M&L 2nd class soft wood, clean sawn as in scantling, complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with creosote oil.

S&F 15mm thick 2nd class soft wood clean sawn boarding as in eaves board fixed with nails in any situation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plastering on stone wall/brick wall etc including racking out of joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc

Rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantiling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (not backing ) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

Non skid ceramic coloured tiles Ist quality 7 to 8mm thick, (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm, but not exceeding 0.11sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Colour and shade of tiles shall be approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall not have any claim whatsoever on this account.

Non skid ceramic coloured tiles Ist quality 7 to 8mm thick, (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm, but not exceeding 0.18sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Colour and shade of tiles shall be approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall not have any claim whatsoever on this account.

Glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, of size 350mm x 250mm/450 mm x 350mm, thickness not less than 7mm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile, fixed over and including 10mm thick rendering (bedding layer) on brick/concrete surface in cement mortor 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Colour and shade of tiles shall be approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall not have any claim whatsoever on this account.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles (Light Shade/Double charged/Ultra charged) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Colour and shade of tiles shall be approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall not have any claim whatsoever on this account.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles (Light Shade/Double charged/Ultra charged) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Colour and shade of tiles shall be approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall not have any claim whatsoever on this account.

Demolition of cement concrete un reinforced in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including disposal of unserviceable materials,debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 metre, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in mass concrete and foundation filling complete all as specified.

M&L machine pressed precast coloured concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size conforming of IS 15658: 2006 of 60mm thick , M-35 laid and jointed with grey cement and pigment.

M & L for 20 mm thick Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, benching complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantaling boarding/false ceiling of any description fixed in any postion with nails, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. .

S&F GI frame work size of grid 605 x 605 mm for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from sofit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasterner with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips acress the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to cnetre including hangers 6mm dia.GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed tp roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm ling and expansion hold fasterner 12.5mm dia 40mm long including 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fiuxed or laid/inserted to timber/GI frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 2nd class soft wood boarding, 15mm thick, as in wall panelling, plain one side and edges tongued and grooved or rebated, fixed with nails in any situation over 12 mm thick plyboard runner including french polishing on surface of any description width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on new works with two or more coat upto satification of Engr-In-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces after complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over chalk whiting complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking of shutter from the frame) of any description alongwith fittings n.exc 1.5sqm each

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (with out taking of shutter from the frame) of any description alongwith fittings exc 1.5sqm n.exc 4 sqm each

Taking down shutter exc 1.0 sqm but not exc 2 sqm complete all as specified

Anodised aluminium frame (powder coated minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows,partition wall, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc., complete all as specified and asdirected by Engineer-in-Charge.

Anodised aluminium (powder coated minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) door shutters, powder coated of any colour aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. frame will be fixed to wall , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Anodised aluminium (powder coated minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)window and ventilator shutters, powder coated of any colour sliding/ hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 Nos.) suitable handle (1 No.), complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F brass mortice lock, vertical type 4 levers,, size 100 mm, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for prelaminated particle board, 12 mm thick, interior grade, prelaminated on boat side with decorative choice lamination and fixed with screws to aluminum frame work, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F plain sheet glass, 4 mm thick glazing with in aluminium frames including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings as required, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 2, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 701 to 850 mm in width and of weight between 36 to 60 kg and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- An amount of Rs 42,510.00 on account of credit schdule for Sch 'A' Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
