sqm and one coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade, conforming to IS:702, applied @1.20Kg/ Sqm on prepared surfaces of roof, overlap should be not less than 150mm at ends and 75mm at sides, joints and overlaps uniformly bounded with LPG torch flame including applying of one coat of semi hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade, @1.20 Kg Sqm and fine screened sand in dry condition @0.50 Kg/ Sqm after laying the membrane and lincluding Precast machine pressed factory made PCC tiles, size 300x300mm and 20mm thick, with grey cement and no pigment, pointed in cement mortar 1:3 and laid over 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with creosote oil @5% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Cost of water proofing chemical shall be included in quoted rate.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity of 500lt but not exc 1000 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L Cement concrete M-15, type B-1, 1:2:4 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, Krebs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throttling and necessary form work, all as specified.

Dismantling of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.0mtrs mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Rendering 15mm thick, on any surface of brick or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:6, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Rendering 5mm thick on any type of surfaces, on ceiling, in cement mortar 1:3, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:4, including mixing water proofing compound @ 3% by weight in cement, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Cost of water proofing compound shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old/ decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over one coat of chalk whitening, preparatory to distempering, after making surface smooth with 3mm thick birla white wall care putty, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Preparation of old/ decorated, un-decorated, plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including complete removal of existing treatment, making surface even and filling weather proof putty in small holes, cavities, cracks and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over one coat of chalk whiting, preparatory to distempering, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white washing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M &L for preparation of old surfaces of ceiling, plastered or unplastered including brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern),including all fittings,heads,shoes,bends,swan-necks,etc, including cleaning or refixing or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fitting and accessories)

S&F for 110 mm PVC (SWR) Rain water pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) bends 110 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repair to RCC projection chajjas , roof fascias etc by scraping , cutting, chiseling , de-rusting and cleaning of exposed reinforcement surfaces, loose RCC surface with cement concrete in M-20(1:1.5:3), type A-1, (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate), nominal mix and reinforcement with welded mesh had drawn steel wire fabric of weight exc 2.0Kg/Sqm but not exc 4.0Kg/Sqm cut to length and shape required and tie with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia as required, with or without fascia and finished with cement mortar15-20mm thick in 1:3 in patches area not exc 5.0 Sqm and thickness of RCC members n exc 70mm incl necessary form work and applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces at any height , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F as in repair for pre-fabricated stainless steel plate rack made out of 1 mm thick stainless steel plate jointed with brass screws of size 760 x 910mmx 230mm complete .
