Supply only following new spare parts required for repair of diesel engine and alternator of DG Set capacity 100 KVA to 125 KVA :-

De-assembling/ taking out radiator of DG set capacity 110 KVA, for cleaning and repair, using ‘K’ oil and radiator cleaning solution hydro-chloric acid by pressure of pump/ caustic soda with wire brush and necessary welding/ brazing of water tubes/ fins, whichever is required for cleaning and repairing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

De-assembling/ taking out radiator of DG set capacity 30 to 63 KVA, for cleaning and repair, using ‘K’ oil and radiator cleaning solution hydro-chloric acid by pressure of pump/ caustic soda with wire brush and necessary welding/ brazing of water tubes/ fins, whichever is required for cleaning and repairing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of stator/ field coil of alternator of DG set of any capacities, made of super enameled copper winding wire of existing insulation, gauge and specifications, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Stator/ field coil shall have same number of turns of winding wire and with matching to manufacturer design/ specifications.

Disconnecting all electric connections between alternator and panel, decoupling of engine and alternator, strip opening of alternator of diesel driven diesel generator of capacity 30 KVA to 63 KVA, for repair, and complete for carrying out the overhauling after de-assembling the alternator assembly, cleaning/ washing the block and other spare parts, replacing defective spare parts with new spare parts as required for smooth functioning of diesel engine, repair alternator by replacement of old defective spare parts including any type of metaling, welding, grinding, lath machine work required at site/ workshop to compete the repair the engine/ alternator, all as required at site, re-assembling the engine in existing position complete and testing on completion all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.Make: Serial No- Note: (a) New spare parts will be measured and paid separately as supply only under the respective items. (b) Cost of cleaning, welding, minor repair and special tools and plants required for dismantling engine will deemed to be included in quoted rate. (c) Transportation cost of diesel engine/ alternator to workshop shall deemed included in quoted rate.

Supply only following new spare parts required for repair of alternator of DG Set capacity 40 KVA to 63 KVA :-

Slip ring assembly Bronze.

Carbon bush.

Carbon bush holder.

AVR (Automatic Voltage Rectifier/ Regulator).

Alternator and diesel engine coupling set.

Repair, calibration, checking and pressure testing of fuel injector pump assembly of DG set capacity 30 KVA to 63 KVA including replacement of damaged/ defective parts, cups, barrel plunger and washers including transportation for workshop for repair, testing whole assembly after necessary repair and fixing in engine, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.Note: (a) New spare parts will be measured and paid separately as supply only under the respective items. (b) Cost of cleaning, welding, minor repair and special tools and plants required for dismantling and refixing with engine will deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply only following new spare parts required for repair of fuel injection pump (FIP) of diesel engine of DG Set capacity 30 KVA to 63 KVA :-

Element for fuel injection pump.

Delivery valve for fuel injection pump.

Nozzle for fuel injection pump.

Feed pump for fuel injection pump.

Bearing for fuel injection pump.

Oil seal for fuel injection pump.

Diaphram valve for fuel injection pump.

Repair kit minor for fuel injection pump.

Dismantling/ taking out old serviceable alternator charger/ dynamo capacity 12 Volts, of DG set, for repair by replacing burnt spare parts, oiling greasing to movable spare parts, and testing after repairing including re-mounting the same, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Following spare parts shall be replaced: (a) Solenoid switch. (b) Re-winding of Armature and field coil. (c) Pinion steel.

Carryout periodic maintenance/ servicing of DG set capacity 30 KVA to 63 KVA by calibration of fuel injection pump including dismantling of radiator, radiator fan, water pump assembly, air cleaner, rocker cover housing rocker, oiling and greasing to movable spare parts such as bearing etc, replacement of old defective air filter, fuel filter, oil filter, insulation cover/ asbestos rope of exhaust pipe with new and manufacturer specified air filter, fuel filter and oil filter, insulation cover/ asbestos rope of exhaust pipe tightening the screws of hose and hose pipe set, strip opening of alternator cleaning of stator and field coils, rotor assembly, AVR unit and apply one coat of varnishing using ‘H’ class varnish and complete service work as required at site, re-assembling the engine/ alternator in existing position, and testing on completion all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: (a) New spare parts will be measured and paid separately as supply only under the respective items. (b) Cost of grease, filters (fuel, oil and air), AC/ insulating rope, cleaning, welding, minor repair and special tools and plants required for dismantling engine will deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply only Battery charging unit with enclosure, volt meter 0-500volts, ammeter 0-100 Amps, selecter switch, indication lamp, trip system on completion of charging, relay for high current, voltage , low current and voltage, complete wiring wtih 2.5 sqmm single core copper cable, copper lead cable 2.0mtrs long, supply incomming and out going MCB DP 40 Amps, multi-stranded, with copper thimble for making necessary connections at both ends, suitable for 12/ 24 Volts battery including copper lugs, nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable belts with new belts of DG set of following capacities:

Fan belt for DG sets of 30 KVA capacity.

Fan belt for DG sets of 40 KVA to 63 KVA capacity.

Fan belt for DG sets of 100 KVA to 125 KVA capacity.

Fan belt for DG sets of 125 KVA to 320 KVA capacity.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth wire 32 X 6 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate number 5 of MES SSR part-I(1991)

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required, aluminium strip 25x3.0mm with saddles and fixing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of out door type LT Cubical panel feeder pillar of suitable size as decided by Engr-in-charge, powder coated front and back openable and lockable by keys for both sides having louvers and air vent, gasket and totally vermin proof made out of CRCA sheet of thickness not less than 3.0mm duly compartmentalized for incoming and outgoing ,shall have extension links of capacity 1.5 times the rating of individual feeder ie not less than 300 mm long all link shall be insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeve and supported on DMC/Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incomer and out going cables. all control wires shall be not less than 2.5 sqmm multi strand copper conductor and properly bunched/tide, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequate size of lugs. The panel will have a bottom support of channel of suitable size, duly coated with zinc metal coating. a detachable pre-drilled gland plate of thickness 3.15 mm thick shall be provided with at the bottom for entry of cable with gland. Manufacture name plate with feeder details and danger plate shall be provided at suitable place with the following:- (a) Aluminum busbar duly insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and mounted on DMC/epoxy insulators of capacity 500 amps for three phase and 300 amps for neutral-01 set and phase indicating lamp and ampere meter complete with CT and selector switch for three phase current display. (b) MCCB FP 415 volts of capacity 250 amps adjustable type with rupturing capacity 25 KA (incoming)-01 No (c) MCCB, FP 415 volts of capacity 100 amps with rupturing capacity 25 KA-01 No (outgoing). (d) MCB, DP, 230volts, 40Amp of capacity 10KA-15 Nos (outgoing). (e) Indicating Lamps set- 01 (f) Digital ammeter and voltmeter with CTs and switch set- 01 each

Design,Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Cubical type floor mounted LT panel, of suitable size as decided by Engr-in-charge outdoor type factory fabricated made out of CRCA sheet of thickness not less than 3.0mm ,fully enclosed and angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6mm thick and T section with front openable double door shutter, dust and vermin proof and rear opening complete with locking arrangement, having a system of bus bars of aluminium of suitable size of 200 Amps duly insulated and mounted on Epoxy/porcelain insulators in totally enclosed chamber with three phase and neutral 415 volts, AC, system prewired with suitable copper wire PVC insulated with all control accessories, provn of suitable cable glands, duly powder coated of approved quality over a coat of red primer with sufficient free space complete to include the following accessories:- (a) MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 100 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA -01 No (b) MCCB 3 Pole, 415 V, fixed type, 63 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA-03 Nos (c) Digital volt meter 0 to 500 volts with selector switch-1 No (d) Digital Ammeter 0 to 350 Amps with CTs of suitable Amps and selector switch-1 No (f) Indicator lamp RYB- 01 Set
