M&L for Dismantling 3 phase electric motor of non clog submersible sewage pump set removing burnt out winding wire from stator slots,cleaning, rewinding with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge with proper insulation,varnishing and heating and re-assembling the same and testing complete of capacity 5 HP, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Dismantling of nonclog submersible sewage pumpset removing the blockages inside of pump and cleaning of impeller and delivery mouth / line etc and assembling the same and testing complete of capacity 5 HP, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair single phase preventor 415Volts 50Hz including taking down of old material, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Make: -L&T/C&S/Schineder )

M&L for Disconnecting of electrical connection and dismentling of 3 HP induction motor from secondary clarifier mechanism, removing worn out winding wire from stator slots, rewinding with super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge with proper insulation replacement of front and rear bearing, shaft protectionsleeves,o rings ,gasket,mechanical seal and impeller assembling and reconnecting of electrical connection the same as existing and testing complete, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Laying in replacement of flat submersible 1100 Volts grade, 3 core copper conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed cable of 6 Sqmm, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make:-Finolex/Havells/Polycab

M & L for cleaning the Raw sewage RCC sump of size 7.15MX3.5MX5.5M once in 06 months.The cleaning includes complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a)Dewatering the sump with portable submersible pump b)Removal of left over dirty water and sludge with a special sludge removal pump c) Removal of remaining sludge from the floor with the help of industrial vacuum Cleaner d)Spraying of Non-toxic, bio-degradable, eco-friendly anti-bacterial agent, to disinfect the tank from all harmful pathogens.

Supply and fix in repair MCB 40-100 Amps, C curve,TPN ,415volt,50Hz,10 KA complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make:-Indoasian/Legrand/Havells.

Supply and fix in repair in replacement of Centric Butterfly valves wafer type PN1.6 as per BS-5155 &IS-13095 lever operated body grey cast iron disc -SGI Epoxy coated Disc seal-Nitrile/Epdm 250 &300 mm in Gear operated of size 80 mm bore, with all fittings confirming to IS specification complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Repair/ overhauling/Rewinding of stationary silenced belt driven 7.5KW air compressor with integrated refrigeration dryer including the control circuit panel(inbuild) for supplying the compressed air to the sludge sump and filter press machine and pneumatic operated double diagpragm sludge feed pumpscomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Disconnection of electric connection, Decoupling the Air blower of capacity 120 m3/hr @ 7.0mwc head electric motor of twin lob positive display rotary compressor from its position removing worn out winding wire from stator slots, rewinding with super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge with proper insulation assembling and coupling replacement of shaft protection sleeves,ball bearings,mechanical seal,pullies,belts,belt cover inbuilt NRV, butterfly valves and pressure gauges and the same reconnection of electrical connection and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for maintenance repair,rewinding,Overhauling and replacement of defect spare parts to effluent treatment plant of 1.5 KLD-02, 01 KLD-01 capacity located at Cadets laundry and station laundry consisting equilisation tank with effluent transfer pumps-02 nos,tube settler with sludge transfer pump-02nos and centrifuge motor-01nos,Dual media filter tank-01nos,Activated carbon filter tank-01nos and Sand filter tank-01nos with treated water pumping motors-02nos,Dosing pumps(Chlorine,lime and polyelectrolyte)-03nos , connected pipe lines and required quantity of chlorine,Lime,Polyelectrolyte chemical for effluent water treatment, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Scope of Work: (a) Cleaning of equilisation tank ,tube settler and bar screen chamber - 01nos (b) Repair/Overhauling/Rewinding of effluent transfer pumps and connected accesories -02nos (c) Repair/Overhauling/Rewinding of sludge transfer pumps and connected accessories -02 nos (d) Repair/overhauling/Rewinding of pressure filter pumps and connected accesories - 02nos (e) Repair/overhauling/Rewinding of sludge centrifuge motor and connected accessories (f) Replacement of media in Dual media filter (DMF) -01nos capacity 1.5 KLD-02, 01 KLD-01 (g) Replacement of Activated carbon,bubbles,pebbles in Activated carbon filter tank (ACF) -01nos capacity 1.5 KLD-02, 01 KLD-01 (h) Replacement with coarse fine sand,pebbles,gravels,bubbles in sand filter tank -01nos capacity 1.5 KLD-02, 01 KLD-01

(j) Repair/overhauling/Rewinding of air blower including belt,belt cover,pump,pressure gauges and connected accessories. (k) Repair / Replacement of dosing pumps for(polyelectrolyte, lime,chlorine) -03nos (l) Supply of chlorine solution,lime and polyelectrolyte of required qty - LS (m) Repair/Repacement of Multi pot valve - 03nos (n) Repair/Replacement of control panel consisting of MCB's of different capacity (incoming & outgoing), Relays and contactors (o) The above scope of work is for the entire contract period. (p) one person should be available full time to attend the defects within time.

Supply and mix calcium hydrochlorite based Granular disinfectant for water treatment complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix in repair UPVC ball valve of 50 mm size, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for removing the old filter media and cleaning of internal walls of pressure filters / Activated carbon filter at STP's by brushing with nylon brush and using bleaching powder and cleaning of existing pipe holes complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Rates for removal of the old filter media from the pressure filter and cleaning the filter are mentioned in the quoted rate. The media will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

supply and lay gravels of different sizes grade 5mm to 40mm for dual media filter (DMF) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Laying fab media for MBBR to grow biological organisms complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Laying for tube media for tube settler complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Laying filter media activated carbon for activated carbon filter tank (ACF) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Laying Poly aluminium chloride for waste water treatment complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying filter media Coarse silex of size 2/4 , 4/8 in pressure filter beds complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying filter media coarse and fine sand in pressure filter beds of size 8/16, 16/32 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- An amount of Rs.13,430.00 on account of credit schdule for Sch 'A' Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
